研究了超声电机的背衬封装与预压力承载能力的关系。以外型尺寸为36mm×5mm×4mm的卧板式直线超声电机为研究对象,建立了电机振动力学模型,针对不同封装方式下的模型进行了分析。通过改进的等效刚度模型,研究了封装夹持对电机刚度参数的影响,得出电机封装与预压力承载能力之间的关系,并通过预压力加载实验测得各自所能承载的最大预压力。当激励信号电压为150Vpp,频率为63kHz时,给电机添加局部背衬的封装方式,使电机能够承受的最大预压力为16N,输出推力比常规封装大两倍以上,证实了背衬式封装能改变力传递路径,能使电机能承受更大预压力。 相似文献

板形直线超声电机因具有扁平化结构等特点,特别适用于电机安置空间狭窄的直线驱动场合。针对狭窄空间作动需求,提出一种单模态、大推力直线超声电机。电机由导轨和板形定子组成,定子由平面内两个垂直放置的矩形板联接构成L形结构,驱动足位于联接部顶端。电机利用两矩形板弯曲振动所形成的对称和反对称模态驱动导轨运动,并通过切换对称和反对称模态实现导轨正反向运动。通过定子模态分析,研究结构参数对振型的影响,以确定夹持和压电陶瓷片的安置位置;针对对称模态下驱动足处振幅过小问题,分析前端盖开槽对驱动足处振幅的影响规律,并通过开圆弧形槽增加驱动足处振幅。制作样机,并开展实验研究。实验表明:该电机结构简单紧凑、运行稳定且推力大,最大空载速度为329 mm/s,最大推力为70 N,推重比达38. 2。 相似文献

This paper proposes a bidirectional linear ultrasonic motor using longitudinal vibrating transducer. The fundamental principle of this motor has been demonstrated. A prototype linear motor was fabricated and investigated. Maximum speed of 947mm/s and maximum thrust force of 35N have been achieved. The transducer consists of two Langevin transducers that assemble together with their axes in pi/2 angle. 为研究螺旋离心泵转子对流固耦合作用的动态响应信息,以ZJ200-25型双叶片螺旋离心泵为研究对象,利用CFD软件CFX12.1和有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行了考虑流场变载荷和结构相互作用的两场交替联合求解。得到转子受到的激励力以及位移响应频谱特点,结果表明:叶轮受到流场变载荷激励,发生了弯曲及拉伸振动;叶轮径向位移随流量增大而减小,其主频率与径向力主频率同为48.3Hz,轴向力以低频随机波动为主,但轴向位移仅在200Hz以内有较明显的响应,且振幅随频率增加而减小;叶轮质心位移在低阶频率处的振幅不高,高阶频率的振幅逐渐减小,轴向及径向位移均没有振幅过大的情况出现,说明螺旋离心泵转子正常工作时未发生共振,稳定性良好。本文研究结果对螺旋离心泵转子系统的设计改良及振动分析具有一定的参考意义。 相似文献

螺杆马达是螺杆钻具的动力源,其定子与转子之间过盈量的合理设计对马达工作性能和使用寿命至关重要。首先,建立了螺杆马达定子与转子的二维啮合有限元模型,并分析了工作压力和井下温度对定子廓形的影响。然后,基于密封性能评价准则,对不同过盈量下定子与转子的接触应力进行计算,并提出定子大、小径处采用不同过盈量的非均匀过盈量设计方法。最后,以螺杆马达转子为基准,设计了考虑压力与温度影响的定子廓线,在理论上实现了定子与转子之间的有效密封和良好接触。螺杆钻具整机台架试验结果表明:相较于传统的过盈量设计方法,考虑压力和温度影响的非均匀过盈量设计方法可使螺杆马达具有更高的效率。研究结果可为螺杆马达过盈量及其余参数的设计提供一定参考。 相似文献

为了研究配合关系对弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器减振特性的影响,搭建了带弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的转子实验系统,设计了两套弹性环组件。通过改变弹性环凸台的配合关系及转子的不平衡质量,实验研究了弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器的减振特性。实验结果表明:弹性环的内凸台为过盈配合时可能导致阻尼器减振失效,为间隙配合时减振效果更好;外凸台配合关系的变化不会导致阻尼器减振失效;凸台为间隙配合时,弹性环的减振效果及转子的响应与不平衡质量的关系线性度更高。提出了设计与应用弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器时,应保证内凸台为间隙配合的设计建议。 相似文献

In this paper, to exploit the contribution from not only the stators but also from other parts of miniature ultrasonic motors, an amplitude modulation drive is proposed to drive a miniature linear ultrasonic motor consisting of two rectangular piezoelectric ceramic plates. Using finite-element software, the first longitudinal and second lateral-bending frequencies of the vibrator are shown to be very close when its dimensions are 8 mm x 2.16 mm x 1 mm. So one single frequency power should be able to drive the motor. However, in practice the motor is found to be hard to move with a single frequency power because of its small vibration amplitudes and big frequency difference between its longitudinal and bending resonance, which is induced by the boundary condition variation. To drive the motor effectively, an amplitude modulation drive is used by superimposing two signals with nearly the same frequencies, around the resonant frequency of the vibrators of the linear motor. When the amplitude modulation frequency is close to the resonant frequency of the vibrator's surroundings, experimental results show that the linear motor can move back and forward with a maximum thrust force (over 0.016 N) and a maximum velocity (over 50 mm/s). 相似文献

A standing wave bi-directional linearly moving ultrasonic motor has been studied for the purpose of implementing a practical linear ultrasonic motor with simple structure, simple driving and high resolution. The fundamental principle of this linear motor is projections on the right sides of a standing wave crests generating thrust force right-diagonally on the slider pressed against the projections. Correspondingly, projections on the left sides of the wave crests make the slider move toward the left. In order to realize bi-directional actuating, vibration mode B3 or B4 is excited in a rectangular plate-type vibrator to make the projections on the right sides or the left sides of the wave crests. In this paper, the operation principle of the linear motor is demonstrated. Furthermore, a prototype linear ultrasonic motor of 40 mm in length, 10 mm in width is fabricated and investigated. The following performances have been achieved: maximum speed 200 mm/s, maximum force output 150 gf, and resolution less than 0.1 mum. 相似文献

为了揭示径长比对凸轮泵性能参数的影响规律,建立不同径长比与凸轮泵特性曲线之间的定量关系,并获得轴系径向载荷分布特性,从而为凸轮泵轴系强度计算提供依据。基于FLUENT动网格技术和RNG k-ε湍流模型对凸轮泵进行三维瞬态流场数值计算,比较了6种不同径长比凸轮泵的流量特性。结果表明:径长比对凸轮泵性能有显著的影响,随着转子径长比的逐渐增大,凸轮泵出口流量脉动呈逐渐下降的趋势,且出口流量值先增大后减小;转子所受径向力的大小和方向均随转子转动呈周期性变化,且大小随径长比的增大而减小,随泵出口压力的增大而增大。数值计算表明当转子径长比α取值为0.7~1.3时,泵出口平均流量达到峰值区,同时泵出口流量脉动幅值最低,转子受力较好。研究结论为凸轮泵转子径长比的选择提供了理论依据。 相似文献
