综述了近年来国内外纳米晶体光电子性质研究领域某些方面的进展情况,着重介绍了半导体纳米晶在光吸收、光致发光、非线性光学效应和电阻率等方面的独特性能。这些研究表明,对于0—3nm晶体(纳米晶粒处于分散介质中)来说,量子尺寸效应是产生晶体性质突变的主要原因之一。对纳米晶体结构和性能的深入研究,能为光电子材料的发展提供新的途径和思路。 相似文献

综述了石墨烯晶体的能带结构和独特的电子性质,如双极性电场效应、单双层石墨烯效应、衬底效应、石墨烯纳米带(GNR)带隙等特殊效应的研究现状。介绍了石墨剥落技术、外延生长和化学气相淀积(CVD)等石墨烯材料的制备以及表征方法。列举了石墨烯在电子、显示、太阳电池、传感器和氢存储等方面的应用,如在石墨烯场效应管、石墨烯纳米带场效应管(SET)、石墨烯单电子晶体管、石墨烯金属晶体管、石墨烯基纳米电子机械系统(NEMS)、石墨烯分子开关以及石墨烯基高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)制备方面的应用。人们已经研究出不同栅长的n/p型顶栅石墨烯场效应管(GFET),并采用标准的S参数直接表征器件的高频性能。理论和实验表明,所有石墨烯纳米带场效应管(GNRFET)在室温下工作的前提是GNR的带宽尺寸小于10nm,并具有半导体场效应管的性能。 相似文献

ZnO nanocrystal thin films were fabricated on sapphire substrates by laser molecular beam epitaxy. The structure and optical properties of the films were investigated experimentally. The film having small nanocrystal size of about 50-200 nm shows optically pumped ultraviolet laser emission at room temperature. This paper discussed the theoretical mechanism of excitonic radiative recombination in relation with the nanocrystal structure on ZnO film ultraviolet laser research. Cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanocrystals continue to generate scientific and technological interest, owing to their valuable optical, electronic, and chemical properties. Aqueous nanocrystal syntheses rely on functional capping agents to control nanocrystal form and function. We present a series of linear and dendritic engineered peptides, rich in cysteines and aspartic acids, as CdS capping agents. The elastic properties of highly ordered three‐dimensional colloidal crystals of gold nanocrystals (called supracrystals) are reported. This study is based on the simultaneous growth of two kinds of gold nanocrystal supracrystals that range in size from 5 nm to 8 nm: interfacial supracrystals and precipitated supracrystals. The elastic properties are deduced from nanoindentation measurements performed with an atomic force microscope. The Young's modulus of the interfacial supracrystals, which grow layer‐by‐layer and form well‐defined films, is compared to that of precipitated supracrystals, which are produced by homogeneous growth in solution. For the precipitated supracrystals, characterized by a thickness larger than 1 μm, the Oliver and Pharr model is used to determine the elastic moduli, which are in the gigapascal range and decrease with increasing nanocrystal size. For the interfacial supracrystals, with 300 nm average thickness, a second model (plate model) is applied in addition to the Oliver and Pharr model. These two models confirm independently that the interfacial films are very soft with Young's modulus in the range of 80–240 MPa. This result reveals a totally new feature of nanocrystal solids, never emphasized before. It is shown that these changes in the Young's modulus are related to the supracrystal growth mechanism. 相似文献

Colloidal nanocrystal clusters (CNCs), which are composed of many nanocrystal subunits, have attracted intensive attention because they can possess not only the properties of each single subunit but also the collective properties and novel functionalities resulting from the ensembles. However, to date, the successful preparation of metal CNCs has rarely been reported. In this work, a simple one‐pot solvothermal method is developed to prepare PtNi‐alloyed CNCs with homogeneous distribution of Pt and Ni elements, porous feature, and interconnected steady framework. The PtNi CNCs are composed of many PtNi nanocrystals with size around 7–8 nm. Their growth mechanism is proposed through a systematic study. Thanks to the unique structure, the as‐prepared PtNi CNCs show better catalytic performance in methanol oxidation reaction than that of PtNi nanocrystals and Pt/C catalysts. This work is important because it not only provides a new method for the preparation of metal CNCs with desired morphology and properties, but also paves the way for practical applications of metal nanoparticles. 相似文献
