无机富锌涂料在重防腐施工中应用较广.寻找一种既能降低生产成本,又能提高其综合性能的添加剂具有重要意义.系统研究了以高模数硅酸锂.硅酸钠、硅酸锂.硅酸钾、硅酸锂.甲基硅酸钠、硅酸锂-甲基硅酸钾四种硅酸盐复合物质作为无机富锌涂料粘结剂的制备方法、影响因素和防腐性能,通过分析和比较,得出了一条新的制备硅酸锂富锌涂料的工艺路线。  相似文献

为了提高富锌防腐涂料的综合性能,以硅丙乳液、硅溶胶、氢氧化钾、鳞片状锌粉为主要原料,分别添加经HOOC(CH2)17NH+3有机改性的蒙脱石与无机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂,制备改性的硅酸钾水性无机富锌防腐涂料.探讨了蒙脱石种类和用量对富锌涂料涂层性能、表面形貌及耐蚀性的影响.结果表明:采用有机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料的综合性能优于未添加抗沉剂的涂料,而后者的综合性能优于采用无机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂的涂料.当以加入量为涂料总质量的0.3%的有机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂时,所配制的涂料涂层表面平整、致密且机械性能以及耐腐蚀性能优异,是一种绿色长效的防腐涂料.  相似文献

对添加羧甲基纤维素钠改善水性珠光涂布纸云母系列珠光涂料的性质做了初步研究.试验结果表明,羧甲基纤维素钠不仅能改善涂料的稳定性,提高涂层的表面拉毛强度,还能起到辅助胶粘剂的作用.通过优化试验得到了较理想的羧甲基纤维素钠配比.  相似文献

采用不同功能颜填料制备水性纳米建筑隔热涂料,以水性聚氨酯为成膜剂,以滑石粉、绢云母为填料,再以纳米金红石型二氧化钛和空心陶瓷微珠分别作为隔热功能颜填料,制备水性纳米建筑隔热涂料,研究功能颜填料对涂料隔热性能的影响。实验结果表明:绢云母具有较高的辐射隔热效果,空心微珠、纳米金红石型二氧化钛为高反射隔热填料;其中绢云母最佳用量(质量分数)为10%,当绢云母与空心玻璃微珠混合时,空心玻璃微珠最佳用量(质量分数)为5%;当绢云母与纳米金红石型二氧化钛混合时,纳米金红石型二氧化钛最佳用量(质量分数)为6%。纳米金红石型二氧化钛比空心玻璃微珠作为填料时隔热性能稍优,最优隔热率达到94%以上。从经济效益角度,建议用空心玻璃微珠作为填料制备聚氨酯涂料。  相似文献

在制备超强吸水性材料的时候加入一定量的绢云母能有效降低材料成本并且增加产品抗盐性.本文采用水溶液法,通过正交实验研究了绢云母型高吸水性复合材料在聚合过程中引发剂、交联剂、丙烯酸中和度、丙烯酰胺、绢云母几个影响因素对复合材料吸水性的影响,优化出最佳工艺条件为绢云母60%,交联剂0.02%,中和度1OO%,丙烯酰胺1OO%,引发剂0.4%,此时产品的吸自来水倍率为324.5g/g.  相似文献

为研究铝酸锌对膨胀型防火涂料的阻燃消烟作用,以及进一步研究铝酸锌对膨胀型防火涂料的抑烟机理.文中在以聚磷酸胺、季戊四醇及三聚氰胺为膨胀阻燃体系的防火涂料中添加不同加量的铝酸锌抑烟协效剂,通过锥形量热仪测试添加铝酸锌后的膨胀型防火涂料的热释放速率(HRR)、总释热量(THR)、生烟速率(SPR)、总生烟量(TSP)等性能参数,对其进行阻燃抑烟研究.结果表明添加铝酸锌的加入不仅提升了涂料的防火性能,并且有效减少的烟气生成量,降低了CO生成量,提高了抑烟性能.当添加6%的铝酸锌时对膨胀型防火涂层抑烟效果最佳,最大热释放速率为2.90 k W/m2,生烟总量为0.7 m2.  相似文献

探讨了实型铸造涂料的组成对涂层强度的影响.研究表明:涂料中的有机粘结剂可使涂层获得较高的常温强度,用铝矾土作耐火填料可使涂层获得较高的高温强度.有机粘结剂和无机粘结剂含量的合理搭配可有效地保证涂层的常温强度和高温强度.  相似文献

Pure copper plates were coated by Ni-TiC dipulse current plating method. The effects of adding different concentration(ranging from 0.5 g/L to 3.0 g/L) of attapulgite nano particles to the plating bath on the surface morphology, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance of Ni/TiC/Attapulgite nano-composite coatings were investigated. The experimental results show that the composite coating is flat and compact with adding 3.0 g/L in the bath, and the coating preferred orientation is changed from the planes (111) to (200). The coefficient of the composite coatings decreases from 0.68 to 0.18 with increasing content of attapulgite in the bath, a mixed mode of adhesive-abrasive wear occurs for all coatings, and the wear mechanism shows a transition from adhesive-abrasive to predominantly abrasive wear mechanism when the concentration of attapulgite is beyond 1.5 g/L in electrolyte. The oxidation resistance of composite coatings is the best prepared when adding attapulgite particles at 0.5 g/L in the bath, the oxide mainly consists of a NiO phase by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Fe-based coatings reinforced by spherical WC particles were produced on the 304 stainless steel by plasma transferred arc(PTA) to enhance the surface wear properties. Three different Fe/WC composite powder mixtures containing 0 wt%, 30 wt%, and 60 wt% of WC were investigated. The microstructure and phase composition of the Fe/WC composite PTA coatings were evaluated systemically by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The wear properties of the three fabricated PTA coatings were investigated on a BRUKER UMT TriboLab. The morphologies of the worn tracks and wear debris were characterized by using SEM and 3 D non-contract profiler. The experimental results reveal that the microhardness on the cross-section and the wear resistance of the fabricated coatings increase dramatically with the increasing adding WC contents. The coating containing 60 wt% of WC possesses excellent wear resistance validated by the lower coefficients of friction(COF), narrower and shallower wear tracks and smaller wear rate. In the pure Fe-based coating, the main wear mechanism is the combination of adhesion and oxidative wear. Adhesive and two-body abrasive wear are predominated in the coating containing 30 wt% of WC, whereas threebody abrasion wear mechanism is predominated in the coating containing 60 wt% of WC.  相似文献

Ni-Ag/TiC composite coating was prepared on the 45 steel substrates by means of laser cladding. Microstructure and wear properties of composite coatings were analyzed using optical microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and wear machine. The experimental results show that defects, such as cracks and pores, do not occur in the laser-cladded Ni-Ag/TiC composite coating and 45 steel substrate, and they present good metallurgical bonding between them. Compared with Ni/TiC composite coating, micro- hardness values of the two coatings do not present evident differences. The wear experiment result shows that Ni-Ag/TiC composite coated with Ag possesses low friction coefficient and good wear resistance compared with Ni/TiC composite coating.  相似文献

爆炸喷涂是提高材料表面性能的表面喷涂技术之一.本文旨在通过表面喷涂提高45钢基体表面的耐磨性、耐冲击性等性能.采用爆炸喷涂方法在45钢基体材料上喷涂Al2O3陶瓷和团聚陶瓷涂层,在摩擦磨损试验机上进行Al2O3陶瓷涂层的磨损试验,X衍射仪测试涂层表面结构,JB/T7509—94铁试剂方法测试涂层的孔隙率.通过分析和比较45钢基材与爆炸喷涂Al2O3陶瓷涂层的摩擦磨损性能,实验结果表明,喷涂Al2O3陶瓷涂层可以改善基材45钢的耐磨损性能,延长其使用寿命.此外,研究发现,团聚Al2O3陶瓷涂层比Al2O3陶瓷涂层要更耐磨;而爆炸喷涂Al2O3涂层的质量要好于等离子喷涂和火焰喷涂Al2O3陶瓷涂层.  相似文献

研究了4种不同涂层的耐磨性能,并对涂层形貌、组织、硬质相等进行了分析,结果表明:Ni60中添加价格较低的FeO5粉末后,涂层耐蚀磨损性能得到改善;随WC含量的增加,涂层的耐冲蚀磨损的性能也得到提高;而加入硬质颗粒后,其合金粉末涂层的耐磨性却不一定提高.  相似文献

金属氮化物硬质膜层“合金化”的研究进展   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过展示近年来国内外金属氮化物膜层的研究结果,探究了膜层晶体结构、微观组织的变化规律和提高性能的途径;列举了大量文献进行分析.结果表明:添加C或B元素,可形成“替位式”的金属氮碳化物或氮硼化物膜层,具有明显的固溶强化效应;大部分氮硼化物膜层,都可生成细小的金属硼化物,对性能的提高非常有力;加入Si可以细化晶粒,提高膜层的韧性和耐磨性.在TiN和CrN膜层中加入金属合金化元素(如Al、Zr等),除具有明显的固溶强化效应外,还能显著提高膜层的高温氧化阻力和腐蚀阻力,提高膜层的耐磨性.沉积膜层的显微组织结构,可以通过调整“合金化”元素的比率来改变,并由此可以对膜层性能进行调制.通过“合金化”,金属氮化物膜层的晶体结构、微观组织都可以调制,综合性能显著改善和提高.  相似文献

采用化学镀技术在CrMoNi高合金铸铁表面沉积Ni—P合金镀层,采用维氏硬度仪、M-2000摩擦磨损机、SEM和EDAX等手段研究了热处理温度对Ni-P合金镀层组织结构和性能的影响,并对磨损机理进行了分析.研究结果表明:CrMoNi合金基体表面沉积Ni—P合金镀层能有效改善CrMoNi合金基体硬度和耐磨性.经过350℃热处理时,获得的Ni-P合金镀层硬度达到极值1072HV,为基体硬度的4.5倍,耐磨性最佳,磨损率仅为基体的0.68%o,镀层的磨损机制为轻微的黏着磨损.  相似文献

应用大气等离子喷涂(APS)技术制备陶瓷/金属复合耐磨涂层试样,并对其硬度,结合强度,微观结构和耐磨性等性能进行评估,结果表明Al2O3-TiO复合涂层在耐磨性方面好于WC-NiCrAl复合涂层,而WC-NiCrAl复合涂层在结合强度性能上好于Al2O3-TiO2复合涂层。  相似文献

The High Velocity Arc Spraying (HVAS) technology was used to prepare Fe-Al composite coatings by the adding of different elements into cored wires to obtain different Fe-Al coatings. The added compounds do great effect on the properties of the composite coatings. The microstructures and abrasive wear performances of the coatings were assessed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and THT07-135 high temperature wear equipment. It was found that the adding of Cr3C2 can greatly increase the room temperature wear behavior, and Fe-Al/WC coatings have adapting periods at the beginning of wear experiment. With the rise of temperature, the wear resistance of Fe-AI/Cr3C2 coatings becomes bad from room temperature to 250℃, and then stable from 250℃ to 550℃; the wear resistance of Fe-Al/WC becomes well with the rise of temperature. The adding of Cr and Ni can also improve wear performances of Fe-Al composite coatings.  相似文献

利用XRD、SEM、显微硬度weibull统计分析以及摩擦磨损试验手段对比研究了等离子喷涂添加ω(TiO2)=13%的TiO2的AlO3涂层(以下简称AT13涂层)和添加不同含量CeO2的AT13涂层的微观组织和性能。研究表明,CeO2以铺展良好的薄片状分布于涂层中,有效改善了涂层中层片之间结合。稀土CeO2的添加不改变AT13相变规律。涂层显微硬度的Weibull统计分析表明,添加CeO2对AT13涂层的显微硬度影响不大,显微硬度分布的分散性降低。当ω(CeO2)=4%时,涂层显微硬度分布的分散性最小。AT13材料中添加CeO2可显著提高涂层的耐磨性,当ω(CeO2)=8%时,涂层的耐磨性最好。添加CeO2不改变涂层的磨损机制,但显著降低涂层的磨损剥落程度。  相似文献
