正ANSI and SAC jointly held a seminar in Hangzhou in December 2017,to strengthen cooperation on association standards development.Experts and representatives from the two sides made wonderful reports on the development of association standards,as well as the innovation and practice in relevant sectors.This article gives us some insights into the differences of association standards in China and the US.

This paper analyzed the current situation of industrial clusters and industrial cluster standardization in Jiangsu, and summarized relevant practice in five aspects including the experiences of government planning, standards alliance construction, implementation of technology standards strategy, clusters pilot construction and increasing the supply of public goods to promote the development of industrial cluster in Jiangsu. The problems and challenges during Jiangsu industry cluster standardization construction were put forward to promote the development of Jiangsu industrial clusters.
