聚酰亚胺作为结构独特的一类功能性高分子材料,应用广泛。随着人们对材料综合性能要求的提高,含氟聚酰亚胺颇受业界关注。聚酰亚胺结构中引入氟原子既能提高材料溶解性和透光率,还能降低其吸湿率和介电常数。综述了近年来含氟聚酰亚胺在设计、合成和应用性能方面的研究进展,指出其结构设计带来的性能优势。特别是对含氟聚酰亚胺的溶解性、光学性能、热性能等进行了总结。展望了其在柔性显示面板/基板市场的应用发展方向。 相似文献

Photoreactive polyimide precursors, which are readily soluble in common organic solvents and optically transparent at light of 365 nm wavelength (i-line), similar to aliphatic polyimide precursors, were obtained by polycondensation of biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and fluorine-containing diamine compounds. In particular, the polyimide precursor prepared from 2,2 bis(3-amino-4-methylphenyl) hexatluoropropane showed high solubility in common organic solvents and complete transparence at i-line wavelength. A 3 μm thick film of the polyimide precursor on a silicon wafer was exposed and developed, and offered high resolution (0.5μm line) patterns with an aspect ratio of 6.0. This polymide precursor swells very little in the developing solvent, resulting in the high resolution. Conversion of polyamic acid to polyimide at several curing temperatures was observed by infrared spectrophotometer and thermogravimetry. 相似文献

以含氟的二胺5,5′—(六氟异丙基)—二—(2—氨基苯酚)及均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为单体,首先合成了经酰胺化的主链上带有活性羟基的含氟聚酰亚胺,再通过Mitsunobu反应将活性生色分子分散红1(DR1)共价链接到聚酰亚胺的侧链骨架上,合成了含氟聚酰亚胺.采用溶胶—凝胶(SOl—Gel)技术,并利用偶联剂γ—氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(AFTES)制备带有发色团的和含有硅氧烷端分子的聚酰胺酸,其中的Si(OR)3基经水解、缩合后,与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在催化剂作用下反应,经杂化、凝胶后,得到光学透明且热稳定性高的有机/无机杂化材料.将制得的含氟聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料,采用红外光谱(FT—IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC),对材料的结构、表面形貌、热性能进行了表征. 相似文献

The dilute solution properties of two polyimides have been studied using size exclusion chromatography, light scattering and viscometry in various solvents. Molecular parameters (conformation and aggregation) are found to be solvent dependent. Addition of a non-solvent (H2O) to 6FDA-mPDA, a fluorine-containing polyimide, or Ultem a polyetherimide, in the good solvent N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone is responsible for an increase in molecular weight. A novel fluorinated bis(ether amine) monomer, 2,3-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)naphthalene, was prepared through the nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride and 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene in the presence of potassium carbonate, followed by catalytic reduction with hydrazine and Pd/C. A series of new fluorine-containing polyimides having inherent viscosities of 0.54 to 1.10 dl/g were synthesized from the diamine with various commercially available aromatic dianhydrides using a standard two-stage process with thermal imidization of poly(amic acid) films. These polyimides were highly soluble in a variety of organic solvents, and most of them afforded transparent, light-colored, and tough films with good tensile strengths. These polyimides exhibited glass transition temperatures (Tgs) of 247-300 °C and showed no significant decomposition below 500 °C under either nitrogen or air atmosphere. Except for the polyimide derived from pyromellitic dianhydride, the polyimide films were almost colorless, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption cutoff wavelength below 400 nm and low b∗ values (a yellowness index) of 10.7-41.9. These polyimides had dielectric constants of 3.09 to 3.65 (1 MHz) and moisture absorptions in the range of 0.2-0.3 wt%. 相似文献

以含氟的二胺5,5’-(六氟异丙基)-二-(2-氨基苯酚)(6FHP)及二酐4,4’-(六氟异丙基)-苯二酸酐(6FDA)或均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为单体,以分散红1(DR1)为活性生色分子合成具有非线性光学特性的含氟聚酰亚胺,并采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol—Gel)法合成相应的聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料。采用固态^29SiMASNMR谱研究了含氟聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料的交联结构,结果表明杂化材料中是以T^3、Q^3、Q^4结构为主,说明在杂化材料中形成了交联网状结构.采用衰减全反射(ATR)测定了聚酰亚胺和杂化材料在832nm处的电光系数,其值分别为32、28、34和29pm/V,结果表明具有较高的电光系数。 相似文献
