采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪和硬度计对铁素体基球墨铸铁QT 350-22和QT 600-10进行了微观组织与断口形貌观察、相结构与成分检测和硬度测量。实验结果表明,由于两种球墨铸铁的Si含量明显不同,虽然其金相组织均为铁素体基体+颗粒状石墨+少量珠光体,但两者的力学性能和断口形貌差别很大。QT 350-22的拉伸强度较低,而冲击吸收功很高,其断口形貌呈典型的韧性断裂;QT 600-10的拉伸强度高,且延伸率较高,而冲击吸收功很低,其断口形貌呈典型的脆性断裂。随球墨铸铁中Si含量的提高,铁素体基体的Si固溶强化效果明显增加,这是由于Si原子溶入铁的晶体点阵而导致晶格畸变所致。本文的研究结果可以为优化铁素体基球墨铸铁的化学成分和铸造工艺提供重要的实验依据。 相似文献

研究了Sb和热处理工艺对厚大断面球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响,试验结果表明:(1)合理的RE加入量可以中和Sb的反球化作用,改善石墨形态,增加石墨球数量;(2)Sb强烈细化珠光体,但是含量太高会影响球化和导致碳化物的生成;(3)采用940℃(3 h)正火+460℃(4 h)回火的热处理工艺,合金元素含量为w(Cu)1.0%、w(Sn)0.15%、w(Sb)0.025%时,厚度为70 mm的附铸试块性能达到了QT900-2的要求,尺寸为500 mm×500 mm×700 mm的方形试块布氏硬度达到了311 HB以上,并且硬度偏差只有17 HB。 相似文献

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法研究了在750 ℃退火工艺下不同出炉温度对QT450-10球墨铸铁的珠光体含量、渗碳体形态、抗拉强度以及硬度的影响。结果表明,球墨铸铁试样在经过不同出炉温度下的微观组织均由铁素体、石墨球、石墨颗粒以及少量渗碳体组成。由于珠光体的分解、渗碳体残留以及石墨颗粒的形成导致在750 ℃出炉空冷时试样的抗拉强度下降7%左右、布氏硬度下降13%左右。随着出炉温度的降低,试样残留渗碳体的分解以及石墨颗粒的长大,导致抗拉强度、硬度均有所下降,当出炉温度为100 ℃时试样的抗拉强度下降10%左右、布氏硬度下降20%左右。 相似文献

为使球铁活塞的铸态性能达到QT600-10要求,采用如下技术措施:(1)冲天炉电炉双联熔炼,采用吹氮气搅拌脱硫,确保原铁液w(S原)≤0.020%;2)采用覆砂铁型铸造,并适当控制w(Mg)和w(RE)含量,以获得较高的球化率;3)采用含铜球化剂,并强化孕育,以获得恰当的珠光体和铁素体比例。 相似文献

The as-cast QT700-6 alloy was synthesized with addition of a certain amount of copper, nickel, niobium and stannum elements by alloying method in a medium frequency induction furnace, aiming at improving its strength and toughness. Microstructures of the as-cast QT700-6 alloy were observed using a scanningelectron microscope(SEM) and the mechanical properties were investigated using a universal tensile test machine. Results indicate that the ratio of pearlite/ferrite is about 9:1 and the graphite size is less than 40 μm in diameter in the as-cast QT700-6 alloy. The predominant refinement mechanism is attributed to the formation of niobium carbides, which increases the heterogeneous nucleus and hinders the growth of graphite. Meanwhile, niobium carbides also exist around the grain boundaries, which improve the strength of the ductile iron. The tensile strength and elongation of the as-cast QT700-6 alloy reach over 700 MPa and 6%, respectively, when the addition amount of niobium is 0.8%. The addition of copper and nickel elements contributed to the decrease of eutectoid transformation temperature, resulting in the decrease of pearlite lamellar spacing(about 248 nm), which is also beneficial to enhancing the tensile strength. The main fracture mechanism is cleavage fracture with the appearance of a small amount of dimples. 相似文献

AbstractThe present study examined the influence of refinement of graphite nodules on microstructure and tensile properties of austempered ductile cast iron (ADI). A casting technique using deoxidation treatment enabled manufacture of thin walled castings made of ductile cast iron without ledebulite. The thin walled casting (t=2 mm) was subjected to extreme refinement of graphite nodules, where the number of graphite nodules was 1750 mm?2. Decrease in graphite nodule diameter resulted in refinement of ausferrite and γ-pool structures in ADI and rapid reaction of austempering. The significant increase in the number of graphite nodules resulted in a remarkable drop in the tensile strength and elongation of ADI. In this paper, the study of cavitation behaviour of austempered ductile iron (ADI) alloyed with copper, as well as copper and nickel with a fully ausferritic microstructure, is presented. The ADI materials used were austenitized at 900 °C and austempered at 350 °C having an ausferrite microstructure with 16 and 19% of austenite, respectively. The experimental investigations were conducted using the ultrasonically induced cavitation test method. The results show that the cavitation damage was initiated at graphite nodules, as well as in the interface between a graphite nodule and an ausferrite matrix. The cavitation rate revealed that the ADI material alloyed with Cu + Ni austempered at 350 °C/3 h has a higher cavitation resistance in water than ADI alloyed with Cu. An increased cavitation resistance of the ADI material alloyed with Cu and Ni is due to the matrix hardening by stress assisted phase transformation of austenite into the martensite (SATRAM) phenomenon. 相似文献
