目前,纳米材料领域研究的焦点是纳米二氧化硅的研究,而传统的化学方法制备二氧化硅需要严格控制反应的条件,试剂污染比较严重,资源的损耗较大,反应的时间也比较长;然而,自然界中的一些植物,在常温常压及近中性pH下,就能形成比较精美的硅纳米材料,这些有趣的现象使人们日益关注仿生硅化的研究。文章就二氧化硅的仿生合成进行简要评述。  相似文献

溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化硅溶胶和多孔二氧化硅薄膜   总被引:18,自引:3,他引:18  
稀Na2SiO3溶液经过阳离子交换树脂除去Na^ 离子后,经碱化浓缩制成质量分数约为25%-30%的二氧化硅溶胶,添加化学添加剂丙三醇后加入乙酸乙酯,搅拌水解使溶解的pH值适当降低,聚乙烯醇能使二氧化硅溶胶具有网状结构,易于成膜。薄膜在750-850℃下热处理后孔径分布在100-300nm之间。二氧化硅薄膜在热处理过程中的微结构衍化过程可通过调节二氧化硅溶胶的pH值,添加化学添加剂和热处理温度加以控制。讨论了纳米二氧化硅胶粒溶胶的形成和形成的二氧化硅溶胶先体的成膜化学机理,并对制备的多孔二氧化硅薄膜的微结构,形貌变化和相关的物理性能进行了表征。  相似文献

以啤酒废酵母为模板剂,采用沉淀法仿生合成具有介孔结构的SiO2材料。通过透射电镜(transmission electron microscopy,TEM)观察到SiO2的介孔结构。Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)模型证明了介孔结构的存在,且样品的比表面积为244.98~339.16m2/g,平均孔径范围为4.32~8.04nm。用红外光谱分析仪对样品的成分和化学键进行分析,利用TEM和BET法研究废酵母用量对实验结果的影响。这种方法能够实现废物再利用,并能降低产品成本。  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为无机前驱体,在酸性条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶技术,用蒸发诱导自组装(EISA)工艺制备了二氧化硅透明介孔薄膜. 透射电子显微镜图显示热处理后的薄膜具有高度有序的六方相结构孔道;由椭偏仪测得热处理后薄膜的折射率低至1.18,厚度在180 nm左右;阻抗分析仪测得薄膜的介电常数为2.14. 薄膜经过六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)表面修饰后具有良好的疏水性能和热稳定性,作为低介电材料能更好满足工业需求.  相似文献

以工业水玻璃作为硅源,采用三甲基氯硅烷[(CH3)3SiCl,TMCS]、正己烷(C6H14)、乙醇溶液对二氧化硅水凝胶进行表面改性处理,使水凝胶的溶剂交换和表面改性在一步同时完成。过程包括:1)在水玻璃中[Na2O与SiO2的物质的量比为1:(3.1—3.3)]加入浓硫酸调节pH,用磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀,然后倒入模具中,在室温下静置,使之成为湿凝胶;2)以三甲基氯硅烷、正己烷为改性剂,将二者的混合溶液倒入盛有湿凝胶的模具中,在室温下静置一段时间,然后在无水乙醇溶液中浸泡2d,然后进行干燥得到气凝胶。所制备的气凝胶具有典型的气凝胶结构特征,孔洞尺寸、  相似文献

The transparent Ti-containing or Cr-containing mesoporous silica thin films can be prepared on quartz plate using a spin-coating sol–gel method. The spectroscopic characterization has revealed that these thin films contain isolated and tetrahedrally coordinated titanium oxide moieties and chromium oxide moieties in their frameworks, respectively. These mesoporous silica thin films containing metal oxide moieties have demonstrated a strong hydrophilic surface property even before UV-light irradiation and the appearance of the super-hydrophilic property after UV-light irradiation. Especially, the Cr-containing mesoporous silica (CMS) thin film showed the super-hydrophilic property even under visible light irradiation. In the presence of ethylene gas, the polyethylene was successfully formed on the surface of the CMS thin film under UV-light irradiation. After the formation of polyethylene the surface property of the CMS was converted into hydrophobic while keeping its transparency. The isolated and tetrahedrally coordinated titanium oxide moieties and chromium oxide moieties are responsible for these photo-induced surface reactions.  相似文献

In this work, we have developed a chemical procedure enabling the preparation of highly ordered and vertically aligned mesoporous silica films containing selected contents of silver ions bonded inside the mesopore channels via anchoring propyl-carboxyl units. The procedure involves the electrochemically assisted self-assembly co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane and (3-cyanopropyl)triethoxysilane in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a surfactant, the subsequent hydrolysis of cyano groups into carboxylate ones, followed by their complexation with silver ions. The output materials have been electrochemically characterized with regard to the synthesis effectiveness in order to confirm and quantify the presence of the silver ions in the material. The mesostructure has been observed by transmission electron microscopy. We have pointed out that it is possible to finely tune the functionalization level by controlling the co-condensation procedure, notably the concentration of (3-cyanopropyl)triethoxysilane in the synthesis medium.  相似文献

Hexagonal mesoporous silica (HMS) was prepared at ambient temperature by using dodecylamine (DDA) as the surfactant and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the silica precursor. The HMS materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The samples prepared at various addition rates of TEOS and various alcohol/water (R/H) ratios were investigated. As the addition rate of TEOS decreased, the size of HMS particles increased and the textural porosity decreased. Non-alcoholic solution was required to prepare non-spherical particles. The HMS with noodle-like structures was prepared in the absence of alcoholic solvent. These noodle-like particles were about 0.1m in diameter and about submicrometer to several micrometers in length.  相似文献

在碱性条件下,以正硅酸乙酯和表面活性剂制备了球状的介孔二氧化硅,然后在减压的条件下用醋酸锌溶液浸渍,过滤干燥后在600℃下焙烧5 h制备出了球状的ZnO/介孔SiO2组装体,产物用XRD,TEM,BET,TG,IR进行了表征,结果表明介孔二氧化硅球上负载了ZnO纳米粒子。  相似文献

Poly(BPDA-ODA)/silica hybrid optical thin films were synthesized using a sol-gel reaction combined with spin coating and multi-step baking. The hybrid thin films were prepared by the precursors of aminoalkoxysilane capped poly(BPDA-ODA) amic acid and tetramethoxysilane (TMOS). Highly transparent hybrid thin films were obtained at a silica content of 0–51.9 wt%. The prepared hybrid thin films showed homogeneous structures and excellent surface planarity. The refractive index of the prepared hybrid thin films decreased linearly with increasing the silica content while the Abbe number showed the opposite trend. The prepared hybrid films also exhibited a much smaller optical birefringence than the parent poly(BPDA-ODA) because of the reduction of the rigid backbone by incorporating the silica moiety. Optical planar waveguides were prepared from the prepared hybrid thin films. The optical losses of the planar waveguides at 1310 nm were in the range of 0.5–1.3 dB/cm, which were reduced significantly by increasing the silica moiety. The reduction of the C–H bonding density and excellent surface planarity by incorporating the silica moiety explain the trend of optical loss. These results suggest that the prepared polyimide-silica hybrid thin films have potential applications for optical devices.  相似文献
