研究了喷射成形和铜模吸铸法制备的La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)22.3块体非晶合金的晶化行为。结果表明,两种工艺制备的非晶合金晶化过程都为三级晶化,晶化的顺序为:非晶→非晶+La→非晶+La+Al3La→非晶+La+Al3La+富Cu和Ni的未知相。结合晶化动力学计算和退火晶化实验结果表明,低温(<503K)时,喷射成形La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)22.3非晶合金的热稳定性优于铜模吸铸La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)22.3非晶合金,高温(>553K)时结果相反。  相似文献

通过先对Zr55Ni5Al10Cu30合金熔体施加脉冲电流处理,再利用非真空吸铸法制备出Zr55Ni5Al10Cu30块体非晶合金的方式,研究了电脉冲孕育处理对非晶热稳定性及退火晶化的影响。差分扫描量热(DSC)及X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明:经电脉冲孕育处理后Zr55Ni5Al10Cu30块体非晶合金的玻璃转变温度上升,晶化温度降低,过冷液相区变窄,同时玻璃转变激活能和晶化激活能有所减少。电脉冲孕育处理没有改变Zr55Ni5Al10Cu30块体非晶合金退火晶化相演变过程,但提高了非晶退火晶化率。电脉冲孕育处理对Zr55Ni5Al10Cu30块体非晶合金的晶化起到了促进作用。  相似文献

利用铜模铸造法制备(La0.6Ce0.4)65Al10Cu25块体非晶合金,通过X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法对该非晶合金的热稳定性和晶化行为进行研究。利用J-M-A方程对其等温晶化动力学进行分析,该合金平均Avrami指数在2.39~3.38之间。区域Avrami指数n(x)分析表明,晶化初期n(x)趋于3;晶化中期阶段,n(x)由2.5变化到3.5,在此过程中,当2.5相似文献

用铜模铸造法制备了Gd_(36)La_(20)Al_(24)Co_(20)块体非晶合金,并在其过冷液相区内不同温度及不同压力下进行了加压退火处理.通过XRD和DSC研究了加压退火处理对该非晶合金晶化行为及热稳定性的影响规律.结果表明,加压退火抑制了Gd_(36)La_(20)Al_(24)Co_(20)非晶合金的晶化过程,其晶化激活能E随退火压力的增加而增大,分析了相关的机理.  相似文献

通过X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜等实验设备,对比分析了喷射沉积法和铜模吸铸法制备的La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金的晶化过程和在不同退火温度下的晶化组织。结果表明沉积态La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金晶化主要析出纳米级的Al、Al Ni、La和未知相,析出相呈均匀分布,组织结构较好,而吸铸态La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金晶化后析出La和La(Cu,Ni)相,析出相颗粒尺寸大小不一,且分布不均匀,从而证明喷射沉积法作为La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)块体非晶合金的制备方法,具有一定的优势。  相似文献

采用Al-Si合金部分替代Mg65Cu25Y10大块非晶合金中的Cu元素,形成Mg-Cu-(Al-Si)-Y非晶合金。通过铜模浇注法制备Mg-Cu-(Al-Si)-Y大块非晶合金,发现Al-Si合金的添加对非晶合金的玻璃形成能力没有明显改善,但改善了非晶合金的室温塑性。在晶化温度附近低于晶化温度的条件下对铜辊旋淬法制备的Mg-Cu-(Al-Si)-Y非晶条带进行了处理。结果表明,Mg-Cu-(Al-Si)-Y非晶合金随加热温度的提高和处理的时间的延长晶化程度也随之提高,同时加热晶化增大了合金的室温脆性。  相似文献

研究了喷射沉积La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)大块非晶合金在不同退火工艺下的晶化过程和晶化组织转变。结果发现:573 K×30 min退火时,非晶合金可以完全晶化,并析出Al、AlNi、La和未知相。TEM显示Al和AlNi相的晶粒尺寸为纳米级,且晶化后的组织成分较为均匀,说明喷射沉积是制备镧基非晶合金的有效方法。  相似文献

通过宏观洛氏压痕实验在低温(193K)下对玻璃转变温度和本征脆性具有显著差别的5种典型非晶合金(Mg65Cu25Gd10,La55Al25Cu10Ni5Co5,Pd43Cu27Ni10P20,Zr47.9Ti0.3Ni3.1Cu39.3Al9.4,Fe52Cr15Mo9Er3C15B6)的剪切带特征进行了研究。考查了剪切带间距和数量与归一化温度和材料本征脆性的关联,并根据放射状剪切带的夹角讨论了不同合金的压力敏感系数及其影响因素。  相似文献

采用铜模吸铸法制备出La62.0Al15.7(Cu0.5Ni0.5)22.3大块金属玻璃,经高压处理后,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和示差扫描量热计(DSC)对非晶的结构驰豫和晶化过程进行了研究.结果表明,非晶玻璃转变温度和第一晶化温度随着压力的增加,其先增加后减小,极大值出现在4.0 GPa的压力.这种现象归因于经过高压处理后玻璃转变温度区焓的变化,而焓的变化由基体缺陷激活体积引起自由体积变化所导致.此外,高压处理还影响玻璃的结晶过程.  相似文献

The glass-formation range of bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) based on lanthanum and cerium was pinpointed in the La–Al–Co, Ce–Al–Co and pseudo-ternary (La–Ce)–Al–Co systems, respectively, by copper mold casting. Through the stepwise substitution of La for solvent Ce in (LaxCe1−x)65Al10Co25 alloys (0 < x < 1), the fully glassy rods of the (La0.7Ce0.3)65Al10Co25 alloy can be successfully produced up to 25 mm in diameter by tilt-pour casting. Compared with the glass-forming ability (GFA) of single-lanthanide-based alloys, La65Al10Co25 and Ce65Al10Co25, the coexistence of La and Ce with similar atomic size and various valence electronic structure obviously improves the GFA of (LaxCe1−x)65Al10Co25 BMGs, and this cannot be explained by the conventional GFA criteria for BMGs, e.g. atomic size mismatch and negative heats of mixing. A thermodynamic model was proposed to evaluate this substitution effect, which gives a reasonable explanation for the obvious improvement of GFA induced by the coexistence of similar atoms.  相似文献

The effects of the pre-compression treatment at room temperature on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of the RE65Co25Al10 (RE = Ce, La, Pr, Sm and Gd) bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) in the seawater solution have been investigated. The results indicate that the pre-compression treatment induces the microstructure changes or partial crystallization, which can significantly improve the thermal stability and the mechanical properties of the RE65Co25Al10 BMGs. The BMG-based composite with nanocrystals under the pre-compression stress of 450 MPa shows the excellent mechanical properties with the compressive fracture strength of 832 MPa and microhardness of 261 HV, while the BMG pre-compressed by the stress of 250 MPa exhibits the enhanced corrosion resistance in the seawater solution, as indicated by the low corrosion current density and high corrosion potential. However, the corrosion resistance of the RE65Co25Al10 BMG composite pre-compressed under the stress of 450 MPa does not perform as well as this of the specimen pre-compressed under the stress of 250 MPa. Moreover, the discussion has been made based on the short-range order (SRO), free-volume content, and nanocrystal precipitation under the pre-compression treatment. The proper pre-compression design can be beneficial for improving the practical application of the RE-based BMGs.  相似文献

采用Si模制作的V型槽微压印实验评价了4种具有不同脆度的块体非晶合金(Pd40Cu30Ni10P20,Zr65Cu15Al10Ni10,Cu46Zr42Al7Y5,Zr58.5Cu15.6Al10.3Ni12.8Nb2.8)在过冷液相区内的微成形能力.结果表明,尽管不同的BMG表现出不同的表观粘度,但在相同的应变条件下,各种BMG却呈现出相似的充型面积,这表明它们具有相似的微成形能力.这一结果源于在本实验条件下(成形温度T=1.07Tg,应变率(ε)=2×10-3s-1),各BMG均遵循相同的牛顿流变机制.最后,通过有限元模拟验证了这一结论.  相似文献

研究试样直径和高径比对3种镁基块体金属玻璃Mg65Cu25Gd10、Mg65Cu20Ni5Gd10和Mg75Ni10Gd10压缩变形行为的影响,探讨镁基块体金属玻璃断裂模式的转变机制。压缩应力—应变曲线和断口扫描电镜观察结果表明:镁基块体金属玻璃Mg65Cu25Gd10、Mg65Cu20Ni5Gd10和Mg75Ni10Gd10在压缩条件下可在3个不同的变形阶段发生断裂,第1个是弹性变形阶段,在此变形阶段金属玻璃都以解理方式断裂,无塑性;第2个变形阶段的断裂为解理和剪切混合方式断裂,金属玻璃具有一定的剪切塑性变形;第3个变形阶段为稳定剪切锯齿塑性流变阶段,在此变形阶段金属玻璃都是以剪切方式断裂,具有稳定的塑性变形;镁基块体金属玻璃的断裂模式与尺寸有关,减小试样的直径和高径比都有利于块体金属玻璃由解理断裂向剪切断裂的转变,强度和塑性也相应地得到提高。  相似文献

To date the effect of unlike component elements on glass-forming ability (GFA) of alloys have been studied extensively, and it is generally recognized that the main consisting elements of the alloys with high GFA usually have large difference in atomic size and atomic interaction (large negative heat of mixing) among them. In our recent work, a series of rare earth metal-based alloy compositions with superior GFA were found through the approach of coexistence of similar constituent elements. The quinary (La0.5Ce0.5)65Al10(Co0.6Cu0.4)25 bulk metallic glass (BMG) in a rod form with a diameter up to 32 mm was synthesized by tilt-pour casting, for which the glass-forming ability is significantly higher than that for ternary Ln–Al–TM alloys (Ln = La or Ce; TM = Co or Cu) with critical diameters for glass-formation of several millimeters. We suggest that the strong frustration of crystallization by utilizing the coexistence of La–Ce and Co–Cu to complicate competing crystalline phases is helpful to construct BMG component with superior GFA. The results of our present work indicate that similar elements (elements with similar atomic size and chemical properties) have significant effect on GFA of alloys.  相似文献
