A method of color image single-channel encryption is proposed. The proposed method uses tricolor grating to encode a color image into a gray level image, then the gray level image is encrypted by double random phase encryption, so a color image is encrypted in a single-channel and its security is ensured. We study the Be-C doped MgB2 system by the first principles method based on density functional theory. The compensation effect between electron type doping and hole type doping is shown in the total density of states on the Fermi level, the real part of optical conductivity, and the number of effective carriers. The compensation mechanisms are discussed. The critical temperatures for different systems are calculated.  相似文献

We present a generic approximate graphical method for determining the equilibrium Fermi level and majority carrier density of a semiconductor with multiple donors and multiple acceptors compensating each other. Simple and easy-to-follow procedures of the graphical method are described.By graphically plotting two wrapping step functions facing each other,one for the positive hole-ionized donor and one for the negative electron-ionized acceptor,we have the crossing point that renders the Fermi level and majority carrier density.Using the graphical method,new equations are derived,such as the carrier compensation proportional to N_A/N_D,not the widely quoted N_A-N_D.Visual insight is offered to view not only the result of graphic determination of Fermi level and majority carrier density but also the dominant and critical pair of donors and acceptors in compensation.The graphical method presented in this work will help to guide the design,adjustment,and improvement of the multiply doped semiconductors.Comparison of this approximate graphical method with previous work on compensation,and with some experimental results,is made.Future work in the field is proposed.  相似文献

The photocurrent-voltage characteristics and photoelectric sensitivity of a-Si:H samples with slit and comb electrodes are measured. A method for calculating the charge intensifying gain from the photoelectric sensitivity is proposed. The obtained charge intensifying gain of a-Si:H under an electric field of 105 V/cm through this method is as high as 4.3×103. The generation process of the charge intensification effect in a-Si:H is discussed on the basis of the energy level diagram. And the product of electron's mobility and its lifetime is calculated from the measured values of the gains.  相似文献

The fixed level and dynamic denoising method was studied based on indoor-to-outdoor measured channel impulse responses ORs) at 5.25 GHz with radio frequency (RF) 100 MHz bandwidth. It is found that the dynamic ranges, peak powers and noise floors of the IRs are with close correlations. The comparisons with different denoising methods are given by deriving the power delay profiles (PDPs), root mean square (RMS) delay spread (RMS DS), number of paths (NOPs) and Ricean K-factors. It is concluded that the traditional fixed level noise cut is under estimate of DS and NOPs. The Ricean K-factors are of little sensitive to noise cut irrespective of what kind of methods applied. The PDPs are not very sensitive to the fixed level noise cut, however, obvious changes can be found by dynamic noise cut. The dynamic noise cut is preferred when clear noise floors is observed and decided from the measured IRs, it's of importance in data post processing for wideband radio channel measurements as well as the relevant modeling work.  相似文献

This paper presents a level set based automatic segmentation method for removing bones and detecting blood vessels from cerebral CTA data. Based on the Chan-Vese active contour model, the piecewise constant approximation function is modified by integrating the gradient information with intensity averages for improving and speeding up the boundary detection of nonhomogenous regions. In numerical implementation, the level set technique is applied, and the non-oscillatory upwind scheme is combined with central difference operator for better robustness and high precision. The bone and vessel tissues are segmented from other soft tissues in CTA using this modified Chan-Vese model, then bone removal and vessel extraction are implemented by the boundary tracking method. The experimental results show our method has better performance than the Chan-Vese model.  相似文献

Personal cloud computing is an emerging trend in the computer industry. For a sustainable service, cloud computing services must control user access. The essential business characteristics of cloud computing are payment status and service level agreement. This work proposes a novel access control method for personal cloud service business. The proposed method sets metadata, policy analysis rules, and access denying rules. Metadata define the structure of access control policies and user requirements for cloud services. The policy analysis rules are used to compare conflicts and redundancies between access control policies. The access denying rules apply policies for inhibiting inappropriate access. The ontology is a theoretical foundation of this method. In this work, ontologies for payment status, access permission, service level, and the cloud provide semantic information needed to execute rules. A scenario of personal data backup cloud service is also provided in this work. This work potentially provides cloud service providers with a convenient method of controlling user access according to changeable business and marketing strategies.  相似文献

提出了一种对稠油热采井下光纤非本征法布里-珀罗干涉型(EFPI)永久压力传感器采集的压力信号进行小波多分辨率降噪的方法,可有效抑制传感器采集压力信号中的非平稳噪声。提出了一种基于信噪比(SNR)提升的小波分解层数确定方法,无需真实压力信号频率范围的先验知识,可通过扫描信噪比提升随小波分解层数的变化估计最优小波分解层数。在新疆某油田稠油热采井的现场试验结果表明,该方法可提高压力信号信噪比约2.6dB,且降噪后压力信号可显著提高对油田稠油热采井原油日产量的预测准确度。  相似文献

采用近红外透射法建立了一种灵芝孢子油识别方法。分别在灵芝孢子油中掺入葵花油、薏仁油、花生油、玉米油和食用调和油。这些掺杂油品的体积百分比范围为0-100%。采用近红外透射法进行测定。选择最佳的光谱波段,然后用偏最小二乘fPartialLeastSquares,PLS)法分别建立了定量分析模型。对于不同比例的掺杂油料,预测相对误差范围在-0.357-0.435之间。研究结果表明,基于化学计量学和近红外光谱技术的分析手段可以作为一种简便、快捷、准确、廉价的方法应用于油类品种识别和掺杂量检测中。  相似文献

页岩是油气储层的主要类型之一,其微量有机质的准确表征是油气资源勘探中的一大热点和难点。利用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)对不同原油含量(ppm级)的页岩进行测试与分析,结果表明,太赫兹光谱响应与页岩有机质含量存在单调关系:随着原油浓度增加,单位厚度太赫兹时域光谱幅值衰减系数线性增加。结合有效介质理论,确定了太赫兹介电常数与200 ppm以下原油含量之间的线性关系。研究表明,太赫兹时域光谱技术可作为页岩中微量原油表征的有效方法,对提高油气资源勘探效率具有重要意义。  相似文献

针对光学遥感图像中受阴影干扰的油罐目标识别率低的问题,该文提出一种将改进的视觉显著模型与似圆阴影区域特征检测相结合的由粗到精的油罐目标检测方法。首先建立改进的视觉显著模型,将油罐从复杂背景中粗分离。然后对分离结果中由油罐产生的似圆阴影区域进行精检测,得到疑似油罐目标。再去除阴影,获得油罐目标的初步检测结果。最后基于图搜索策略及先验知识,确定油罐目标并定位油库区域。实验结果表明,该方法对检测光学遥感图像中存在似圆阴影的油罐目标具有较高的鲁棒性和准确率。同时,在不同环境的光学遥感图像中使用该方法可快速准确地定位油库区域。  相似文献

The authors present algorithms for the automatic detection of oil spills in SAR images. The developed framework consists of first detecting dark spots in the image, then computing a set of features for each dark spot, before the spot is classified as either an oil slick or a “lookalike” (other oceanographic phenomena which resemble oil slicks). The classification rule is constructed by combining statistical modeling with a rule-based approach. Prior knowledge about the higher probability for the presence of oil slicks around ships and oil platforms is incorporated into the model. In addition, knowledge about the external conditions like wind level and slick surroundings are taken into account. The presented algorithms are tested on 84 SAR images. The algorithm can discriminate between oil slicks and lookalikes with high accuracy, 94% of the oil slicks and 99% of the lookalikes were correctly classified  相似文献

电压互感器作为变电站电压采集的重要设备,对变电站的安全运行具有重要意义。针对变电站内部分电压互感器油位无法巡视的缺点,为了提高变电站电压互感器油位巡视覆盖率,研制了一种电压互感器油位巡视装置。该装置由相机、相机保护套、角度调节器、伸缩杆和防高压绝缘套组成,通过WiFi与手机通信。利用该装置记录无法巡视的电压互感器油位录像,或者直接与手机进行通信在低处进行安全观察,可切实解决电压互感器油位无法巡视的问题。通过对某地区变电站电压互感器油位无法巡视问题算例的分析,证明了该装置具有较高的实用价值。  相似文献
