TiB2 ceramics powder was syuthesized from B2O3 - TiO2 - Mg system. The effects of TiB2 addition as diluent on the conbustion synthesis process were investigated. The results of thermodynanmic calculation and experiments stow that the increase of TiBz content ranging from 0 to 20wt% can reduce the adiabatic temperature Tad from 3100 Kto 2896 K and combustion temperature T,. from 2139 K to 1621 K respectively. The particle size and half width of the particle distributhm are also increased with the addition of TiB2 increasing from 0 to 20wt% . The combustion product is a mixture of TiB2 , MgO , and other intermediate phases. The leached produet contains mairdy TiBz, TiOz and TiN, and its oxygen content is 7.77wt% .  相似文献

The investigated low temperature Co fired ceramics(LTCC) composite of 60wt% CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass and 40wt% α-Al2O3 as a filler is a non-reactive system, which is a critical part of the low temperature Co fired ceramics process. Through a study on densification process, the phase transformation and microstructure can be revealed. Its composites typically consist of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass and α-Al2O3 powders of average particle size (D50=3.49 mm). The sintering behavior, phase evaluation, sintered morphology, and microwave dielectric properties were investigated. In the fire range of 800 to 900 ℃, the composites were crystallized after completion of densification. It is found that the composites start to densify at 825 ℃, simultaneously, the dielectric constant (εr) reaches its maximum. With increasing heat-treatment temperatures, due to the loose microstructure of the material, tanδ increases slightly. The last of the sintered samples were identified as partly Anorthite at 850 ℃. At that temperature it has εr of 7.9 and tanδ less than 1×10-3, and can be used as a promising LTCC material.  相似文献

High pressure radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (RF-PECVD) process was adopted to investigate the effect of constant hydrogen dilution technique and gradient hydrogen dilution technique on the structural evolution of intrinsic films and the performance of n-i-p microcrystalline silicon solar cells. The experiment results demonstrated that the grain size and crystalline volume fraction along the growth direction of intrinsic films can be controlled and the performance of solar cells can be greatly improved by gradient hydrogen dilution technique. An initial active-area efficiency of 5.7% (V oc=0.47 V, J sc=20.2 mA/cm2, FF=60%) for the μc-Si:H single-junction n-i-p solar cells and an initial active-area efficiency of 10.12% (V oc=1.2 V, J sc=12.05 mA/cm2, FF=70%) for the a-Si:H/μc-Si:H tandem n-i-p solar cells has been achieved. Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H) thin films were prepared by high-pressure radio-frequency (13.56 MHz) plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (rf-PECVD) with a screened plasma. The deposition rate and crystallinity varying with the deposition pressure, rf power, hydrogen dilution ratio and electrodes distance were systematically studied. By optimizing the deposition parameters the device quality μc-Si:H films have been achieved with a high deposition rate of 7.8 ?/s at a high pressure. The V oc of 560 mV and the FF of 0.70 have been achieved for a single-junction μc-Si:H p-i-n solar cell at a deposition rate of 7.8 ?/s. The temporal variation of ventilation coefficient was estimated and a simple model for the prediction of urban ventilation coefficient in Changsha was developed. Firstly, Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between meteorological parameters and mixing layer height during 2005–2009 in Changsha, China. Secondly, the multi-linear regression model between daytime and nighttime was adopted to predict the temporal ventilation coefficient. Thirdly, the validation of the model between the predicted and observed ventilation coefficient in 2010 was conducted. The results showed that ventilation coefficient significantly varied and remained high during daytime, while it stayed relatively constant and low during nighttime. In addition, the diurnal ventilation coefficient was distinctly negatively correlated with PM10 (particle with the diameter less than 10 μm) concentration in Changsha, China. The predicted ventilation coefficient agreed well with the observed values based on the multi-linear regression models during daytime and nighttime. The urban temporal ventilation coefficient could be accurately predicted by some simple meteorological parameters during daytime and nighttime. The ventilation coefficient played an important role in the PM10 concentration level.  相似文献

BaTi4O9-doped Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) composite ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction and their structure, dielectric nonlinear characteristics and microwave dielectric properties were investigated. The secondary phase of the orthorhombic structure Ba4Ti13O30 is formed among BST composite ceramics with the increase of BaTi4O9. At the same time, a duplex or bimodal grains size distribution shows fine grains in a coarse grain matrix. The degree of frequency dispersion of dielectric permittivity below T m is increased initially and then decreased with respect to BaTi4O9. As the BaTi4O9 content increases, the tunability of composite ceramics decreases, while the Q value increases. Interestingly, 70 wt% BaTi4O9-doped BST has a tunability ∼4.0% (under 30 kV/cm biasing) versus a permittivity ∼68 and quality factor ∼134.1 (at ∼3.2 GHz). With the high-voltage electrostatic theory and numerical analysis, the dynamics of conductive and nonconductive particles under high-voltage electrostatic coupling fields was studied. The oscillation behavior of the conductive particle between the corona electrode and ground electrode was analyzed and its oscillation amplitude was Sm=(ta+ts)·νm/2. 采用冲击式尘粒分级仪对水煤浆锅炉电除尘器前后的细灰粒径分布进行研究.发现除尘器前细灰粒径分布基本上完全符合对数正态分布,相关系数大于0.999;而除尘器后粒径分布更接近罗辛 拉姆勒分布,相关系数约为0.989.由于电除尘器对粗颗粒的除尘效率高于对细颗粒的除尘效率,导致除尘器后PM1、PM2.5和PM10的质量分数均有很大幅度的提高.烟气中细颗粒的质量分数与锅炉负荷有关,负荷降低将导致烟气中细颗粒的质量分数增大.水煤浆锅炉由于燃料中存在的水分,以及燃烧时雾化和结团的影响,PM2.5和PM10的质量分数低于一般煤粉炉  相似文献

Ferroelectric Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT) and Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12 (BNT) thin films were fabricated on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si (100) substrates by a modified sol-gel technique. X-ray diffraction indicated that these films were of single phase with random polycrystalline orientations. The surface morphologies of the films were observed by scanning electron microscope, showing uniform, dense films with grain size of 50–100 nm. Well-saturated hysteresis loops of the films were obtained in metal-ferroelectric-metal type capacitors with Cu top electrodes at an applied voltage of 400 kV/cm, giving the remanent polarization (2P r) and coercive field (2E c) values of the films of 25.1 μC/cm2 and 203 kV/cm for BLT, and 44.2 μC/cm2 and 296 kV/cm for BNT, respectively. Moreover, these capacitors did not show fatigue behaviors after up to 1.75×1010 switching cycles at the test frequency of 1 MHz, suggesting a fatigue-free character. The influences of the La3+ and Nd3+ doping on the properties of the films were comparatively discussed. ZrB2 ceramics were prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) and were sintered by hot pressing(HP).The effects of the granularities and doses of raw materials in Zr-B2O3-Mgon SHS process and product were investigated.XRD and combustion temperature curves prove that the ideal SHS reactants of Zr-B2O3-Mg are 50μm Zr powder,75μm B2O3 powder and 400μm Mg powder with 45% excessive.The particle sizes of SHS product,acid-leached product,sintered product are 2-5μm,0.5-2μm,2-10μm respectively.Chemical analysis indicates that the acid-leached product consists of ZrB2(94.59%),ZrO2(3.87%),and H3BO3(1.54%),The sintered product has a relative density of 95.4%.  相似文献

Magnetite Fe3O4 walnut spherical particles and octahedral microcrystals were successfully synthesized from K4 [Fe (CN)6], K3 [Fe (CN)6] and NaOH reagents via a simple hydrothermal process. And the uniform morphology of octahedral microcrystals was obtained in the presence of ethylene glycol. The morphology and structure of products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the Fe3O4 walnut spherical particles and octahedral microcrystals were single crystals with the face-center cubic structure and with size distributions from 2.2 to 8.6 μm and 1.6 to 12.5 μm, respectively. Their magnetic properties were detected by a vibrating sample magnetometer at room temperature. The walnut spherical particles exhibited a ferromagnetic behavior with the coercive force (Hc), saturation magnetization (Ms) and remanent magnetization (Mr) being 150.57 Oe, 97.634 and 12.05 emu/g, respectively. For the octahedral microcrystals they were 75.28 Oe, 101.90 and 6.69 emu/g, respectively. Different sizes of walnut spherical particles were controlled synthesized through adjusting the NaOH concentration. It was found that ethylene glycol molecules have a significant effect on the formation of Fe3O4 octahedra. A possible mechanism was also proposed to account for the growth of these Fe3O4 products. Nano-SiO2/polypropylene composite was prepared by melt-blending process. The nano-SiO2 particles were organized by wet process surface treatment with silane coupling agent KH-570. The effect of mass fraction of nano-SiO2 particles and dosage of KH-570 on the toughening and strengthening of PP matrix were investigated based on the fractography of impact notch and the analysis of crystal structure by X-ray and dispersive structure of nano-SiO2 by TEM. Results show that the impact and flexural strength and modulus of the composite are improved obviously with low loading of nano-SiO2 (3 wt%-5 wt%), and the izod impact strength of PP increases twice with 4 wt% nano-SiO2. The nano-SiO2 particles treated can disperse into the matrix resin, which has evident heterogeneous nucleation effects on the crystallization of PP. The optimal toughening and strengthening effects of PP matrix can be obtained when the content of nano-SiO2 and KH-570 are 4 wt% and 3 wt%, respectively.  相似文献

BiFeO3/PZT multilayer capacitor was prepared on Pt(100)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrate. PZT buffer layer was derived by MOCVD method (label: PZT1) and sputtering method (label: PZT2) respectively. XRD analysis indicated that high (110) orientation of BFO in the BFO/PZT1 structure was achieved. SEM analysis indicated a better microstructure in the BFO/PZT1 structure compared with BFO/PZT2. The remnant polarization of the BFO/PZT1 was 82.5 μ C/cm2 at an applied voltage of 8 V, compared with that of 25.2 μC/cm2 in the BFO/PZT2 structure. The BFO/PZT1 multilayer exhibited little polarization fatigue (<1.5%) upon 1×1010 switching cycles, at an applied voltage of 4 V. The leakage current density was about 2×10−7 A/cm2 at an applied voltage 4 V, in the BFO/PZT1 capacitor. All the results indicated that PZT can act as an inducing layer to the BFO and the MOCVD derived PZT has more inducing effect to the BFO thin film at room temperature. A high etch rate GaAs via-hole process was studied in an inductively coupled plasma system using Cl2/BCl3 gas system. The effects of process parameters on the GaAs etch rate were investigated. The influences of photoresist SiO2 and Ni masks on the resultant profiles were also studied by scanning electron microscopy. We report on a GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor high electron mobility transistor (MOS-HEMT) using atomic-layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3 as the gate dielectric. Through further decreasing the thickness of the gate oxide to 3.5 nm and optimizing the device fabrication process, a device with maximum transconductance of 150 mS/mm was produced. The drain current of this 0.8 μm gate-length MOS-HEMT could reach 800 mA/mm at +3.0 V gate bias. Compared to a conventional AlGaN/GaN HEMT of similar design, better interface property, lower leakage current, and smaller capacitance-voltage (C-V) hysteresis were obtained, and the superiority of this MOS-HEMT device structure with ALD Al2O3 gate dielectric was exhibited. Ceramic microspheres were prepared by using Chinese bauxite as raw materials through the centrifugal spray drying method. The control technology of microsphere size, degree of sphericity was researched. The ceramic microspheres were sintered by a double sintering process. The microstructure and composition of ceramic microsphere were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy spectroscopy. The results show that the degree of sphericity of the ceramic microsphere was good and the particle size was 10-100 μm. The XRD analysis reveals that the main crystalline phase of the ceramic microsphere was a-Al2O3 and mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2). The product can be used as reinforced material for composite material, especially for antiskid and hard wearing aluminum alloy coating.  相似文献

The effect of coagulation temperature on the morphology, microstructures and mechanical properties of dihydroxy poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (DHPBO) fibers was investigated during dry-jet wet-spinning process, in which the coagulation bath concentration and drawn ratio were kept as 10 wt% of PPA in water and 1.7, respectively. The structures and mechanical properties of the as-spun DHPBO fibers were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, and single fiber tensile testing. The results indicated that in PPA/H2O coagulation system, when the coagulation temperature was 25°C, highly crystallized DHPBO as-spun fibers possessing fine crystallites, circular and smooth morphology, and excellent mechanical properties could be achieved. The principal refractive indices and the thermal refractive index coefficients for Be3Al2Si6O18 crystal doped with 1.01wt% Cr2O3 have been accurately measured by the auto-collimation method at wavelengths of 0.488, 0.53975, 1.064, 1.0795 and 1.3414 μm, and temperatures of 308.2, 328.6, 359.1 and 395.4 K respectively. Based on the measured results of principal indices of 0.488, 0.6328, 1.0795 and 1.3414μm, the Sellmeier’s equations and the thermal refractive index coefficients have been obtained, and the result has been proven to be accurate by error analysis.  相似文献

The single-phrase Ba(Mgl/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN) powder was saccessfully prepared by the KCImolten salt synthesis(MSS) method. The temperature for single-phase BMN powders by MSS was about 400℃ lower than that by the solid-phase method. The average particle size (APS) was about 0.91,u.m at 900℃ and increased with increasing synhesis temperature. Based on the APS, the activation energy for particle growth in theMSS, whose value was 64. 1kJmol^-1.was attained. The sinterability of the powder prepared by MSS method wasbetter than that pretared by solid-phase method.  相似文献
