与传统电力市场主体不同,储能电站既可以参与发电侧,也可以参与用户侧,进而获取利益。文章以发电商、售电公司、用户、储能电站和光伏电站为市场主体,建立电力市场博弈模型;以储能电站在某一时段的运行方式和报价作为博弈策略,计及储能电站必要的运行约束条件,建立储能电站运行模型;基于招标电价制建立光伏电站运行模型。考虑储能电站与光伏电站进行合作博弈,以最大化联盟收益为剩余博弈支付,以联盟内部交换功率和交易电价为协议,基于Shapley值对合作博弈剩余进行分配,通过分析得到模型的Nash均衡。文章通过算例验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性,所建立的模型适用于储能电站与光伏电站进行合作博弈参与电力市场的情景。  相似文献

为满足节能减排和供电安全可靠的需求,构建了计及排放约束和输电约束的电力市场竞争模型,研究了双重约束条件下电力市场的均衡问题,分析了策略性发电方的博弃行为,利用耦合制约博弈的分析方法,并采用处罚函数,将具有限制条件的均衡问题转化为带有处罚函数的无约束均衡问题,分析求解电力市场的纳什均衡解,并通过算例进行了验证.结果表明,该模型合理、有效.  相似文献

针对人水关系的博弈本质,利用博弈均衡概念建立人水关系博弈均衡模型,剖析了合作博弈与非合作博弈均衡模型的区别,并结合实例研究给出了人水关系的博弈均衡解。对比分析表明,博弈均衡由人文系统和水系统的净收益共同决定,在一定时空条件下人水系统的整体收益达到最大时才能达到博弈均衡,博弈均衡模型在一定程度上反映了实际水资源利用状况,为解决人水关系矛盾和区域水资源高效利用提供了新的思路和方法。  相似文献

水源区和受水区是调水工程水质保障与需求的两大利益主体,二者存在利益博弈关系。以水权为基础,在市场机制影响下,采用演化博弈方法,分析水源区和受水区两大利益主体的策略空间,建立大型调水工程水源区-受水区在市场机制作用下的演化博弈模型,确定利益主体在水源区环境保护中的行为决策关系,认为保障调水工程水源地水质的关键因素为水源区实施保护能否提高其综合社会经济效益,水源区要求的生态补偿形式和程度是否超过了受水区自身既得利益;根据演化博弈结果得出(保护,补偿)实现工程综合效益可持续的唯一决策方案,由此提出明确划分水权、加强生态补偿费用核算、加大生态补偿保障力度和补偿方式多元化等建议,以促进(保护,补偿)策略稳步实现。  相似文献

基于人水关系的国内外博弈论研究现状,通过分析人文系统和水系统的相互作用及博弈论的原理和内涵,从博弈构成要素及博弈类型两方面深入探讨了人水关系的博弈作用机理。在此基础上,提出了人水关系的博弈计算方法及应用思路,主要包括人水博弈策略集合的确定及各个决策的定量化转换、人水博弈支付函数的构建及函数变量计算的思考方向、人水博弈均衡计算的目标及均衡解的求解。为以后的人水关系作用机理及定量化研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

针对流域梯级电站优化运营已成为用水竞争、市场策略合作等约束下的大型、动态、高维优化问题,引入生态经济学中的共生理论,分析了梯级多业主电站间的竞合关系,通过Nash均衡博弈求解影响各电站战略选择条件的临界点,并以共生能量有效性和利益分配公平性为主要参数构建流域梯级多业主电站共生联盟稳定性评价计量模型。仿真计算结果表明,梯级多业主电站间形成共生联盟能增加梯级电站发电效益。通过共生联盟四种模式的稳定性量化对比分析可知,梯级电站对称性互惠共生模式稳定性最高。  相似文献

售电市场放开是我国售电侧改革的发展方向,竞争性售电市场中用户选择权放开,用户选择结果影响售电公司的售电策略,售电公司售电策略又会直接影响用户选择。构建售电公司与电力用户间双层博弈模型,下层模型为用户层演化博弈,上层模型为售电公司间非合作博弈。首先分析影响用户选择售电公司的因素,建立用户效用模型,采用演化博弈理论构建不同类型用户群体选择售电公司的多群体动态演化模型。在构建用户选择模型的基础上,分析售电公司的购售电策略,计及售电公司面临的风险因素,建立售电公司和电力用户的双层博弈模型并给出了博弈均衡的求解算法。算例分析结果表明,所构建的模型和算法具有可行性和有效性。  相似文献

我国西南特大流域巨型水电站水库群集中建成投产,大幅提高了梯级电站的补偿调节作用,但如何科学合理地分摊电站间补偿效益是均衡协调不同发电主体利益的关键问题。为此,提出一种基于联盟博弈的多控制性水库梯级电站补偿效益分摊方法,将上游水库投产前后下游梯级发电效益的增量作为补偿效益,采用联盟博弈理论,计算所有可能投产组合形式下的发电效益,建立基于Shapley值的补偿分摊方法,并应用联盟核心和分裂倾向理论对分摊方案进行稳定性评价。澜沧江下游梯级水电站群实例应用结果表明,所提方法可合理分摊多控制性水库发电补偿效益,同时能够消除分摊顺序差异对结果的影响。  相似文献

This report outlines a cogeneration dispatch strategy for use in a deregulated electricity market, considering both the monthly demand charges and the fluctuating hourly price. To investigate the opportunity for cost savings with this strategy, its application has been simulated for three office buildings, considering cogeneration systems of various sizes and efficiencies. The results show simple payback periods in the range of 5–10 years for suitably sized systems. These results are analysed and compared with other dispatch strategies. Strategies which consider the real‐time electricity price but not the demand charges give simple payback periods which are usually 2 or 3 years longer than the strategy outlined herein. Time‐of‐day dispatch strategies fare much worse. Further refinements to the strategy are discussed, and detailed consideration is given to its practical application. 本文提出了一种基于多代理系统(multi-agent system,MAS)的孤岛微电网(microgrid,MG)实时经济调度分布式优化策略,其中孤岛微电网由发电供应商、电力用户和储能运营商等多运营主体组成。该策略考虑了电力用户参与电价制定的权利,经过系统内部多运营主体共同议价决策出电能交易的出清电价和交易电能量,实现了微电网内供需功率平衡。为保护交易过程中各运营主体的内部隐私权,模型采用了异步交替方向乘子法对联盟效益最大化模型进行求解。仿真结果验证了该策略的有效性。  相似文献

The advent of small scale combined heat and power (CHP) systems has provided the opportunity for in-house power backup of residential-scale photovoltaic (PV) arrays. These hybrid systems enjoy a symbiotic relationship between components, but have large thermal energy wastes when operated to provide 100% of the electric load. In a novel hybrid system is proposed here of PV-trigeneration. In order to reduce waste from excess heat, an absorption chiller has been proposed to utilize the CHP-produced thermal energy for cooling of PV-CHP system. This complexity has brought forth entirely new levels of system dynamics and interaction that require numerical simulation in order to optimize system design. This paper introduces a dispatch strategy for such a system that accounts for electric, domestic hot water, space heating, and space cooling load categories. The dispatch strategy was simulated for a typical home in Vancouver and the results indicate an improvement in performance of over 50% available when a PV-CHP system also accounts for cooling. The dispatch strategy and simulation are to be used as a foundation for an optimization algorithm of such systems.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive dispatch strategy is presented to maximize the revenue for grid‐tied wind power plant coupled with a battery energy storage system (BESS). The proposed idea is mainly based on time‐varying market‐price thresholds, which are varied according to the proposed algorithm in an adaptive manner. The variable nature of wind power and market price signals leads to the idea of storing energy at low price periods and consequently selling it at high prices. In fact, the wind farm operators can take advantage of the price variability to earn additional income and to maximize the operational profit based on the choice of best price thresholds at each instant of time. This research study proposes an efficient strategy for intermittent power dispatch along with the optimal operation of a BESS in the presence of physical limits and constraints. The strategy is tested and validated with different BESSs, and the percentage improvement of income is calculated. The simulation results, based on actual wind farm and market‐price data, depict the proficiency of the proposed methodology over standard linear programming methods.  相似文献

文章基于鲁棒优化理论建立了虚拟发电厂最优经济调度模型。首先以虚拟发电厂发电净收益最大为目标函数,计及出力计划约束、机组运行约束、机组启停约束、储能运行约束等必要约束条件建立系统优化运行模型;然后考虑风光出力区间不确定性,以风光出力为自然决策者,以虚拟发电厂为系统决策者,分别制定博弈策略和支付,建立虚拟发电厂最优经济调度鲁棒优化模型,并对其Nash均衡点进行分析;基于两阶段松弛法将所建立的鲁棒优化模型转化为有限可解的步骤;最后通过一个算例验证了所建立的模型在制定虚拟发电厂运行计划方面的经济优势。  相似文献

The large-scale utilization and sharing of renewable energy in interconnected systems is crucial for realizing “instrumented, interconnected, and intelligent” power grids. The traditional optimal dispatch method can not coordinate the economic benefits of all the stakeholders from multiple regions of the transmission network, comprehensively. Hence, this study proposes a large-scale wind-power coordinated consumption strategy based on the Nash-Q method and establishes an economic dispatch model for interconnected systems considering the uncertainty of wind power, with optimal wind- power consumption as the objective for redistributing the shared benefits between regions. Initially, based on the equivalent cost of the interests of stakeholders from different regions, the state decision models are respectively constructed, and the noncooperative game Nash equilibrium model is established. The Q-learning algorithm is then introduced for high-dimension decision variables in the game model, and the dispatch solution methods for interconnected systems are presented, integrating the noncooperative game Nash equilibrium and Q-learning algorithm. Finally, the proposed method is verified through the modified IEEE 39-bus interconnection system, and it is established that this method achieves reasonable distribution of interests between regions and promotes large-scale consumption of wind power.  相似文献

This paper presents dispatch strategies for the operation of a solar photovoltaic (PV)–diesel–battery hybrid power system using ‘set points’. This includes determination of the optimum values of set points for the starting and stopping of the diesel generator to minimise the overall system costs. 针对传统规划方法难以体现水资源配置过程中多种复杂因素的问题,基于博弈理论建立宏观调控和市场经济相结合的水资源配置动态博弈模型,求解其子博弈精炼纳什均衡下各博弈参与人的策略,并运用改进量子遗传算法求解该博弈模型。对A河流域水资源配置结果表明,在保证流域公共生态用水2.0×10~8 m~3的基础上,各用水子区自发约束自身的取水量,达到均衡时,社会总收益为11.27亿元,相比自由取水模型,社会总收益增加了0.95亿元,增幅为9.2%。  相似文献

A linear programming (LP) routine was implemented to model optimal energy storage dispatch schedules for peak net load management and demand charge minimization in a grid-connected, combined photovoltaic-battery storage system (PV+ system). The LP leverages PV power output and load forecasts to minimize peak loads subject to elementary dynamical and electrical constraints of the PV+ system. Battery charge/discharge were simulated over a range of two PV+ system parameters (battery storage capacity and peak load reduction target) to obtain energy cost for a time-of-use pricing schedule and the net present value (NPV) of the battery storage system. The financial benefits of our optimized energy dispatch schedule were compared with basic off-peak charging/on-peak discharging and real-time load response dispatch strategies that did not use any forecast information. The NPV of the battery array increased significantly when the battery was operated on the optimized schedule compared to the off-peak/on-peak and real time dispatch schedules. These trends were attributed to increased battery lifetime and reduced demand charges attained under the optimized dispatch strategy. Our results show that Lithium-ion batteries can be a financially viable energy storage solution in demand side, energy cost management applications at an installed cost of about $400–$500 per kW h (approximately 40–50% of 2011 market prices). The financial value of forecasting in energy storage dispatch optimization was calculated as a function of battery capacity ratio.  相似文献

AGC机组调节比较频繁,如果仅考虑经济性而调用大量机组去响应并非特别大的随机负荷调整是不尽合理的,尤其是对机组台数众多的大型水电厂,不仅经济上得不偿失,而且会带来安全隐患。随着电力市场理论研究的深入和市场规则的完善,辅助服务市场将引入竞争逐步走向市场机制,电厂通过竞价方式确定是否承担AGC服务,这种承诺性交易使水电厂可预先采用合适的AGC调节策略,协调发电与AGC之间的关系,提高运行安全性和经济性。针对大型水电厂及电力市场下AGC调节问题,提出了动态分组轮换控制策略,既避免了机组频繁调整,也实现了负荷的经济分配,更适应大型水电厂的AGC运行。  相似文献
