针对6kA新型铈电解槽结构,建立数学模型与物理模型,根据Maxwell电磁场方程和Biot-Savart定律,运用COMSOL模拟软件进行电场和磁场的有限元模拟,考察电解槽内电场和磁场的分布情况。研究表明,阴阳极之间是电解的主要区域,也是电流产生的磁场的主要分布区域,并且磁场分布在圆周方向上,径向和轴向的分量为零。 相似文献

利用ANSYS电磁场有限元法,建立了320 kA预焙铝电解槽三维电磁场有限元模型,计算了铝电解槽内的电场分布及磁场分布,计算结果与实测结果相吻合,验证了该模型的正确性.在此基础上提出了一种新型电解槽结构,并应用参数化设计语言(APDL)建立该结构的电磁场计算模型,以磁场为目标对该结构进行了整体优化.最终优化后电磁场分布表明:该结构铝电解槽能减小铝液层水平电流,磁场分布对称性好,有利于改善槽内铝液的流动状态,具备较大的节能潜力. 相似文献

基于某铝业公司正在运行的350 kA电解系列端头电解槽槽况不稳影响了端头槽正常生产的情况,分析了端头电解槽磁场较普通槽磁场差的原因,提出了优化端头外母线的设计方案,并通过数值模拟计算了优化前后的端头电解槽磁场分布情况。模拟计算结果表明,优化后的端头电解槽磁场分布明显好于优化前的,而且可以满足稳定生产的需求。 相似文献

摘要:利用激光多普勒法测量50Hz下非晶合金带材的磁致伸缩曲线,研究了磁场退火对Fe80Si9B11非晶合金带材的磁致伸缩特性的影响。结果显示,在相同的磁场强度下非晶带材经横磁退火后磁致伸缩最大,无磁场退火次之,纵磁退火时最小。然后,采用Kerr方法观察了非晶合金带材的磁畴形貌,从微观结构上解释了经不同磁场退火后磁致伸缩大小不同的机理。最后,对无磁场退火、横磁退火和纵磁退火后的Fe80Si9B11铁基非晶合金铁芯进行了噪音测试。结果显示,在相同的频率和磁通密度下,非晶合金铁芯经横磁退火后噪音最大,无磁场退火次之,纵磁退火时噪音最小,与非晶合金带材经不同磁场热处理后磁致伸缩大小的规律一致。为解决非晶合金铁芯在实际应用中的噪音问题提供了参考。 相似文献

Effect of high magnetic field annealing on microstructure and orientation of proeutectoid ferrite in Fe–0.76%C alloy was investigated. It was found that the high magnetic field increases the number of proeutectoid ferrite grains considerably, and the elongation tendency of proeutectoid ferrite grains along the magnetic field direction is increased by the applied magnetic field, too. These effects increased with the enhancement of magnetic filed intensity. Crystallographic orientation analysis by EBSD showed that no preferential orientations exist in the proeutectoid ferrite when applied a magnetic field with different intensity. Possible reasons of the above phenomena were discussed in the paper. 相似文献

The dynamic stability of a soft ferromagnetic beam-plate in a transverse magnetic field is investigated. The fundamental equations of the ferromagnetic beam-plate including magnetoelastic interaction and magnetic damping are derived. Based on a magnetoelastic linearized method and perturbation technique, an expression for magnetoelastic stability of the ferromagnetic beam-plate system including magnetization and magnetic damping is explicitly obtained. In the analysis, the actual magnetic field coupled with the deformed ferromagnetic beam-plate is divided into a rigid magnetic field for the undeformed plate and a disturbed field for the deformed plate due to small displacement. It is shown that there exists two stable states involving magnetic damping stable oscillation and overdamping asymptotically stable motion, before the beam-plate loses its stability by static divergence. The effect of magnetic and geometrical parameters of the ferromagnetic beam-plate on critical magnetic field is discussed in detail. 相似文献

研究了在磁场作用下,于盐酸溶液中,用乙酰胺(A101)对稀土元素的萃取。讨论了磁场的作用及萃取机理,并分析了磁场作用及使萃取上升的原因。研究结果认为:在磁场作用下稀土的萃取率稍有升高,萃取机理不变。萃取率的上升是因体系物理性质发生变化而造成。磁场作用对分配比的影响与稀土元素的磁矩大小规律性关系。 相似文献

Through microstructural analysis of a high purity Fe‐0.027%C alloy after continuously cooling transformation under a magnetic field, it is found that the amount of pearlite of the alloy decreases with the increase of the strength of the magnetic field. Under a 12 Tesla magnetic field, no pearlite appears. The result indicates that the carbon solubility limit of ferrite is enlarged by the magnetic field. 相似文献

It is known that the effective work of drum-type magnetic separators is determined only by those forces which act in the radial direction, since strongly keeping magnetic mix on the drum surface with their transportation to the output of magnetic product. The disadvantage of this magnet system is the insufficient value of the magnetic force component of field which acts on the magnetic particles in the direction of their precipitation on the drum surface. This system is used for slight magnet particles precipitation. Mathematical simulation and calculation of magnetic field with the antiradial magnetization shows an increase in the precipitant magnetic forces (by normal component of total magnetic force) by 10%-30% in comparison with the analogous in the sizes, known as magnetic system. Non-uniformity of magnetic field of induction on the surface is less to 1.3 and radial magnetic force to 1.7. 相似文献
