MnO_2掺杂对NiZn铁氧体磁性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了MnO2掺杂Ni0.88Zn0.12Fe1.98O4铁氧体材料。实验发现,较高的烧结温度有助于NiZn铁氧体磁导率的提高,但过高和过低烧结温度都不利于材料品质因数的提高,从降低损耗的角度考虑,最佳烧结温度为1220℃。当NiZn铁氧体中MnO2掺杂量为1.5%时,铁氧体晶粒生长均匀,平均晶粒尺寸适中,能获得最高的品质因数,过低或过高的掺杂量都不利于损耗的降低。铁氧体饱和磁感应强度随MnO2掺杂量的增多先上升,后下降,但总体的变化程度都不大。而矫顽力则随掺杂量的增多持续下降。相关的影响机制在文中作了详细的讨论。  相似文献

采用传统氧化物陶瓷法制备低功耗的MnZn功率铁氧体,研究了TiO2掺杂对功率铁氧体微观结构、饱和磁感应强度、起始磁导率和功率损耗的影响。结果表明:适量添加TiO2能够改善晶粒均匀性,提高饱和磁感应强度、起始磁导率,降低损耗尤其是低温损耗,但是加入过多的TiO2会导致晶粒异常长大,饱和磁感应强度降低,高温损耗恶化。当TiO2含量为0.25%时,铁氧体烧结样品的晶粒尺寸大小均匀,饱和磁感应强度达到最大值,损耗较低。  相似文献

以酒石酸和金属硝酸盐为原料,采用低热固相反应方法合成了Ni0.18Cu0.2Zn0.62O(Fe2O3)0.98尖晶石型铁氧体,并应用FT-IR,DSC-TG,XRD,TEM以及SEM等技术对低热固相反应过程和样品进行了研究和表征。FT-IR研究表明,酒石酸和金属硝酸盐在研磨30min后发生了低热固相反应,生成金属酒石酸盐前驱体。FT-IR和XRD分析表明,前驱体经不同温度焙烧后得到单一尖晶石相的NiCuZn铁氧体粉。依据谢乐公式计算和TEM表征,证明干凝胶在350℃分解1h后的粒径约为20~30nm,将此粉体在750℃下焙烧2h后,粒径增大到100~150nm。铁氧体于900℃烧结为陶瓷体后,晶粒约为2~4μm,烧结致密。随着烧结温度由850℃提高到900℃,NiCuZn铁氧体的矫顽力Hc有所下降,但饱和磁化强度Ms有所升高。磁谱测量表明,900℃烧结样品的磁导率为170,截止频率为32MHz,样品的磁性主要来源于畴壁位移的贡献。  相似文献

对草酸盐共沉淀法制取锰锌铁氧体软磁材料粉末的FeSO4ZnSO4MnSO4(NH4)2C2O4H2O体系进行热力学分析,得出最佳pH为40~82,热力学计算与试验吻合。草酸盐共沉淀粉末煅烧后平均粒径220μm,烧结温度比普通干法制粉低40℃左右,制得的温敏锰锌铁氧体材料起始磁导率达4550左右,温度灵敏度≤15℃,并在磁性温敏传感器中应用效果良好  相似文献

研究了不同温度烧结对掺Nd3+的Ni-Zn铁氧体组织和磁性能的影响。随着烧结温度的增加,含Nd3+铁氧体粒度和数量相应增加,气孔明显减少。实验发现,烧结温度为1250℃时的试样有较好的综合性能,不仅具有较高的磁导率而且损耗也较小。  相似文献

用普通陶瓷工艺制备了Nb2O5微量掺杂的LiTiAlMg多晶尖晶石铁氧体材料。测量了材料的饱和磁感应强度Bn,移相器插入损耗,介电常数ε,介电损耗tgδ等性能参数。实验表明,随Nb2O5微量掺杂的增加,Li系铁氧体材料的电、磁损耗均明显下降,而材料的其它性能(如居里温度、剩磁、饱和磁感应强度等)基本保持不变,对此现象简要分析了原因。控制适当的Nb2O5的掺入量。是有效运用该技术的关键因素。  相似文献

利用机械合金化工艺制备了颗粒尺寸为0.5μm、W晶粒尺寸为10am的纳米晶W-Cu粉末,研究了其烧结致密化行为、烧结合金显微组织及其性能,并考察了其晶粒长大特性。结果表明:烧结温度和时间的增加有利于致密化,1300℃烧结30min,合金取得了99%的相对密度;硬度随烧结温度、时间的增加而增加,在1375℃烧结30min,硬度为HB321。W晶粒随着烧结温度的升高而增大,1200℃烧结30min获得了相对密度为98%以上、硬度为HB264、晶粒尺寸约为350am的细晶W-Cu合金。  相似文献
