A significant development in the design of a NiCo2S4 3D hierarchical hollow nanoarrow arrays (HNA)‐based supercapacitor binder free electrode assembled by 1D hollow nanoneedles and 2D nanosheets on a Ni foam collector through controlling ionic liquid 1‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride ([OMIm]Cl) concentration is reported. The unique NiCo2S4‐HNA electrode acquires high specific capacity (1297 C g?1 at 1 A g?1, 2.59 C cm?2 at 2 mA cm?2), excellent rate capability (maintaining 73.0% at 20 A g?1), and long operational life (maintaining 92.4% after 10 000 cycles at 5 A g?1), which are superior to those for 1D hollow nanoneedle arrays (HNN) and 2D porous nanoflake arrays (PNF). The outstanding electrochemical performance is attributed to the novel 3D structure with large specific surface, hollow cores, high porosity as well as stable architecture. In addition, a hybrid supercapacitor applying 3D NiCo2S4‐HNA as the positive electrode and active carbon as the negative electrode exhibits a high energy density of 42.5 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 2684.2 W kg?1 in an operating voltage of 1.6 V. Robust cycling stability is also expressed with 84.9% retention after repeating 10 000 cycles at 5 A g?1, implying their great potential in superior‐performance supercapacitors.  相似文献

Co3O4/nitrogen‐doped carbon hollow spheres (Co3O4/NHCSs) with hierarchical structures are synthesized by virtue of a hydrothermal method and subsequent calcination treatment. NHCSs, as a hard template, can aid the generation of Co3O4 nanosheets on its surface; while SiO2 spheres, as a sacrificed‐template, can be dissolved in the process. The prepared Co3O4/NHCS composites are investigated as the electrode active material. This composite exhibits an enhanced performance than Co3O4 itself. A higher specific capacitance of 581 F g?1 at 1 A g?1 and a higher rate performance of 91.6% retention at 20 A g?1 are achieved, better than Co3O4 nanorods (318 F g?1 at 1 A g?1 and 67.1% retention at 20 A g?1). In addition, the composite is employed as a positive electrode to fabricate an asymmetric supercapacitor. The device can deliver a high energy density of 34.5 Wh kg?1 at the power density of 753 W kg?1 and display a desirable cycling stability. All of these attractive results make the unique hierarchical Co3O4/NHCS core–shell structure a promising electrode material for high‐performance supercapacitors.  相似文献

Incorporation of N,S‐codoped nanotube‐like carbon (N,S‐NTC) can endow electrode materials with superior electrochemical properties owing to the unique nanoarchitecture and improved kinetics. Herein, α‐MnS nanoparticles (NPs) are in situ encapsulated into N,S‐NTC, preparing an advanced anode material (α‐MnS@N,S‐NTC) for lithium‐ion/sodium‐ion batteries (LIBs/SIBs). It is for the first time revealed that electrochemical α → β phase transition of MnS NPs during the 1st cycle effectively promotes Li‐storage properties, which is deduced by the studies of ex situ X‐ray diffraction/high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy and electrode kinetics. As a result, the optimized α‐MnS@N,S‐NTC electrode delivers a high Li‐storage capacity (1415 mA h g?1 at 50 mA g?1), excellent rate capability (430 mA h g?1 at 10 A g?1), and long‐term cycling stability (no obvious capacity decay over 5000 cycles at 1 A g?1) with retained morphology. In addition, the N,S‐NTC‐based encapsulation plays the key roles on enhancing the electrochemical properties due to its high conductivity and unique 1D nanoarchitecture with excellent protective effects to active MnS NPs. Furthermore, α‐MnS@N,S‐NTC also delivers high Na‐storage capacity (536 mA h g?1 at 50 mA g?1) without the occurrence of such α → β phase transition and excellent full‐cell performances as coupling with commercial LiFePO4 and LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathodes in LIBs as well as Na3V2(PO4)2O2F cathode in SIBs.  相似文献

Hierarchical nanostructure, high electrical conductivity, extraordinary specific surface area, and unique porous architecture are essential properties in energy storage and conversion studies. A new type of hierarchical 3D cobalt encapsulated Fe3O4 nanosphere is successfully developed on N‐graphene sheet (Co?Fe3O4 NS@NG) hybrid with unique nanostructure by simple, scalable, and efficient solvothermal technique. When applied as an electrode material for supercapacitors, hierarchical Co?Fe3O4 NS@NG hybrid shows an ultrahigh specific capacitance (775 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1) with exceptional rate capability (475 F g?1 at current density of 50 A g?1), and admirable cycling performance (97.1% capacitance retention after 10 000 cycles). Furthermore, the fabricated Co?Fe3O4 NS@NG//CoMnO3@NG asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) device exhibits a high energy density of 89.1 Wh kg?1 at power density of 0.901 kW kg?1, and outstanding cycling performance (89.3% capacitance retention after 10 000 cycles). Such eminent electrochemical properties of the Co?Fe3O4 NS@NG are due to the high electrical conductivity, ultrahigh surface area, and unique porous architecture. This research first proposes hierarchical Co?Fe3O4 NS@NG hybrid as an ultrafast charge?discharge anode material for the ASC device, that holds great potential for the development of high‐performance energy storage devices.  相似文献

Flexible supercapacitors have shown enormous potential for portable electronic devices. Herein, hierarchical 3D all‐carbon electrode materials are prepared by assembling N‐doped graphene quantum dots (N‐GQDs) on carbonized MOF materials (cZIF‐8) interweaved with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for flexible all‐solid‐state supercapacitors. In this ternary electrode, cZIF‐8 provides a large accessible surface area, CNTs act as the electrical conductive network, and N‐GQDs serve as highly pseudocapactive materials. Due to the synergistic effect and hierarchical assembly of these components, N‐GQD@cZIF‐8/CNT electrodes exhibit a high specific capacitance of 540 F g?1 at 0.5 A g?1 in a 1 m H2SO4 electrolyte and excellent cycle stability with 90.9% capacity retention over 8000 cycles. The assembled supercapacitor possesses an energy density of 18.75 Wh kg?1 with a power density of 108.7 W kg?1. Meanwhile, three supercapacitors connected in series can power light‐emitting diodes for 20 min. All‐solid‐state N‐GQD@cZIF‐8/CNT flexible supercapacitor exhibits an energy density of 14 Wh kg?1 with a power density of 89.3 W kg?1, while the capacitance retention after 5000 cycles reaches 82%. This work provides an effective way to construct novel electrode materials with high energy storage density as well as good cycling performance and power density for high‐performance energy storage devices via the rational design.  相似文献

3D graphene networks have shown extraordinary promise for high‐performance electrochemical devices. Herein, the chemical vapor deposition synthesis of a highly porous 3D graphene foam (3D‐GF) using naturally abundant calcined Iceland crystal as the template is reported. Intriguingly, the Iceland crystal transforms to CaO monolith with evenly distributed micro/meso/macropores through the releasing of CO2 at high temperature. Meanwhile, the hierarchical structure of the calcined template could be easily tuned under different calcination conditions. By precisely inheriting fine structure from the templates, the as‐prepared 3D‐GF possesses a tunable hierarchical porosity and low density. Thus, the hierarchical pores offer space for guest hybridization and provide an efficient pathway for ion/charge transport in typical energy conversion/storage systems. The 3D‐GF skeleton electrode hybridized with Ni(OH)2/Co(OH)2 through an optimal electrodeposition condition exhibits a high specific capacitance of 2922.2 F g−1 at a scan rate of 10 mV s−1, and 2138.4 F g−1 at a discharge current density of 3.1 A g−1. The hybrid 3D‐GF symmetry supercapacitor shows a high energy density of 83.0 Wh kg−1 at a power density of 1011.3 W kg−1 and 31.4 Wh kg−1 at a high power density of 18 845.2 W kg−1. The facile fabrication process enables the mass production of hierarchical porous 3D‐GF for high‐performance supercapacitors.  相似文献

Nickel/cobalt hydroxide is a promising battery‐type electrode material for supercapacitors. However, its low cycle stability hinders further applications. Herein, Ni0.7Co0.3(OH)2 core–shell microspheres exhibiting extreme‐prolonged cycling life are successfully synthesized, employing Ni‐Co‐metal–organic framework (MOF) as the precursor/template and a specific hydrolysis strategy. The Ni‐Co‐MOF and KOH aqueous solution are separated and heated to 120 °C before mixing, rather than mixing before heating. Through this hydrolysis strategy, no MOF residual exists in the product, contributing to close stacking of the hydroxide nanoflakes to generate Ni0.7Co0.3(OH)2 microspheres with a robust core–shell structure. The electrode material exhibits high specific capacity (945 C g?1 at 0.5 A g?1) and unprecedented cycling performance (100% after 10 000 cycles). The fabricated asymmetric supercapacitor delivers an energy density of 40.14 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 400.56 W kg?1 and excellent cycling stability (100% after 20 000 cycles). As far as is known, it is the best cycling performance for pure Ni/Co(OH)2.  相似文献

The use of free‐standing carbon‐based hybrids plays a crucial role to help fulfil ever‐increasing energy storage demands, but is greatly hindered by the limited number of active sites for fast charge adsorption/desorption processes. Herein, an efficient strategy is demonstrated for making defect‐rich bismuth sulfides in combination with surface nitrogen‐doped carbon nanofibers (dr‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF) as flexible free‐standing electrodes for asymmetric supercapacitors. The dr‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF composite exhibits superior electrochemical performances with an enhanced specific capacitance of 466 F g?1 at a discharge current density of 1 A g?1. The high performance of dr‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF electrodes originates from its hierarchical structure of nitrogen‐doped carbon nanofibers with well‐anchored defect‐rich bismuth sulfides nanostructures. As modeled by density functional theory calculation, the dr‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF electrodes exhibit a reduced OH? adsorption energy of ‐3.15 eV, compared with that (–3.06 eV) of defect‐free bismuth sulfides/surface nitrogen‐doped carbon nanofiber (df‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF). An asymmetric supercapacitor is further fabricated by utilizing dr‐Bi2S3/S‐NCNF hybrid as the negative electrode and S‐NCNF as the positive electrode. This composite exhibits a high energy density of 22.2 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 677.3 W kg?1. This work demonstrates a feasible strategy to construct advanced metal sulfide‐based free‐standing electrodes by incorporating defect‐rich structures using surface engineering principles.  相似文献

Highly optimized nickel cobalt mixed oxide has been derived from zeolite imidazole frameworks. While the pure cobalt oxide gives only 178.7 F g?1 as the specific capacitance at a current density of 1 A g?1, the optimized Ni:Co 1:1 has given an extremely high and unprecedented specific capacitance of 1931 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1, with a capacitance retention of 69.5% after 5000 cycles in a three electrode test. This optimized Ni:Co 1:1 mixed oxide is further used to make a composite of nickel cobalt mixed oxide/graphene 3D hydrogel for enhancing the electrochemical performance by virtue of a continuous and porous graphene conductive network. The electrode made from GNi:Co 1:1 successfully achieves an even higher specific capacitance of 2870.8 F g?1 at 1 A g?1 and also shows a significant improvement in the cyclic stability with 81% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles. An asymmetric supercapacitor is also assembled using a pure graphene 3D hydrogel as the negative electrode and the GNi:Co 1:1 as the positive electrode. With a potential window of 1.5 V and binder free electrodes, the capacitor gives a high specific energy density of 50.2 Wh kg?1 at a high power density of 750 W kg?1.  相似文献

Rapid charging and discharging supercapacitors are promising alternative energy storage systems for applications such as portable electronics and electric vehicles. Integration of pseudocapacitive metal oxides with single‐structured materials has received a lot of attention recently due to their superior electrochemical performance. In order to realize high energy‐density supercapacitors, a simple and scalable method is developed to fabricate a graphene/MWNT/MnO2 nanowire (GMM) hybrid nanostructured foam, via a two‐step process. The 3D few‐layer graphene/MWNT (GM) architecture is grown on foamed metal foils (nickel foam) via ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition. Hydrothermally synthesized α‐MnO2 nanowires are conformally coated onto the GM foam by a simple bath deposition. The as‐prepared hierarchical GMM foam yields a monographical graphene foam conformally covered with an intertwined, densely packed CNT/MnO2 nanowire nanocomposite network. Symmetrical electrochemical capacitors (ECs) based on GMM foam electrodes show an extended operational voltage window of 1.6 V in aqueous electrolyte. A superior energy density of 391.7 Wh kg?1 is obtained for the supercapacitor based on the GMM foam, which is much higher than ECs based on GM foam only (39.72 Wh kg?1). A high specific capacitance (1108.79 F g?1) and power density (799.84 kW kg?1) are also achieved. Moreover, the great capacitance retention (97.94%) after 13 000 charge–discharge cycles and high current handability demonstrate the high stability of the electrodes of the supercapacitor. These excellent performances enable the innovative 3D hierarchical GMM foam to serve as EC electrodes, resulting in energy‐storage devices with high stability and power density in neutral aqueous electrolyte.  相似文献

Sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) have gained tremendous interest for grid scale energy storage system and power energy batteries. However, the current researches of anode for SIBs still face the critical issues of low areal capacity, limited cycle life, and low initial coulombic efficiency for practical application perspective. To solve this issue, a kind of hierarchical 3D carbon‐networks/Fe7S8/graphene (CFG) is designed and synthesized as freestanding anode, which is constructed with Fe7S8 microparticles well‐welded on 3D‐crosslinked carbon‐networks and embedded in highly conductive graphene film, via a facile and scalable synthetic method. The as‐prepared freestanding electrode CFG represents high areal capacity (2.12 mAh cm?2 at 0.25 mA cm?2) and excellent cycle stability of 5000 cycles (0.0095% capacity decay per cycle). The assembled all‐flexible sodium‐ion battery delivers remarkable performance (high areal capacity of 1.42 mAh cm?2 at 0.3 mA cm?2 and superior energy density of 144 Wh kg?1), which are very close to the requirement of practical application. This work not only enlightens the material design and electrode engineering, but also provides a new kind of freestanding high energy density anode with great potential application prospective for SIBs.  相似文献

In this work, MnO2/GO (graphene oxide) composites with novel multilayer nanoflake structure, and a carbon material derived from Artemia cyst shell with genetic 3D hierarchical porous structure (HPC), are prepared. An asymmetric supercapacitor has been fabricated using MnO2/GO as positive electrode and HPC as negative electrode material. Because of their unique structures, both MnO2/GO composites and HPC exhibit excellent electrochemical performances. The optimized asymmetric supercapacitor could be cycled reversibly in the high voltage range of 0–2 V in aqueous electrolyte, which exhibits maximum energy density of 46.7 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 100 W kg?1 and remains 18.9 Wh kg?1 at 2000 W kg?1. Additionally, such device also shows superior long cycle life along with ~100% capacitance retention after 1000 cycles and ~93% after 4000 cycles.  相似文献

Porous Ni(OH)2 nanoflakes are directly grown on the surface of nickel foam supported Ni3Se2 nanowire arrays using an in situ growth procedure to form 3D Ni3Se2@Ni(OH)2 hybrid material. Owing to good conductivity of Ni3Se2, high specific capacitance of Ni(OH)2 and its unique architecture, the obtained Ni3Se2@Ni(OH)2 exhibits a high specific capacitance of 1689 µAh cm?2 (281.5 mAh g?1) at a discharge current of 3 mA cm?2 and a superior rate capability. Both the high energy density of 59.47 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 100.54 W kg?1 and remarkable cycling stability with only a 16.4% capacity loss after 10 000 cycles are demonstrated in an asymmetric supercapacitor cell comprising Ni3Se2@Ni(OH)2 as a positive electrode and activated carbon as a negative electrode. Furthermore, the cell achieved a high energy density of 50.9 Wh L?1 at a power density of 83.62 W L?1 in combination with an extraordinary coulombic efficiency of 97% and an energy efficiency of 88.36% at 5 mA cm?2 when activated carbon is replaced by metal hydride from a commercial NiMH battery. Excellent electrochemical performance indicates that Ni3Se2@Ni(OH)2 composite can become a promising electrode material for energy storage applications.  相似文献

Metal selenides have great potential for electrochemical energy storage, but are relatively scarce investigated. Herein, a novel hollow core‐branch CoSe2 nanoarray on carbon cloth is designed by a facile selenization reaction of predesigned CoO nanocones. And the electrochemical reaction mechanism of CoSe2 in supercapacitor is studied in detail for the first time. Compared with CoO, the hollow core‐branch CoSe2 has both larger specific surface area and higher electrical conductivity. When tested as a supercapacitor positive electrode, the CoSe2 delivers a high specific capacitance of 759.5 F g?1 at 1 mA cm?2, which is much larger than that of CoO nanocones (319.5 F g?1). In addition, the CoSe2 electrode exhibits excellent cycling stability in that a capacitance retention of 94.5% can be maintained after 5000 charge–discharge cycles at 5 mA cm?2. An asymmetric supercapacitor using the CoSe2 as cathode and an N‐doped carbon nanowall as anode is further assembled, which show a high energy density of 32.2 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 1914.7 W kg?1, and maintains 24.9 Wh kg?1 when power density increased to 7354.8 W kg?1. Moreover, the CoSe2 electrode also exhibits better oxygen evolution reaction activity than that of CoO.  相似文献

This paper demonstrates the ability of a CuCo2S4–reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composite to perform robust electrochemical performances applying to supercapacitors (SCs) and lithium ion batteries (LIBs). The first‐principle calculation based on density functional theory is conducted to study the electronic property of CuCo2O4 and CuCo2S4 and provide a theoretical basis for this work. Then, the 3D spinel‐structured CuCo2O4 and CuCo2S4 microflowers are synthesized and compared as electrodes for both SCs and LIBs. The CuCo2S4 microflowers can provide a larger specific surface area, which enlarges the contact area between the electrode material and the electrolyte and contributes to high‐efficiency electrochemical reactions. The reduced graphene oxides are coated on the CuCo2S4 microflowers, therefore effectively increasing the conductivity, and further absorbing the stress produced in the reaction process. As an electrode of a symmetric supercapacitor, the optimized CuCo2S4–rGO composite exhibits an energy density of 16.07 Wh kg?1 and a maximum power density of 3600 W kg?1. Moreover, the CuCo2S4–rGO composite can also be used as an anode for lithium ion batteries, exhibiting a reversible capacity of 1050 mAh g?1 after 140 cycles at the current density of 200 mA g?1. The galvanostatic intermittence titration techniques also reveal superior Li‐ion diffusion behavior of the CuCo2S4–rGO composite during redox reactions.  相似文献

Novel electrode materials consisting of hollow cobalt sulfide nanoparticles embedded in graphitic carbon nanocages (HCSP?GCC) are facilely synthesized by a top‐down route applying room‐temperature synthesized Co‐based zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF‐67) as the template. Owing to the good mechanical flexibility and pronounced structure stability of carbon nanocages‐encapsulated Co9S8, the as‐obtained HCSP?GCC exhibit superior Li‐ion storage. Working in the voltage of 1.0?3.0 V, they display a very high energy density (707 Wh kg?1), superior rate capability (reversible capabilities of 536, 489, 438, 393, 345, and 278 mA h g?1 at 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, and 10C, respectively), and stable cycling performance (≈26% capacity loss after long 150 cycles at 1C with a capacity retention of 365 mA h g?1). When the work voltage is extended into 0.01–3.0 V, a higher stable capacity of 1600 mA h g?1 at a current density of 100 mA g?1 is still achieved.  相似文献

Fabrication of hierarchical nanosheet arrays of 1T phase of transition‐metal dichalcogenides is indeed a critical task, but it holds immense potential for energy storage. A single‐step strategy is employed for the fabrication of stable 1T‐MnxMo1–xS2–ySey and MoFe2S4–zSez hierarchical nanosheet arrays on carbon cloth as positive and negative electrodes, respectively. The flexible asymmetric supercapacitor constructed with these two electrodes exhibits an excellent electrochemical performance (energy density of ≈69 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 0.985 kW kg?1) with ultralong cyclic stability of ≈83.5% capacity retention, after 10 000 consecutive cycles. Co‐doping of the metal and nonmetal boosts the charge storage ability of the transition‐metal chalcogenides following enrichment in the metallic 1T phase, improvement in the surface area, and expansion in the interlayer spacing in tandem, which is the key focus of the present study. This study explicitly demonstrates the exponential enhancement of specific capacity of MoS2 following intercalation and doping of Mn and Se, and Fe2S3 following doping of Mo and Se could be an ideal direction for the fabrication of novel energy‐storage materials with high‐energy storage ability.  相似文献

Potassium‐ion batteries (KIBs) have come into the spotlight in large‐scale energy storage systems because of cost‐effective and abundant potassium resources. However, the poor rate performance and problematic cycle life of existing electrode materials are the main bottlenecks to future potential applications. Here, the first example of preparing 3D hierarchical nanoboxes multidimensionally assembled from interlayer‐expanded nano‐2D MoS2@dot‐like Co9S8 embedded into a nitrogen and sulfur codoped porous carbon matrix (Co9S8/NSC@MoS2@NSC) for greatly boosting the electrochemical properties of KIBs in terms of reversible capacity, rate capability, and cycling lifespan, is reported. Benefiting from the synergistic effects, Co9S8/NSC@MoS2@NSC manifest a very high reversible capacity of 403 mAh g?1 at 100 mA g?1 after 100 cycles, an unprecedented rate capability of 141 mAh g?1 at 3000 mA g?1 over 800 cycles, and a negligible capacity decay of 0.02% cycle?1, boosting promising applications in high‐performance KIBs. Density functional theory calculations demonstrate that Co9S8/NSC@MoS2@NSC nanoboxes have large adsorption energy and low diffusion barriers during K‐ion storage reactions, implying fast K‐ion diffusion capability. This work may enlighten the design and construction of advanced electrode materials combined with strong chemical bonding and integrated functional advantages for future large‐scale stationary energy storage.  相似文献

Aqueous rechargeable zinc-ion batteries (ARZIBs) are promising energy storage systems owing to their ecofriendliness, safety, and cost-efficiency. However, the sluggish Zn2+ diffusion kinetics originated from its inherent large atomic mass and high polarization remains an ongoing challenge. To this end, electrodes with 3D architectures and high porosity are highly desired. This work reports a rational design and fabrication of hierarchical core–shell structured cathodes (3D@V2O5) for ARZIBs by integrating fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D-printing with atomic layer deposition (ALD). The 3D-printed porous carbon network provides an entangled electron conductive core and interconnected ion diffusion channels, whereas ALD-coated V2O5 serves as an active shell without sacrificing the porosity for facilitated Zn2+ diffusion. This endows the 3D@V2O5 cathode with high specific capacity (425 mAh g?1 at 0.3 A g?1), competitive energy and power densities (316 Wh Kg?1 at 213 W kg?1 and 163 Wh Kg?1 at 3400 W kg?1), and good rate performance (221 mAh g?1 at 4.8 A g?1). The developed 3D@V2O5 cathode provides a promising model for customized and scalable battery electrode engineering technology. As the ALD-coated layer determines the functional properties, the proposed strategy shows a promising prospect of FDM 3D printing using 1D carbon materials for future energy storage.  相似文献

Supercapacitors have received increasing interest as energy storage devices due to their rapid charge–discharge rates, high power densities, and high durability. In this work, novel conjugated microporous polymer (CMP) networks are presented for supercapacitor energy storage, namely 3D polyaminoanthraquinone (PAQ) networks synthesized via Buchwald–Hartwig coupling between 2,6‐diaminoanthraquinone and aryl bromides. PAQs exhibit surface areas up to 600 m2 g?1, good dispersibility in polar solvents, and can be processed to flexible electrodes. The PAQs exhibit a three‐electrode specific capacitance of 576 F g?1 in 0.5 m H2SO4 at a current of 1 A g?1 retaining 80–85% capacitances and nearly 100% Coulombic efficiencies (95–98%) upon 6000 cycles at a current density of 2 A g?1. Asymmetric two‐electrode supercapacitors assembled by PAQs show a capacitance of 168 F g?1 of total electrode materials, an energy density of 60 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 1300 W kg?1, and a wide working potential window (0–1.6 V). The asymmetric supercapacitors show Coulombic efficiencies up to 97% and can retain 95.5% of initial capacitance undergo 2000 cycles. This work thus presents novel promising CMP networks for charge energy storage.  相似文献
