研究了KDN-04型定氮仪测定氨氮含量的最佳优化条件,并应用优化条件准确测定乳制品中蛋白质含量。实验考虑了影响凯氏定氮法的主要因素:消化时间、消化硫酸加入量、氢氧化钠用量和硼酸浓度等。利用单因素实验及正交优化实验研究手段,得出实验最优方案。并以此对实际样品进行分析测定。结果表明:消化时间为80min、硫酸用量为10mL,氢氧化钠的量为40mL,硼酸的百分含量为3%时,为实验最佳条件。选取脱脂牛奶为样品,凯氏定氮法测得结果为3.44g/100mL,对照双缩脲光度法测定数据,实验结果满意。 相似文献

以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)这三种单体采用半连续聚合的方法得到苯丙乳液,考察了溶剂质量、乳化剂配比、种子单体比例(聚合方式)、引发剂质量、苯乙烯含量对苯丙乳液性能的影响,并选出单因素实验中影响显著的因素,最后以正交实验确定最优工艺配方,制备出高固含量苯丙乳液。实验结果表明,苯丙乳液的最优工艺配方为:溶剂33.3wt%、引发剂0.3wt%、乳化剂配比为1∶3、苯乙烯22.2wt%、种子单体1/3,以此配方制得的乳液呈透明泛蓝色,各项稳定性优良,固含量可达58%,凝胶率较低,制得的清漆漆膜表面平整均匀且具有一定的光泽,耐水性良好,耐洗刷次数高达417次。 相似文献

制备了两种与传统陶瓷表面装饰的新技术(喷墨打印装饰技术)配套的新型墨水—黑色与黄色陶瓷表面装饰墨水。它们以陶瓷颜料为基本着色料,用溶胶—凝胶法制备,以连续式喷墨打印墨水的质量标准为参照标准。经测试,所制墨水的电导率、表面张力、粘度等理化性能完全符合喷墨打印墨水的要求,适用喷墨打印陶瓷装饰工艺的需要。研究了pH值、反应温度、硝酸用量、煅烧温度等因素对黄色墨水性能的影响。黑色墨水制成时为红棕色,煅烧后为黑色。黄色墨水的制备与实验条件有关,在一定条件下,黄色墨水制成时颜色与煅烧后颜色均为黄色。 相似文献

采用外加坯体增强剂的方法,提高以稀土尾砂为原料制备的陶瓷坯体强度。实验探究了聚丙烯酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、膨润土及其复合添加剂的添加量对坯体强度的影响规律。结果表明:添加0.3 wt%聚丙烯酸钠,可使坯体干燥强度增强60.6%;添加0.2 wt%羧甲基纤维素钠,坯体的干燥强度增加33.3%;添加2 wt%膨润土,坯体干燥强度增加22%;而添加2 wt%膨润土、0.3 wt%复合添加剂(三聚磷酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠配比为3:1),坯体强度可增加110.5%。本实验研究结果可为陶瓷生坯强度的增强提供技术手段,也有利于促进稀土尾砂的再利用。 相似文献

系统地研究了Span80-Tween60/助乳化剂/油/FeCl3反相微乳液体系。通过正交实验,进行方差分析,得出最佳反相微乳液体系。通过均匀实验和全面实验,绘制出体系的拟三元相图,并由相图得出体系的最佳比例。绘制出最大溶水量与温度的曲线,从而确定最佳乳化温度。在最佳温度、最佳比例下,配制出两种墨水,并测定了墨水的表面张力、粘度、电导率和稳定性等性能。 相似文献

采用聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺对Ti O2进行修饰,以十二烷基硫酸钠为稳定剂,四氯乙烯为分散介质,油溶蓝为蓝色染料,制备了分散性和稳定性良好的电泳显示液。用该电泳液作囊芯,以明胶和羧甲基纤维素钠进行复凝聚反应形成囊壁,制备了蓝白双色电子墨水微胶囊,讨论了芯材比、加酸浓度、酸化时间等对微胶囊形貌与物理性质的影响。采用扫面电子显微镜、粒径分布、热失重分析等方法对所制备的蓝白双色电子墨水微胶囊进行了表征,结果表明:所制备微胶囊球型规整,囊壁结构致密,表面光滑,平均粒径为52.2μm。 相似文献

To improve the properties of titanium dioxide particles and realise their firm anchorage in blue light curing film, three modified titanium dioxide particles were prepared by grafting 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate, 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane. The surface changes of titanium dioxide particles after modification were characterised. The dispersion stability, photo‐polymerisation, rheological and mechanical properties of modified titanium dioxide blue light curing inks were investigated. Results showed that compared with native titanium dioxide, modified titanium dioxide particles were more appropriate for blue light curing ink. The particle sizes of the three modified titanium dioxide particles became smaller, their surfaces exhibited hydrophobicity, and the viscosity of the modified titanium dioxide inks decreased slightly. Of the three modified titanium dioxide particles, 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate‐ and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane‐modified titanium dioxide particles exhibited better dispersion stability in blue light curing ink. In particular, 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate‐modified titanium dioxide blue light curing ink showed the best photo‐polymerisation and mechanical properties, which indicated the participation of the pigment grafted by double bonds in the blue light curable polymerisation. Using modified titanium dioxide in blue light curing ink, the dry/wet rubbing fastness of the printed fabrics improved. 相似文献

Formulation of black ceramic ink and its ink-jet printability on a glass substrate were investigated. The thermal and chemical stabilities of CoFe2-xCrxO4 and Ni0.925Mn0.075Fe1.875-xCrxMn0.125O4 black inorganic pigments were analyzed with various amounts of Cr substitutions. The ceramic ink was prepared using the pigment composition that demonstrated color stability during the high temperature glazing process with a minimal Cr substitutional amount. After the dispersion stability and rheological property were optimized, the ceramic ink was suitably jetted from a print head as a single sphere-shaped droplet without satellite droplets. To improve the printability of the ceramic ink, the glass substrate was treated with a perfluorooctyl trichlorosilane (PFTS) solution. As a result, the PFTS surface treatment increased the contact angle of the ceramic ink droplets on the glass substrate and effectively minimized the ink spreading phenomena. 相似文献
