采用均匀设计法对影响有机硅改性苯丙乳液合成及性能的主要因素进行了研究,建立了乳液及其涂膜主要性能的回归方程,并通过蒙特卡罗法进行多目标优化,获得了综合性能较佳时的软硬单体质量配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、有机硅用量。对改性苯丙乳液的基本性能进行了测试,并通过粒径分析、红外光谱对乳液及其涂膜结构进行了表征。结果表明,采用均匀设计方法得到的数据可用来指导具体实验,减少实验次数,得到较为理想的实验结果,改变配方后还可对乳液的性能进行预测。 相似文献

通过选取植物源天然抗菌剂甘草、茶多酚、肉豆蔻、肉桂油等制备一系列抗菌型淀粉接枝苯丙乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对抗菌型淀粉接枝苯丙乳液的结构进行表征,利用激光粒度分析仪对乳液的粒径分布进行分析,通过热重分析对乳液的热稳定性进行表征,研究系列抗菌型淀粉接枝苯丙乳液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能。结果表明,天然抗菌剂的用量对乳液的稳定性和单体转化率影响较小,乳液的热稳定性较好,乳液粒径(70~95)nm;乳液粒径为纳米尺寸且粒度分布较窄时,乳液性能优良。当天然抗菌剂在乳液中浓度为5%时,乳液抗菌性能较好,节约成本。对不同种类抗菌剂的乳液横向比较表明,天然抗菌剂茶多酚制备的乳液对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用最强,天然抗菌剂肉桂油制备的乳液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用最强。 相似文献

为考察磷酸酯表面活性剂的防锈性能及其对水性涂料性能的影响.对自制的普通苯丙乳液、功能苯丙乳液及其水性涂料进行了红外光谱、DSC、附着力、钙离子稳定性、防锈性和耐盐水性的分析。结果表明,磷酸酯共聚到聚合物乳液中形成了磷酸酯功能苯丙乳液;磷酸酯功能单体能显著提高功能性苯丙乳液乳胶膜对金属基材的附着力,功能乳液的防锈性能优于自制的普通苯丙乳液和目前市面上的专用防锈乳液的防锈性能,并可勺水性涂料中的防锈颜料复合磷酸锌发生协同作用,大大提高水性防锈涂料涂膜的防锈性能。 相似文献

Fluorinated acrylate latex was prepared by copolymerizing fluorinated monomer, butyl acrylate, and methyl methacrylate, which was initiated by potassium persulfate in the water. The resultant fluorinated latex and its film were characterized with contact angle determinator, dynamic light scattering detector, and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. Influence of type of fluorinated monomers on colloidal and polymer properties of fluorinated acrylate latex was studied. Results show that the coagulation rate, particle size, contact angle, glass transition temperature, and chemical resistance are increased with the increase of the number of fluorine atom in the fluorinated monomer. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Silicone‐modified styrene–butyl acrylate copolymer latex was synthesized by emulsion copolymerization by using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), styrene, and butyl acrylate as raw materials, potassium persulfate as initiator and propylmethacrylate triethoxysilane (KH‐570) as crosslinking agent. The infrared spectra studies showed that the vinyl monomers were completely copolymerized with D4. The prepared silicone‐modified copolymer latex with the interpenetrating polymer networks tended to have higher stability, and better toluene and water resistance than styrene–butyl acrylate latex. The glossiness of coated paper was improved with silicone‐modified copolymer latex, and it was at a maximum when D4 was about 3% of total monomers. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A latex interpenetrating polymer network (LIPN), consisting of poly(n‐butyl acrylate), poly(n‐butyl acrylate‐co‐ethylhexyl acrylate), and poly(methyl methacrylate‐co‐ethyl acrylate) and labeled PBEM, with 1,4‐butanediol diacrylate as a crosslinking agent was synthesized by three‐stage emulsion polymerization. The initial poly(n‐butyl acrylate) latex was agglomerated by a polymer latex containing an acrylic acid residue and then was encapsulated by poly(n‐butyl acrylate‐co‐ethylhexyl acrylate) and poly(methyl methacrylate‐co‐ethyl acrylate). A polyblend of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and PBEM was prepared through the blending of PVC and PBEM. The morphology and properties of the polyblend were studied. The experimental results showed that the processability and impact resistance of PVC could be enhanced considerably by the blending of 6–10 phr PBEM. Alkoxysilane-functionalized poly (styrene-co-butyl acrylate) latex was prepared via miniemulsion copolymerization of γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS), styrene and butyl acrylate using AIBN at neutral condition. The effects of initiator types, pH values, and MPS contents on the premature cross-linking of the latex particles and the mechanical properties of the films were investigated by the swelling experiments and dynamic mechanical analysis. It was found that the storage modulus of the latex films and the glass transition temperature (Tg) increased with increasing MPS content. The acidification of latex prior to film formation and annealing the latex films could improve the mechanical properties of the films. 相似文献

采用半连续乳液聚合的方法,在以丙烯酸酯类单体为主的二元互穿网络中加入有机硅单体与乳液进行共聚,得到了性能稳定的有机硅丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,并在乳液中加入了无机填料(绢云母)。考察了有机硅单体的用量对合成乳液及其胶膜性能的影响,通过红外光谱分析,证明了有机硅单体和丙烯酸酯单体的共聚。通过透射电镜(TEM)对乳胶粒子的观察,分析了有机硅单体及云母对乳液乳胶粒子形态结构的影响。通过动态粘弹仪(DMA)对材料的动态力学性能进行测试得到,Tanδ>0.3的温度范围为:-65~150℃。 相似文献

采用 4种不同的碱(氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、氨水、三乙胺)皂化低相对分子质量的苯乙烯 -马来酸酐共聚物( SMA)作为乳液聚合的乳化剂合成了丙烯酸酯乳胶,并对 4种不同碱皂化的 SMA作乳化剂合成丙烯酸酯乳胶时所需乳化剂的用量、乳胶的粒径、粒径分布、黏度、乳胶稳定性及乳胶膜的吸水率进行了研究。结果表明: 4种碱皂化 SMA作为乳化剂均可以合成丙烯酸酯乳胶,最佳用量为单体的 8%(质量分数,下同)。乳胶性能及乳胶膜的吸水率受皂化 SMA所用碱的类型的影响较大。其中, NaOH皂化 SMA作乳化剂合成的丙烯酸酯乳胶的综合性能最好,乳胶的粒径较小为 142. 4 nm,呈单分散,黏度为 14. 68 mPa·s,综合稳定性良好,乳胶膜吸水率较低,为 9. 52%。 相似文献
