对镁还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物工艺进行了研究。采用研磨混料-还原焙烧-酸洗除杂-干燥工艺制备了低价铌氧化物粉末,采用XRD、SEM测试方法对产物物相、微观形貌进行了研究;按钽电解电容器相似的工艺将低价铌氧化物粉末制成了阳极,采用电解电容器阳极测试方法对其电性能进行了研究。结果表明,镁还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物反应不易控制,产物物相复杂、粒度粗、粒形简单,以其为原料制做的阳极比容低、内阻高、漏电流大。 相似文献

对铌还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物工艺进行了研究。采用玛瑙研磨混料-还原焙烧-过筛工艺制备了低价铌氧化物粉末,用正交试验法及方差分析对工艺条件进行了优化,用XRD、SEM测试方法对产物物相、微观形貌进行了研究;按与钽电解电容器相似的工艺将低价铌氧化物粉末制成了阳极,并采用电解电容器阳极测试方法对其电性能进行了研究。结果表明,铌还原Nb2O5工艺制备的低价铌氧化物具有优良的电性能,比容达到69 500μF.V/g、损耗≤11.25%、漏电流(K值)≤1.8×10-4μA/(μF.V),其电性能指标优于FTa16—300电容器钽粉国家标准(GB/T 3136—1995)。 相似文献

对在高能球磨中用Nb还原Nb2O5制备新型电解电容器阳极材料低价铌氧化物工艺进行了研究。研究对比了两种不同工艺方案:A,高能球磨混料-酸洗除杂-真空焙烧;B,高能球磨混料-真空焙烧-酸洗除杂。采用ICP、SEM分析检测方法对产物的杂质含量、微观形貌进行了分析研究。按与钽电解电容器相似的工艺将低价铌氧化物粉末制成了阳极,并采用电解电容器阳极测试方法对其电性能进行了研究。结果表明:A方案制备的产物比B方案的杂质含量低、漏电流小、比容低、损耗小,B方案产物比容可达107 000μF.V.g-1,两种方案制备的产物均有明显片式化现象、粒度细,但球磨过程中引入的杂质均难以在后续的洗涤过程中彻底除去,导致阳极漏电流较大。 相似文献

LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7,a Ruddlesden-Popper type bilayered perovskite,was investigated as oxygen catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and active electrode material for electrochemical capacitors in KOH solutions.XPS results show that Mn takes a mixed Mn~(2+),Mn~(3+)and Mn~(4+)valence state with an average valence of 3.4.As catalyst towards ORR,LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7 and LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7/acetylene black composite favor four electron pathways for ORR.LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7/C composite shows a comparable onset potential for ORR to that of Pt/C electrode.The improved ORR activity of LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7/acetylene black composite is attributed to the synergy between catalytic LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7 and conductive acetylene black.As electrode material for electrochemical capacitors,LaSr_2 Mn_2 O_7 exhibits a maximum specific capacitance of 167.2 F/g with 62%faradic contribution at a scan rate of 1 mV/s in cyclic voltammetry test. 相似文献

Au/TbMnO3/YBa2 Cu3O7-x capacitors were fabricated on SrTiO3 substrates by pulse laser deposition technique, of which electric properties were investigated in the temperature range from 25 to 300 K. Both current-voltage characteristics and junction resistances with bias voltages showed remarkable temperature dependence, in which obvious thermally excited relaxation processes were found between 150 and 200 K. At the temperatures lower than the activation process, the leakage currents of the capacitors were studied. Interestingly, at high electric field, the mechanism of the leakage was Poole-Frenkel emission. However, at low electric field, the conduction was not Ohmic, and ideal lnJ∝E 1/4 characteristics were observed. Analysis showed that the possible origin was related to the inherent inhomogeneous nature of activationless percolating transport. 相似文献
