The chemical composition of the sinter obtained without Bakal siderite concentrate in the batch is calculated. The influence of Bakal siderite in the batch on the sinter composition is assessed. The sinter content in the blast-furnace batch, the MgO content in the slag, the slag yield, and the slag basicity are plotted against the content of siderite concentrate in the sintering batch.  相似文献

针对唐山建龙实业有限公司开发的热轧窄带65Mn钢出现淬火淬不上、淬火后硬度不均匀、淬火后板型发生飘曲等问题,进行了化学成分、金相组织、力学性能分析.对影响65Mn钢淬火后出现硬度不足、板形不良的问题进行了研究.根据试验结果,优化了化学成分、连铸配水、加热炉温度、加热炉炉气气氛等参数,解决了65Mn热轧窄带钢的脱碳超标问题,实现了批量生产.  相似文献

针对安钢500 MPa级制管用钢力学性能出现批量不合格的问题,通过对比轧制工艺和化学成分,分析出性能不合原因,指出冶炼成分中有效Ti含量偏低是造成本次性能不合的直接原因,并提出改进技术措施,同时进行小批量试验,效果良好,性能合格率达到100%,屈服和抗拉强度较改进前平均提高了40 MPa。  相似文献

The mechanical properties, microstructure, fractures, and texture of a trial industrial batch of 07Г2MФБ steel sheet (thickness 21.7 mm) for the manufacture of spiral-seam gas-line pipe (diameter 1420 mm) of strength class X70 at OAO Volzhskii Trubnyi Zavod (VTZ) are investigated. It is shown that the selected chemical composition of the steel and thermomechanical rolling technology yield mechanical properties of the sheet and the basic pipe metal complying with VTZ specifications.  相似文献

Steel 05Kh21AG15N8MF forgings 250 mm in diameter with a nitrogen content higher than 0.60%, which is necessary for a high-strength austenitic structure, are fabricated by plasma arc remelting. An experimental batch and strips are made of this steel. The chemical composition, the macrostructure, the mechanical properties, the intergranular corrosion resistance, and the hardness of the forgings are studied.  相似文献

设计研制了生产深水油气田大口径海底管线用无缝钢管的成分要求和工艺路线。小批量试制X65QO海底管线管,试制结果表明,通过微合金成分优化(/% :0.15Mo,0.04Nb,0.09V,0.06Ti),皮尔格周轧管工艺,配合930 ℃淬火+670 ℃回火调质工艺,X65QO钢级深海海底管线管屈服强度为~500 MPa,抗拉强度为~580 MPa, -30℃低温冲击功>300J,裂纹尖端开口位移(CTOD)以及焊接性能和氢致裂纹(HIC)性能较好,完全符合用户的要求。  相似文献

Laboratory tests are conducted to determine how manganese-bearing additives affect the metallurgical properties of pellet and sinter batch based on titanium-magnetite concentrates from Kachkanar enrichment facility. The results show that such additives are more effective in pellet batch than in sinter batch. Moreover, the introduction of magnesium in pellet batch permits the formation of a fluxed product, without impairment of the metallurgical properties. This increases blast-furnace productivity by 1.0–1.5%, with analogous decrease in coke consumption.  相似文献

The influence of low-alkali red mud on the mineral composition and physicomechanical properties of the sinter produced from OAO Ural’skaya Stal’ iron-quartzite ore is established. At the granulation stage, adding finely disperse low-alkali red mud increases the proportion of large fractions in the batch. The replacement of silicate binder by ferrite binder increases the strength of the sinter and reduces its abrasion.  相似文献

Effect of 1.18 wt.% copper on the annealing behaviour and the resulting mechanical properties in conventional mild interstitial free steel has been investigated. It is revealed that copper forms complex precipitates during batch annealing and modifies the batch annealing characteristics as compared with the base steel. Accordingly, strength‐formability parameters are influenced as well. In case of continuous annealing, solute copper controls the mechanical properties.  相似文献

Chloridization is a potential method of beneficiating ilmenite. Studies on beneficiation of ilmenite were carried out by using titanium chloride as the chloridizing agent in a laboratory scale fluidized bed reactor. Experiments were conducted on 1, 10, and 36 grams per batch scale, and the effect of the various rate determining steps on conversion was studied. Treated particles of ilmenite were examined for chemical composition, surface properties, and structural changes. The paper presents the experimental results on the chloridization treatment of natural and oxidized ilmenite.  相似文献

The optimization of coking batch at OAO Nizhnetagil’skii Metallurgicheskii Kombinat (NTMK) is considered theoretically and on the basis of practical experience. An integral characteristic of the batch is proposed: the optimality coefficient K opt. A serious environmental impact of Russian blast furnaces is the generation of copious dust on account of the low strength of the sinter and pellets employed. Their strength may be increased if red mud from alumina production is introduced in the initial batch. A problem here is that the red mud lowers the iron content in the blast-furnace batch. However, this effect may be compensated by reducing the content of fines in the batch, according to research on the chemical composition of Russian blast-furnace batch. The minimum iron content in the red mud at which such compensation is feasible is established.  相似文献

 通过炼钢 CSP 冷轧DQ级钢小批量的工业试验,研究了各工序工艺参数对DQ级钢力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,CSP 冷轧DQ级钢生产可采用与常规热轧相似的化学成分;CSP采用“二高一低”工艺能有效减少氮化铝的析出;增加冷轧压下率、降低退火加热速度、减少平整伸长率,DQ级钢力学性能显著提高。研究成果运用于实际生产中,涟钢DQ级产品广泛进入了车辆冲压板市场。  相似文献

介绍了本钢开发研制的X70管线钢化学成分和生产工艺特点,并对其组织性能进行了分析.结果表明,本钢X70管线钢具有高强度、高抗动态撕裂能力、高低温冲击韧性以及低韧脆转变温度.其优良的性能得益于内部具有与细小析出相交互作用的高密度位错的超低碳针状铁素体组织.目前已形成批量生产能力.  相似文献
