300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉设计为两台一次风机同时运行,主要提供锅炉炉内床料的流化风。当运行中出现一台一次风机故障需要停运检修时,就只能维持一台一次风机运行,此时锅炉的运行安全性就明显降低。通过一次风机单独运行时与正常运行方式时的对比分析,介绍了一台一次风机运行时的注意事项和成功经验总结,为300MW CFB锅炉遇到此类情况时提供了很好的借鉴作用。  相似文献

建立了湿压缩系统的Moore-Greitzer模型,该模型可以用来分析湿压缩对压缩系统失速后瞬态响应的影响,模型仿真结果定性的描述了湿压缩对压缩系统不稳定工作特性的影响,结果显示:在一定条件下,湿压缩可以消除喘振和旋转失速,提高系统的运行稳定性,增强压气机、压缩系统和燃气轮机的性能。  相似文献

The increase in the compression ratio reduces the fuel consumption and improves the performance. These effects of compression ratio could be observed in all of the engines, such as compression or spark ignition engines. Moreover, due to the compression ratio constraint based on the knocking phenomenon in spark ignition engines, there will always be an optimal compression ratio, which is one of the most fundamental factors in engine design. The optimum compression ratio could be achieved depending on the type of fuel, but in the case of bi-fuel engines, since the nature of each fuel is different, the design must be relatively optimal for both fuels. In this work, by using the VCR (variable compression ratio) strategy, the bi-fuel EF7 engine performance, combustion, and emissions were investigated in different compression ratios when the engine uses gasoline or HCNG (hydrogen enriched compressed natural gas) as fuel. The results revealed that by changing the compression ratio from 11.05 (actual compression ratio of engine) to 11.80 in HCNG mode, an increase of 13% in power could be achieved. Also CO formation, at the compression ratio of 11.80, was slightly lower (7%) than the compression ratio of 11.05. In addition, by reducing the compression ratio from 11.05 to 10.50 in gasoline mode, there was a significant increase in emissions; that was 44% for the NOx and 16% for the CO, which could be one of the limiting factors of the advance in spark timing. Moreover, due to the VCR strategy and the significant optimization of the compression ratio, the combinatory method of VCR – HCNG can be used as an effective method for the bi-fuel engines in order to improve the performance and reduce emissions.  相似文献

Fuel cell stack compression is a vital part of the manufacturing process, however limited research exists in predicting the optimal compression force to maximise fuel cell performance. This paper validates a spring equivalent model proposed in a previous publication which, when coupled with literature derived gas diffusion layer (GDL) optimal compression data, can predict the compression force required based on gas diffusion layer and gasket properties. The error between the model and the optimal performance of the stack is a maximum of 6.4%. This is a positive indication as to the model's validity. In addition, the compression homogeneity applied by the compression system to the flow field plate is measured to confirm the GDL is experiencing the predicted compression force. The impact of this research is a reduction in development time and cost as less empirical testing will be required to identify optimal fuel cell stack compression.  相似文献

为了抑制高温进汽水蒸气压缩过程的温度升高,可以采用湿压缩方式,利用水滴升温显热和汽化潜热来降低压缩终了的排汽温度,改善压缩机工作性能。本文通过对两相湿压缩过程的分析,建立水蒸气基元容积两相湿压缩过程数学模型。根据所建立的模型,采用数值模拟的方法对螺杆压缩机压缩水蒸气过程进行了计算,并分析了湿蒸汽进汽千度及水滴微粒直径对排汽温度和压缩功率的影响。  相似文献

Being a low critical temperature fluid, CO2 transcritical system offers low COP for a given application. Parallel compression economization is one of the techniques to improve the COP for transcritical CO2 cycle. An optimization study of transcritical CO2 refrigeration cycle with parallel compression economization is presented in this paper. Further, performance comparisons of three different COP improvement techniques; parallel compression economization alone, parallel compression economization with recooler and multistage compression with flash gas bypass are also presented for chosen operating conditions. Results show that the parallel compression economization is more effective at lower evaporator temperature. The expression for optimum discharge pressure has been developed which offers useful guideline for optimal system design and operation. Study shows that the parallel compression with economizer is promising transcritical CO2 cycle modifications over other studied cycle configurations. A maximum improvement of 47.3% in optimum COP is observed by employing parallel compression economization for the studied ranges.  相似文献

This paper investigates the effect of compression ratio and spark timing on the power performance and combustion characteristics of a hydrogen enriched compressed natural gas engine. The experimental data was conducted under variable compression ratios (i.e. 10:1, 11:1 and 12:1) by varying the spark ignition timing. The engine was kept running at a constant speed of 1200 rpm with a constant excess air ratio of 1.6 and a constant manifold absolute pressure of 50 kPa. It has been found from the results that the higher compression ratio, the higher the indicated thermal efficiency. Increase in compression ratio leads to higher brake torque and lower break specific fuel consumption. But the improvements are weakened between higher compression ratios. The peak pressure is higher with higher compression ratio. Faster heat release rates and lesser coefficient of variations of indicated mean effective pressure can also been observed at higher compression ratios.  相似文献
