空时分组码是发射分集中的一项新技术。通常的空时分组码采用正交设计,虽可以提供全分集增益,却不能保证全速率传输,造成发射端数据的积压。改进的空时分组码采用准正交设计,能够保证数据以全速率传输,但是其性能在低信噪比时优于正交空时分组码,在高信噪比时反而不如前者。提出一种改进的基于准正交设计的空时分组码。通过仿真表明,在不增加译码复杂度的情况下,其性能不论在低信噪比还是高信噪比时都优于正交设计的空时分组码,从而改善了系统性能。  相似文献

基于Alamouti提出的BPSK调制下空时分组码在Rayleigh衰落信道中的简单分集方案。推导出多发射和多接收天线系统中正交空时分组码在Nakagami衰落信道的BPSK调制下的比特差错率的最小距离球界,并推广到在高阶调制下衰落信道中系统符号差错率的性能。仿真分析和比较了空时分组码的多天线系统中发射和接收天线分集增益,以及信道相关参数的变化对系统误比特性能的影响。  相似文献

Tarokh等人(1999)运用正交设计理论证明了当发射天线数大于2时,不存在可以获得最大分集增益和最大传输速率的复正交空时分组码。而以牺牲正交性和部分分集增益为代价来获得更高传输速率的非正交空时分组码又会使误码性能降低。该文通过对非正交空时分组码信道相关矩阵采用矩阵旋转的方法,提出了一种可以获得最大传输速率、部分分集增益以及接收端线性解码的正交空时分组码。仿真结果表明,该方案与已有典型的空时分组码相比,具有较好的误码性能。  相似文献

空时分组码(STBC)由于具有较高的分集增益和简单的编译方法,从而得到普遍关注。但是它只适于频率平坦信道,而实际的信道多为频率选择性信道。丈中将考虑两种适用于频率选择性信道的空时分组码系统方案:OFDM-STBC和SC/FDE-STBC方案,即考虑空时分组码与正交频分复用或单载波频域均衡结合。通过对OFDM-STBC和SC/FDE-STBC系统性能仿真结果的比较和分析,表明SC/FDE-STBC方案要优于OFDM-STBC方案。此外,文中也给出一些细致的仿真性能的观察。  相似文献

基于复正交设计的空时编码在发射天线数大于2时不能同时达到满速率全分集,针对这个问题,利用正交空时分组码系统的等效信道矩阵的正交性及系统信道信息的反馈,提出了两种针对闭环扩展正交空时分组码的改进设计方案.系统在接收端以最大等效信道增益为目标进行设计,分别结合天线选择技术和功率自适应分配技术进行信道信息的反馈,并对其性能进行理论分析与比较,仿真结果显示,两种改进方案均能减小系统的误码率,提高系统的信噪比增益,和结合天线选择技术的方案相比,与功率自适应分配相结合的设计方案性能更为优越.  相似文献

根据Alamouti最大似然译码方法,给出了在正交空时分组码传输的衰落信道条件下接收机输出瞬时信噪比的一般表达式,分析了瑞利衰落信道条件下引入正交空时分组码的多天线系统的符号差错性能,研究表明采用正交空时码传输信号,增加发送天线数量和接收天线数量都可以得到更大的分集增益;在接受天线数量一定的情况下,增加发送天线的数量可以带来更大的分集增益,但当发送天线数量增加到一定程度后,再增加发送天线数量就不能带来明显的分集改善了。  相似文献

We consider turbo-trellis-coded transmission over fading multiple-input-multiple-output (M1M0) channels with transmit diversity using space-time block codes. We give a new view on space-time block codes as a transformation of the fading MIMO channel towards a Gaussian single-input-single-output (siso) channel and provide analytical results on the BER of space-time block codes. Furthermore, we describe the concatenation of Turbo-TCM with a space-time block code and show that in addition to the transmit diversity substantial benefits can be obtained by turbo iterations as long as the channel is time-varying during transmission of a coded block or frequency hopping is applied. Finally, a double iterative scheme for turbo equalization and turbo decoding of the concatenation of Turbo-TCM and space-time block code in frequency-selective MIMO channels is described.  相似文献

该文针对频率选择性信道下的Alamouti空时分组码,提出了一种在接收端未知信道信息的情况下的半盲的递推解码方法。该方法基于子空间方法,利用少量的导频符号和空时分组码的结构,递推地同时完成信道均衡和解码,直接解得信息符号。与已有的按块批处理的盲解码方法相比,递推方法因为在递推过程中利用已经判得的过去的信息符号,能够方便地进行性能与运算量的折衷。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

该文提出了一种基于信道编码和分布式空时分组码级联下的两用户协作分集方案,并且在准静态的瑞利衰落信道下对此方案的系统容量,中断概率以及误比特率进行了理论推导和系统仿真,分别给出了解析表达式和数值结果。通过将信道编码和空时码引入到协作分集中,系统容量得到显著改善,同时中断概率也明显降低。在协作用户间信道存在噪声的情况下,对卷积码与分布式空时分组码级联下的发射方案进行了性能分析和仿真。仿真结果表明:即使协作用户间的信道存在噪声,该文所提方案在各方面都优于传统协作分集,系统容量明显增大,中断概率及误比特率大大降低。  相似文献

Following a brief historical perspective on channel coding, an introduction to space-time block codes is given. The various space-time codes considered are then concatenated with a range of channel codecs, such as convolutional and block-based turbo codes as well as conventional and turbo trellis codes. The associated estimated complexity issues and memory requirements are also considered. These discussions are followed by a performance study of various space-time and channel-coded transceivers. Our aim is first to identify a space-time code/channel code combination constituting a good engineering tradeoff in terms of its effective throughput, bit-error-rate performance, and estimated complexity. Specifically, the issue of bit-to-symbol mapping is addressed in the context of convolutional codes (CCs) and convolutional coding as well as Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem coding-based turbo codes in conjunction with an attractive unity-rate space-time code and multilevel modulation is detailed. It is concluded that over the nondispersive or narrow-band fading channels, the best performance versus complexity tradeoff is constituted by Alamouti's twin-antenna block space-time code concatenated with turbo convolutional codes. Further comparisons with space-time trellis codes result in similar conclusions  相似文献

In this letter, we propose a novel power allocation scheme among transmit antennas to combat channel fading in orthogonal space-time block code systems based on the metric, amount of fading, which can be used to evaluate the severity of channel fading. Simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the fading-combating performance of orthogonal space-time block code systems significantly.  相似文献

We present a space-time block code from complex orthogonal designs for 5 transmit antennas, which can send 10 information symbols in a block of 15 channel uses and hence have rate 2/3. Simulation results show that this orthogonal space-time block code with rate 2/3 for five transmit antennas can achieve diversity gain over those orthogonal space-time block codes with higher rates for less number of transmit antennas.  相似文献

The achievable performance of channel coded space-time trellis (STT) codes and space-time block (STB) codes transmitted over wideband channels is studied in the context of schemes having an effective throughput of 2 bits/symbol (BPS) and 3 BPS. At high implementational complexities, the best performance was typically provided by Alamouti's unity-rate G/sub 2/ code in both the 2-BPS and 3-BPS scenarios. However, if a low complexity implementation is sought, the 3-BPS 8PSK space-time trellis code outperforms the G/sub 2/ code. The G/sub 2/ space-time block code is also combined with symbol-by-symbol adaptive orthogonal frequency division multiplex (AOFDM) modems and turbo convolutional channel codecs for enhancing the system's performance. It was concluded that upon exploiting the diversity effect of the G/sub 2/ space-time block code, the channel-induced fading effects are mitigated, and therefore, the benefits of adaptive modulation erode. In other words, once the time- and frequency-domain fades of the wideband channel have been counteracted by the diversity-aided G/sub 2/ code, the benefits of adaptive modulation erode, and hence, it is sufficient to employ fixed-mode modems. Therefore, the low-complexity approach of mitigating the effects of fading can be viewed as employing a single-transmitter, single-receiver-based AOFDM modem. By contrast, it is sufficient to employ fixed-mode OFDM modems when the added complexity of a two-transmitter G/sub 2/ scheme is affordable.  相似文献
