利用钨酸钠通过电沉积在S135高强度钻杆用钢表面制备了Fe–Ni–W合金镀层。采用极化曲线测量以及结合力、显微硬度、厚度等测试研究了Fe–Ni–W合金镀层的耐蚀性和机械性能,并利用X射线衍射分析了其结构。结果表明,在其他条件相同(即Fe SO4·7H2O 30 g/L,Ni SO4·6H2O 40 g/L,C6H8O7·H2O适量,添加剂YC-2 1~5 g/L,pH 6.5,温度70°C,电流密度4 A/dm2,时间1 h)的情况下,改变钨酸钠的质量浓度(20~60 g/L),所得镀层的性能也不相同。当钨酸钠质量浓度为50 g/L时,镀层各种性能指标均达到最佳,镀层中主要含有Ni17W3和Fe Ni3等物相。 相似文献

为了提高Ni–P合金镀层的耐蚀性和表观质量,在化学镀Ni–P二元合金镀液的基础上加入钨酸钠,在钢铁上制备了Ni–W–P三元合金镀层。探讨了镀液主要成分和工艺条件对镀层外观质量及耐蚀性的影响,获得了较佳的工艺规范:硫酸镍25~35 g/L,钨酸钠55~65 g/L,次磷酸钠30~40 g/L,复合配位剂80~100 g/L,组合光亮剂5~10 mg/L,p H 8.5~9.0,温度80~90°C。检测了镀层的相关性能。结果表明,所制备的Ni–W–P合金镀层结晶细致,光亮度和结合力好,具有良好的装饰效果,耐蚀性优于化学镀Ni–P合金镀层。 相似文献

以漂珠(FACs)为基体,采用化学镀法制得FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体。分别采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等研究了FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合材料的微观形貌、组成、电磁特性和吸波性能。结果表明,镀覆后漂珠表面形成了均匀致密的Ni–Fe–P合金镀层。从[Ni2+]∶[Fe2+]为1∶1的镀液中制得的FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体在2~18 GHz范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗性能。以FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体为吸收剂的吸波材料厚度为1.5 mm时,其在15.1 GHz处的反射损耗峰值为-31.28 d B,反射损耗小于-20 d B的带宽为1.9 GHz。 相似文献

对装饰铜合金预镀Ni后再化学镀Ni–P合金、Ni–Mo–P合金或Ni–P/Ni–Mo–P合金,研究了预镀Ni时间对Ni–P合金和Ni–Mo–P合金镀层表面形貌、孔隙率和耐蚀性的影响,并对比了不同厚度组合的Ni–P/Ni–Mo–P合金镀层的性能。结果表明,预镀Ni有助于提高Ni–P合金和Ni–Mo–P合金镀层的性能,较佳的预镀Ni时间为5 min。当总厚度固定为20μm不变时,随内层Ni–P合金厚度增大,Ni–P/Ni–Mo–P组合镀层的各项性能均先改善后变差。当Ni–P合金和Ni–Mo–P合金厚度分别为14μm和6μm时,Ni–P/Ni–Mo–P组合镀层的耐蚀性最佳。 相似文献

以柠檬酸为配合剂,在氯化物–硫酸盐体系中,通过电沉积的方法在铁基体上获得了含42.2%~63.4%Ni、30%~57.3?和0.5%~6.6%Cr的Ni–Fe–Cr合金镀层。采用能量色散X射线谱分析了合金镀层的成分,研究了电流密度、温度、pH对合金镀层成分的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:电流密度12~18A/dm2,pH1.6~2.7,温度20~30°C。X射线衍射分析表明,Ni–Fe–Cr合金镀层为面心立方晶体结构。扫描电镜观察表明,镀层表面由密集的球形小颗粒组成。镀层光亮,与基体结合良好,在w=5%的NaCl溶液中具有良好的耐蚀性。 相似文献

在20CrMnTi低碳钢上实施渗碳工艺,再化学镀Ni–P合金,研究了不同热处理温度对Ni–P合金镀层结构、显微硬度和结合力的影响,探索了不同载荷下Ni–P合金镀层的耐磨性,并与渗碳层进行了对比。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,Ni–P合金镀层由非晶态转变为晶态,并伴随着新相Ni3P的析出。镀层结合力随热处理温度的升高不断增强,而镀层显微硬度和耐磨性则先增大后减小,并在400°C时达到最大值。在本试验条件下,化学镀Ni–P合金镀层的耐磨性优于渗碳层。 相似文献

采用电沉积法,在35CrMo抽油杆表面制备了Ni-W-P和Fe-Ni-W合金镀层,研究了钨合金镀层及其热处理对抽油杆的耐蚀性和室温静态力学性能的影响.采用X射线衍射法表征了钨合金镀层及其热处理后的结构.采用失重法、阳极极化曲线测量和电化学阻抗谱,研究了电镀钨合金抽油杆在质量分数为3.5%的氯化钠水溶液中的耐蚀性.采用扫描电子显微镜分析了电镀钨合金抽油杆拉伸断裂后的断口组织形貌.结果表明:35CrMo抽油杆电镀钨合金后,其耐蚀性明显增强;热处理使镀层的耐蚀性进一步提高;各项力学性能均达到标准要求.电镀钨合金抽油杆可以应用于油田的采油设备中. 相似文献

为了进一步提高Ni-W-P合金镀层的硬度和耐蚀性,用脉冲电沉积法制备了(Ni-W-P)-TiO2复合镀层,并研究了镀液中TiO2加入量对镀层硬度和表面形貌的影响,且通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,(Ni-W-P)-TiO2复合镀层的性能优于Ni-W-P镀层,而当镀液中TiO2质量浓度为6g/L时,复合镀层的硬度较高,表面形貌及耐蚀性能较优。自腐蚀电位较正,腐蚀电流密度较小,极化电阻较大,其交流阻抗谱对应的电阻值也较大。 相似文献

In order to explore the difference of CMAS corrosion resistance in high temperature and rainwater environment of single-layer and double-layer thermal barrier coatings (TBCs), and further reveal the mechanism of CMAS corrosion resistance in above environment of double-layer TBCs modified by rare earth, two TBCs were prepared by air plasma spraying, whose ceramic coating were single-layer ZrO2–Y2O3 (YSZ) and double-layer La2Zr2O7(LZ)/YSZ, respectively. Subsequently, CMAS corrosion resistance tests at 1200 °C and rainwater environment of two TBCs were carried out. Results demonstrate that after high temperature CMAS corrosion for the same time, due to phase transformation, the volume of YSZ ceramic coating in single-layer TBCs shrank and surface cracks formed, which would lead to coating failure. When LZ ceramic coating of double-layer TBCs reacted with CMAS, compact apatite phases and fluorite phases formed, the penetration of CMAS into ceramic coating was inhibited effectively. Raman analysis and calculation results show that both of the surface residual stress of ceramic coating in two TBCs were compressive stress, and the residual stress of ceramic coating in double-layer TBCs were smaller than that of single-layer TBCs. Atomic force microscopy of TBCs after CMAS corrosion show that surface of double-layer TBCs was more uniform and compact than that of single-layer TBCs. The electrochemical properties in simulated rainwater of two TBCs after high temperature CMAS corrosion showed that double-layer TBCs possessed higher free corrosion potential, lower corrosion current and higher polarization resistance than those of single-layer TBCs. Consequently, the presence of LZ ceramic coating effectively improved CMAS corrosion resistance in high temperature and rainwater environment of double-layer TBCs. 相似文献

利用钛盐成膜工艺在热镀锌层表面获得了色泽光亮、耐蚀性能优良的银白色转化膜层。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、电化学极化和盐水浸泡方法研究了钛盐转化膜层的表面形貌、元素组成和耐蚀性能。分析了钛盐溶液成分及工艺参数对热镀锌层表面转化膜的耐蚀性能影响。确定的最佳工艺条件为:Ti(SO4)21g/L,H2O260mL/L,pH0.5~1.0,处理温度25~30°C,处理时间10min。热镀锌层经此工艺处理后,耐蚀性能明显提高。 相似文献

通过电沉积方法制备光亮镍-铁舍金镀层,利用扫描电镜测定镀层表面显微形貌(SEM),X射线衍射仪测定合金饺层的相结构(XRD),然后对合金镀层进行浸泡腐蚀实验,观察其腐蚀行为,并测定其庸蚀速率.结果表明:镍-铁合金镀层在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀速率较在质量分数为5%的H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀速率小,即:在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中有较好的耐蚀性,最小的腐蚀速率为0.21 mg/(dm2·h),且在电流密度为4~6 A/dm2工艺条件下获得的舍金镀层在两种溶液中都具有较好的耐蚀性能. 相似文献

Metal surfaces can be improved in terms of thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties by a ceramic coating. The chromium-free corrosion resistance of stainless steel was achieved using a chemical solution method. Precursor solutions were prepared from metal alkoxides and were deposited on stainless-steel surfaces by dip coating and heat-treating at temperatures <500°C. The stainless steel was coated by silica, zirconia, and titania single-layer coating films, and/or coated by silica/zirconia and silica/titania double-layer coating films. The corrosion resistance was improved remarkably by a submicrometer silica-based coating on the stainless steel. 相似文献
