拱坝工程的科学计算可视化是拱坝科学研究的重要辅助工具.针对传统可视化方法存在的问题,提出了面向第5代HTML标准的网络平台可视化方法.通过外部面提取与拓扑转化等算法将有限元模型转化为WebGL模型,并利用Blinn算法实现光照渲染,搭建的网络可视化平台具有兼容性、用户体验性以及开发灵活性的优势.文中详细阐述了有限元模型向WebGL的转化算法以及网络平台的建设方法.针对溪洛渡拱坝工程开发了自动化程序与网络平台,直观、科学地实现了工程三维可视化,并在多种客户端下取得了良好的浏览效果与用户体验,进一步验证了文中方法的可行性;同时也对这种网络平台的发展方向进行了讨论.  相似文献

以实现具有可视化的遥感产品生产定制功能为目标,提出了一种基于工作流的遥感产品生产可视化定制平台。给出了该平台的体系结构和系统组成,详细描述了平台工作流模型的建立、算法组件的构成、平台与算法的接口处理和可视化技术实现的具体方法。在.NET环境中实现了该平台。实际应用表明,该平台能够有效提高遥感产品的生产效率。  相似文献

移动智慧课堂可视化平台的稳定性较差,数据挖掘能力不高,为此提出基于大数据分析的移动智慧课堂可视化平台。硬件方面,在MapReduce中构造多层次并行处理机制,结合图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)和中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)进行多种并行形式计算。软件方面,设计数据库缓存架构模块,部署多个Redis节点,设计Echarts图形库组件模块,选择组件化将基本数据结构转变为数据可视化页面。实验结果表明,在并发环境中,该平台具有良好的稳定性,挖掘数据的时间最短,符合预期效果。  相似文献

针对现有可视化服务平台用户接口简单、实时性差的问题,提出了一种新的远程交互可视化平台系统。基于多任务协同和并行计算构建远程可视化服务平台框架,应用远程可视化和实时交互技术实现客户端用户对远程服务器端大规模计算数据及可视化工具的实时交互操作,从而为异地用户提供具有实时交互功能的可视化环境。应用结果表明,平台操作简便、实时性好,能支持多种可视化工具对多种计算数据进行远程操作。  相似文献

MATLAB作为算法开发及数据可视化的交互式工具,在数字图像处理方面应用广泛,并集成了具有多种算法的图像处理工具箱。本文基于MATLAB图像用户界面(GUI)和图像处理工具箱设计实现了一款图像处理系统,该系统可实现图像的运算、变换、分割、改善、形态学处理、压缩编码等内容,并通过综合实例阐述了本系统在图像识别中的应用,使图像处理可视化更加直观,便捷。多次实践表明,本系统具有良好的实用性、交互性、移植性,易于后期模式识别和机器视觉相关应用的扩展研究。  相似文献

Cluster analysis of DNA microarray data is an important but difficult task in knowledge discovery processes. Many clustering methods are applied to analysis of data for gene expression, but none of them is able to deal with an absolute way with the challenges that this technology raises. Due to this, many applications have been developed for visually representing clustering algorithm results on DNA microarray data, usually providing dendrogram and heat map visualizations. Most of these applications focus only on the above visualizations, and do not offer further visualization components to the validate the clustering methods or to validate one another. This paper proposes using a visual analytics framework in cluster analysis of gene expression data. Additionally, it presents a new method for finding cluster boundaries based on properties of metric spaces. Our approach presents a set of visualization components able to interact with each other; namely, parallel coordinates, cluster boundary genes, 3D cluster surfaces and DNA microarray visualizations as heat maps. Experimental results have shown that our framework can be very useful in the process of more fully understanding DNA microarray data. In the current paper, we have developed two bio-inspired fuzzy clustering algorithms by incorporating the optimization techniques, namely differential evolution and particle swarm optimization. Both these clustering techniques can detect symmetrical-shaped clusters utilizing the established point symmetry-based distance measure. Both the proposed approaches are automatic in nature and can detect the number of clusters automatically from a given dataset. A symmetry-based cluster validity measure, F-Sym-index, is used as the objective function to be optimized in order to automatically determine the correct partitioning by both the approaches. The effectiveness of the proposed approaches is shown for automatically clustering some artificial and real-life datasets as well as for clustering some real-life gene expression datasets. The current paper presents a comparative analysis of some meta-heuristic-based clustering approaches, namely newly proposed two techniques and the already existing automatic genetic clustering techniques, VGAPS, GCUK, HNGA. The obtained results are compared with respect to some external cluster validity indices. Moreover, some statistical significance tests, as well as biological significance tests, are also conducted. Finally, results on gene expression datasets have been visualized by using some visualization tools, namely Eisen plot and cluster profile plot.

High-throughput experiments, such as gene expression microarrays in the life sciences, result in very large data sets. In response, a wide variety of visualization tools have been created to facilitate data analysis. A primary purpose of these tools is to provide biologically relevant insight into the data. Typically, visualizations are evaluated in controlled studies that measure user performance on predetermined tasks or using heuristics and expert reviews. To evaluate and rank bioinformatics visualizations based on real-world data analysis scenarios, we developed a more relevant evaluation method that focuses on data insight. This paper presents several characteristics of insight that enabled us to recognize and quantify it in open-ended user tests. Using these characteristics, we evaluated five microarray visualization tools on the amount and types of insight they provide and the time it takes to acquire it. The results of the study guide biologists in selecting a visualization tool based on the type of their microarray data, visualization designers on the key role of user interaction techniques, and evaluators on a new approach for evaluating the effectiveness of visualizations for providing insight. Though we used the method to analyze bioinformatics visualizations, it can be applied to other domains.  相似文献

EAST已经初步建立较为完善的分析数据数据库,相较于存储原始采集信号的一级数据库,科研人员称这个包含EAST各个子系统(诊断、加热、加料等)具体物理信息的数据库为EAST二级数据库.为了便于科研人员从EAST二级库中查看和分析等离子体剖面数据,采用Python及PyQt开发了数据可视化图形用户软件.它可以分析比较来自不同诊断系统的剖面数据,具有将剖面数据用图形表示出来并改变图形属性等功能.同时在等离子体放电实验期间,提供了炮间分析等离子体剖面数据可视化的功能.本文介绍了EAST剖面数据可视化系统的设计方案与实现方法,同时也给出了系统的初步测试结果.  相似文献

为满足测站对空间目标的跟踪测量需求, 针对现有的空间目标观测软件在三维可视化、跨平台能力和操作易用性等方面的不足, 设计开发了基于Cesium的空间目标观测三维可视化平台. 介绍了软件开发框架, 利用两行轨道根数(TLE)和最新的简化常规摄动模型4 (SGP4)进行轨道预报, 结合空间坐标系转换, 实现了空间目标的轨道计算、实时位置动态显示和测站可见性分析的平台功能, 并通过卫星工具包(STK)对平台计算结果进行了验证.应用结果表明, 该可视化软件操作使用方便, 具有良好的跨平台性能, 计算结果满足精度要求, 为软件设计开发的可视化与实用性相结合提供了有益探索.  相似文献

A new software technology for on‐line performance analysis and the visualization of complex parallel and distributed systems is presented. Often heterogeneous, these systems need capabilities for the flexible integration and configuration of performance analysis and visualization. Our technology is based on an object‐oriented framework for the rapid prototyping and development of distributable visual objects. The visual objects consist of two levels, a platform/device‐specific low level and an analysis‐ and visualization‐specific high level. We have developed a very high‐level markup language called VOML and a compiler for the component‐based development of high‐level visual objects. The VOML is based on a software architecture for on‐line event processing and performance visualization called EPIRA. The technology lends itself to constructing high‐level visual objects from globally distributed component definitions. Details of the technology and tools used, as well as how an example visual object can be rapidly prototyped from several reusable components, are presented. This paper presents a new visualization software called pairheatmap, which is able to generate and compare two heatmaps so as to compare expression patterns of gene groups. It adds a conditioning variable such as time to the heatmap, and provides separate clustering for row groups in the first heatmap in order to visualize pattern changes between two heatmaps. pairheatmap is developed in R statistical environment. It provides: (1) the flexible framework for comparing two heatmaps; and (2) high-quality figures based on R package grid. The general architecture can be efficiently incorporated into bioinformatics pipeline.
