以精苯炼化过程的自动控制系统设计为背景,在采用国外先进集散控制系统的结构的基础上,针对温度控制问题,运用串级、前馈的方法有效克服了精馏塔内及塔间的耦合现象;针对进料控制问题,采用均匀控制方法有效地减弱了塔际的干扰。上述两种方法在实际应用过程中取得了较好的运行效果。结合功能先进、界面友好的应用监控软件设计,形成了一套完整的集散型控制系统。  相似文献

A distributed expert control system (DECSHZ) has been built for a hydrometallurgical zinc process, whose basic steps are leaching, purification and electrolysis. It consists of a central computer management system and three local expert control systems, one for each of the basic steps. This paper deals with the design and application of DECSHZ, especially its distributed architecture and main functions; expert control strategies based on rule models and a combination of rule models and steady-state mathematical models; system implementation; and the results of actual runs. DECSHZ has been found to provide not only a very pure product, but also significant economic benefits.  相似文献

An approach to specification of requirements and verification of design for real-time systems is presented. A system is defined by a conventional mathematical model for a dynamic system where application specific states denote functions of real time. Specifications are formulas in duration calculus, a real-time interval logic, where predicates define durations of states. Requirements define safety and functionality constraints on the system or a component. A top-level design is given by a control law: a predicate that defines an automation controlling the transition between phases of operation. Each phase maintains certain relations among the system states; this is analogous to the control functions known from conventional control theory. The top-level design is decomposed into an architecture for a distributed system with specifications for sensor, actuator, and program components. Programs control the distributed computation through synchronous events. Sensors and actuators relate events with system states. This paper proposes a novel distributed estimation and control method for uncertain plants. It is of application in the case of large-scale systems, where each control unit is assumed to have access only to a subset of the plant outputs, and possibly controls a restricted subset of input channels. A constrained communication topology between nodes is considered so the units can benefit from estimates of neighboring nodes to build their own estimates. The paper proposes a methodology to design a distributed control structure so that the system is asymptotically driven to equilibrium with L2-gain disturbance rejection capabilities. A difficulty that arises is that the separation principle does not hold, as every single unit ignores the control action that other units might be applying. To overcome this, a two-stage design is proposed: firstly, the distributed controllers are obtained to robustly stabilize the plant despite the observation errors in the controlled output. At the second stage, the distributed observers are designed aiming to minimize the effects of the communication noise in the observation error. Both stages are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The performance is shown on a level-control real plant.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of distributed containment fault-tolerant control for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems in strict-feedback form is studied. The considered nonlinear multi-agent systems are subject to unknown nonlinear functions and actuator faults with loss of effectiveness and lock-in-place. By resorting to the universal approximation capability of fuzzy logical systems, the command filtered backstepping technique and nonlinear fault-tolerant control theory, distributed controllers are designed recursively. From the Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that all signals of the resulting closed-loop systems are cooperatively semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded and the containment errors converge to a small neighbourhood of origin by properly tuning the design parameters. Finally, a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed control method.  相似文献

Mobile agent has shown its promise as a powerful means to complement and enhance existing technology in various application areas. In particular, existing work has demonstrated that MA can simplify the development and improve the performance of certain classes of distributed applications, especially for those running on a wide-area, heterogeneous, and dynamic networking environment like the Internet. In our previous work, we extended the application of MA to the design of distributed control functions, which require the maintenance of logical relationship among and/or coordination of proc- essing entities in a distributed system. A novel framework is presented for structuring and building distributed systems, which use cooperating mobile agents as an aid to carry out coordination and cooperation tasks in distributed systems. The framework has been used for designing various distributed control functions such as load balancing and mutual ex- clusion in our previous work. In this paper, we use the framework to propose a novel ap- proach to detecting deadlocks in distributed system by using mobile agents, which dem- onstrates the advantage of being adaptive and flexible of mobile agents. We first describe the MAEDD (Mobile Agent Enabled Deadlock Detection) scheme, in which mobile agents are dispatched to collect and analyze deadlock information distributed across the network sites and, based on the analysis, to detect and resolve deadlocks. Then the design of an adaptive hybrid algorithm derived from the framework is presented. The algorithm can dynamically adapt itself to the changes in system state by using different deadlock detec- tion strategies. The performance of the proposed algorithm has been evaluated using simulations. The results show that the algorithm can outperform existing algorithms that use a fixed deadlock detection strategy.  相似文献

This paper describes the multivariable characteristics of industrial coal-fired boilers and associated mathematical models, such as combustion model, a water drum level model and a superheated steam model. The purpose of the paper is to design multivariable control systems using multivariable system frequency domain design theory and the Smith-predictor technique.
