给出一种求解组合优化问题的全局搜索算法——有记忆的模拟退火算法解决放射性配电网中电容器的优化配置问题。该算法获得全局最优解的几率大大高于单纯的模拟退火算法,且计算时间上几乎没有增加。通过一种较为精确的计算方法——阻抗矩阵法求解网损微增率,从而确定无功补偿的最优点。潮流计算采用前推回代法。应用于IEEE69和IEEE33母线系统获得了满意的结果。 相似文献

伴随着电动公交的推广,运营商在其充电服务管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色。如何制定合理的充电服务费,实现运营商和公交公司双赢,成为重要的研究课题。基于以上原因,文中以电动公交快充站充电调度为研究背景,利用双层规划的理念,建立了电动公交快充站服务费定价模型及充电策略分析模型。该模型的上层为充电服务费定价的运营商效益模型,下层是充电负荷优化的公交公司成本模型;利用鸡群优化算法对上下层模型进行迭代,计算出最佳日充电策略及最优服务费定价策略;利用提出的双层规划模型对实际电动公交快充站运营数据和典型负荷进行仿真计算,结果表明:实行分时服务费可以对电动公交的充电行为进行有效引导,有利于平抑充电负荷波动,实现运营商与公交公司双方利益最大化。 相似文献

This paper presents an improved simple genetic algorithm developed for reactive power system planning. Successive linear programming is used to solve operational optimization sub-problems. A new population selection and generation method which makes the use of Benders' cut is presented in this paper. It is desirable to find the optimal solution in few iterations, especially in some test cases where the optimal results are expected to be obtained easily. However, the simple genetic algorithm has failed in finding the solution except through an extensive number of iterations. Different population generation and crossover methods are also tested and discussed. The method has been tested for 6 bus and 30 bus power systems to show its effectiveness. A fast, effective service restoration method is designed for large-scale distribution systems with priority customers. The service restoration problem is formulated as a constrained multi-objective optimization problem. A ranking-based search method employing analytical information obtained from three-phase power flow simulations is designed to restore service to as many priority customers as possible while maximizing the amount of total load restored and minimizing the number of required switch operations. The proposed method is designed with consideration to networks which have predominantly manual switches. Comprehensive simulation results of the search method, including priority customers, single and multiple faults and multiple out-of-service areas are presented for a 416 bus distribution network 相似文献

Development of efficient methods for optimum design of electrode and insulator contour in a HV apparatus has been an important area of research in the recent past. A self-organizing fuzzy inference system is developed for electrode optimization which is an improved version over traditional iterative approach of optimization and more recent methods employing neural networks. This fuzzy system has been implemented for two practical examples of an axisymmetric single-phase gas-insulated system (GIS) bus termination and a disconnecter switch configuration. Improved electric stress distribution demonstrates the usefulness of the proposed method. A new methodology for automatic generation of the fuzzy rule base from the input-output data set is also proposed in this scheme. 为完善串联谐振型故障限流器的系统侧应用技术,提出了一种考虑运行损耗的故障限流器布点优化和容量选择方法。初步构建了一个以全网损耗增量和限流电抗值总和最小为目标函数,以母线短路电流、母线电压、限流器阻抗及其安装候选位置为约束条件的数学模型。借助PSS/E和Matlab粒子群算法工具包,实现了该优化问题的求解。案例研究在一个修改的IEEE-39节点系统中展开,不同台数优化安装方案的比较结果表明,该方法是有效的。其模型引入了网损变量,完善了传统目标函数中的经济性指标。 相似文献
