具有双偏心套结构的摆辗机摆头可以实现多种运动轨迹,其中圆和直线运动轨迹应用较多。为了直观显示及分析运动轨迹的摆辗成形过程,根据摆头运动原理,建立摆头运动方程,应用MATLAB软件,针对摆辗机摆头圆和直线运动轨迹,叠加坯料向上送进油缸的运动,进行摆头三维运动轨迹的仿真模拟及规律分析。摆头在圆运动轨迹运动时,摆辗成形过程曲线为螺旋线,摆头摆角不为0且固定,摆辗成形过程是连续的局部成形。摆头在直线运动轨迹下,摆辗成形过程曲线为"之"字形曲线,摆角大小变化频繁,当运动曲线通过中心点时,摆头摆角为0,工件成形由局部变为整体成形,所需成形力增大。 相似文献

根据摆辗机摆头结构特点,设计了内外偏心套传动矢量运动模型,利用Matlab软件对异速同向双偏心套的运动轨迹进行了模拟仿真,当外偏心套转速ω_10,内偏心套转速ω20,且ω1≠ω2时,摆辗机摆头的运动轨迹为螺旋线型,阐述了一个周期内螺旋线空间曲线的形成规律,并对影响螺旋线的参数进行了分析。结果表明:螺旋线的起点位于(2R,0)处,运动周期为2π,在0~π时刻,摆头轴端中心点逐渐靠近轴心同时螺旋式上升;在π~2π时刻,摆头轴端中心点逐渐远离轴心同时螺旋式上升;螺旋线旋转的圈数为β或1/β真分数的分母和分子之差,β或1/β越小,螺旋线的重叠部分越少;β或1/β接近1,螺旋线的重叠部分越多。 相似文献

Orbital forging is a metal forming process in which one of the dies performs a complex rocking motion. It ensures reduction in required load and allows for the cold forming of a workpiece. One of the mechanical parts formed by means of this technology is a bevel gear. However, a numerical analysis of orbital forging bevel gears is very difficult to perform due to the complex rocking motion of the die, which is confirmed by numerous works investigating the orbital forging process. In the present work, investigation results of the cold orbital forging of aluminum alloy bevel gears are presented. In contrast to other works devoted to the process, this study proposes a new procedure for forming bevel gears and the workpiece used has a shape which is different from the previously applied ones. The obtained results apply to both theoretical and technological aspects of orbital forging. The FEM simulation results have been successfully verified in laboratory conditions using the industrial PXW-100A press. 相似文献

The main subject of the present work is to present the new and innovative manufacturing technology based on the incremental forming approach. The idea is to develop a deformation process that is strictly based on small incremental deformations realized by a series of thin anvils. To realise this idea in practise this idea, a proper geometry of the upper die has to be designed. In the present work it is a set of several rolls (pressure rollers) that moves down towards a series of small anvils and performs rotational movement at the same time. As a result, the pressure is not transferred by the upper die directly to the material. The pressure is transferred to the sample through the series of thin anvils. To incrementally transfer the desired final shape to the forging a series of anvils with various lengths has to be used. Due to the complexity and novelty of the proposed approach, a set of questions has to addressed. These are related to appropriate depth of anvil indentation, material flow under a single anvil, material interaction with anvils and interaction between subsequent anvils. This basic research is done in the present work with the use of simple laboratory tests. Then detailed experimental analysis of material flow in the developed new process is presented. At this stage of the research the prototype of the proposed device is created on the basis of the orbital Marciniak forging press (Marciniak, 1970). All the obtained results are presented, and conclusions related to the effectiveness of the process are highlighted. The experimental part of the research is also supported by numerical analysis. The commercial finite element (FE) Forge2005 software was used in the present work to evaluate the forging process parameters and analyze the character of material deformation. 传统多点成形设备基本采用三梁四柱式压力机,本文提出了一种新型的预应力组合框架式板材多点成形压力机,该结构不仅克服了传统三梁四柱结构压力机的立柱既受拉又受弯的状况,而且有效改善了压力机的整体受力状态,提高了压力机整体强度和刚度,同时提高了产品制造精度.本文对传统三梁四柱式压力机机架和预应力组合框架式压力机机架进行有限元模拟对比分析,结果表明,预应力组合机架具有更好的强度和刚度,同时具有较强的抗偏载能力,为多点成形设备的设计和应用提供了一定的参考价值. 相似文献

The work presented in this paper provides the basis for an extension of conventional orbital forming to a new, flexible forming
process. A hydraulically actuated hexapod is used to move a swage in order to extrude a work piece towards a desired shape.
This paper presents an analytical model of the actuators and the dynamics of the hexapod. This model is used for developing
a cascaded position control law, and for developing a simulation environment representing the machine and the work piece in
an entire forming process loop. The design of the machine is briefly introduced and results of position control are presented.
