聚氧丙烯(1)椰油酸单异丙醇酰胺(商品名Amizett IPC)是一种新型的非离子型增黏剂。不仅具有与椰油酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)同等的增黏效果,还具有增泡性、泡沫稳定性、在配方中的低温稳定性以及广泛的pH范围内的产品稳定性。该产品融点低于椰油酸-乙醇酰胺,制剂操作方便。尤其值得重视的是该产品的安全性能。对皮肤和眼睛剌激性低微。变异原性也呈阴性。最后,还介绍了香波、浴剂和洗面奶等化妆品的应用实例。 相似文献

Liver fatty acid binding protein (Fabp1) and sterol carrier protein‐2/sterol carrier protein‐x (SCP‐2/SCP‐x) genes encode proteins that enhance hepatic uptake, cytosolic transport, and peroxisomal oxidation of toxic branched‐chain fatty acids derived from dietary phytol. Since male wild‐type (WT) mice express markedly higher levels of these proteins than females, the impact of ablating both genes (TKO) was examined in phytol‐fed males. In WT males, high phytol diet alone had little impact on whole body weight and did not alter the proportion of lean tissue mass (LTM) versus fat tissue mass (FTM). TKO conferred on dietary phytol the ability to induce weight loss as well as reduce liver weight, FTM, and even more so LTM. Concomitantly TKO induced hepatic lipid accumulation, preferentially threefold increased phospholipid (PL) at the expense of decreased triacylglycerol (TG) and total cholesterol. Increased PL was associated with upregulation of membrane fatty acid transport/translocase proteins (FATP 2,4), cytosolic fatty acid/fatty acyl‐CoA binding proteins (FABP2, ACBP), and the rate limiting enzyme in PL synthesis (Gpam). Decreased TG and cholesterol levels were not attributable to altered levels in respective synthetic enzymes or nuclear receptors. These data suggest that the higher level of Fabp1 and Scp2/Scpx gene products in WT males was protective against deleterious effects of dietary phytol, but TKO significantly exacerbated phytol effects in males. 相似文献

Brain endocannabinoids (EC) such as arachidonoylethanolamine (AEA) and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) primarily originate from serum arachidonic acid (ARA), whose level is regulated in part by a cytosolic ARA-binding protein, that is, liver fatty acid binding protein-1 (FABP1), not expressed in the brain. Ablation of the Fabp1 gene (LKO) increases brain AEA and 2-AG by decreasing hepatic uptake of ARA to increase serum ARA, thereby increasing ARA availability for uptake by the brain. The brain also expresses sterol carrier protein-2 (SCP-2), which is also a cytosolic ARA-binding protein. To further resolve the role of SCP-2 independent of FABP1, mice ablated in the Scp-2/Scp-x gene (DKO) were crossed with mice ablated in the Fabp1 gene (LKO) mice to generate triple knock out (TKO) mice. TKO impaired the ability of LKO to increase brain AEA and 2-AG. While a high-fat diet (HFD) alone increased brain AEA, TKO impaired this effect. Overall, these TKO-induced blocks were not attributable to altered expression of brain proteins in ARA uptake, AEA/2-AG synthesis, or AEA/2-AG degrading enzymes. Instead, TKO reduced serum levels of free ARA and/or total ARA and thereby decreased ARA availability for uptake to the brain and downstream synthesis of AEA and 2-AG therein. In summary, Scp-2/Scp-x gene ablation in Fabp1 null (LKO) mice antagonized the impact of LKO and HFD on brain ARA and, subsequently, EC levels. 为提高驱油用聚合物的耐温抗盐性,采用N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)通过氧化还原引发剂体系聚合方法合成了AM/AMPS/DMAM三元共聚物,用正交实验法确定了最佳合成方案为:温度40℃,pH值为11,引发剂浓度为0.18%,单体浓度为13%,DMAM加量为2%。对共聚物的耐盐性及热稳定性进行测试,在标准盐水中共聚物为2500 mg/L,温度为30℃时,粘度可达到35.3 mPa.s;温度为90℃时,粘度为9.70 mPa.s。结果表明,AM/AMPS/DMAM三元共聚物具有较好的抗盐性能和增粘性能,但抗温效果并不明显,有待进一步改进。 相似文献

GABARAP (γ-aminobutyric acid type A receptor-associated protein) and its paralogues GABARAPL1 and GABARAPL2 comprise a subfamily of autophagy-related Atg8 proteins. They are studied extensively regarding their roles during autophagy. Originally, however, especially GABARAPL2 was discovered to be involved in intra-Golgi transport and homotypic fusion of post-mitotic Golgi fragments. Recently, a broader function of mammalian Atg8s on membrane trafficking through interaction with various soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor-attachment protein receptors (SNAREs) was suggested. By immunostaining and microscopic analysis of the Golgi network, we demonstrate the importance of the presence of individual GABARAP-type proteins on Golgi morphology. Furthermore, triple knockout (TKO) cells lacking the whole GABARAP subfamily showed impaired Golgi-dependent vesicular trafficking as assessed by imaging of fluorescently labelled ceramide. With the Golgi apparatus being central within the secretory pathway, we sought to investigate the role of the GABARAP-type proteins for cell surface protein trafficking. By analysing the surfaceome composition of TKOs, we identified a subset of cell surface proteins with altered plasma membrane localisation. Taken together, we provide novel insights into an underrated aspect of autophagy-independent functions of the GABARAP subfamily and recommend considering the potential impact of GABARAP subfamily proteins on a plethora of processes during experimental analysis of GABARAP-deficient cells not only in the autophagic context. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to analyse the consumption habits of bee products such as: honey, bee pollen, royal jelly and propolis in the elderly of different places of Spain. Honey is an energetic food of its own, and it can also help to overcome several diseases; due to its components that have a beneficial effect in our health. These facts turn honey into a valuable constituent of one's nutrition specially in ancient people. This report demonstrates the knowledge and consumption habits of these persons. Date came from a questionnaire about preferences, places where they buy these products, time and amount of consumption, knowledge of the quality of these products, etc. The results suggest that the vast majority of the people inquired are regular consumers of honey and we also would like to underline the high rate of knowledge of its nutritional value and its medicinal qualities. However, most of the elderly inquired do not know about other apiary products such as bee propolis. 相似文献
