20μm的不锈钢长丝与25 tex的竹浆/丝光羊毛(50/50)股线经过并线加捻设计开发出5种不锈钢长丝含量不同的纱线,设计并试织了不锈钢长丝质量分数分别为11%、15%、17%、22%、26%的5种2/2斜纹组织织物。测试和分析了这5种织物的防辐射性能、厚度、面密度、透气性、悬垂性、刺痒感、汽蒸收缩性、折皱回复性。结果表明:开发的5种织物均具有良好的防电磁辐射性能,且随着不锈钢长丝含量增加,织物的防辐射性能提高,厚度、面密度、刺痒分值逐渐增大,透气性、悬垂性、折皱回复性降低,汽蒸收缩性先降低后保持不变。 相似文献

对相同细度的3种聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)自巷曲长丝进行拉伸性能和定伸长回复性能测试。测试结果表明:PTT/PET自卷曲长丝拉伸曲线具有典型的两个阶段和两个屈服点的特征,预加张力的大小对于伸长率的测试结果影响很大;卷曲伸长对该类长丝较高的伸长率有较大贡献,经过湿热处理后的长丝卷曲伸长和断裂伸长明显增加,但是不同的PTT/PET自卷曲长丝的伸长能力有一定差异;PTT/PET自卷曲长丝的弹性回复性能低于纯PTT长丝,而高于PET长丝,弹性回复性主要来源于具有优异弹性回复性的PTT大分子链结构;热处理的PTT/PET长丝在高定伸长率下有着较好的弹性回复性,在定长为30%时的弹性回复率接近100%。 相似文献

利用Y形截面涤纶设计开发了斜纹组织的纯纺织物,对不同纬密和碱处理前后织物的吸水性、透气性、刚柔性及折皱回复性等进行测试与分析。结果表明:在其它条件相同的情况下,随着织物密度的增加,织物吸水性、透气性及折皱回复性降低,硬挺度增加;碱处理后织物的导湿性下降而润湿性提高,透气性、柔软性增强,折皱回复性降低。 相似文献

The work discusses preparation, structure and selected properties of two special filaments based on poly(trimethylene terephthalate)
(PTT) and metallocene isotactic polypropylene (m-iPP) bi-component filaments of the island-in-sea type. PTT microfilaments
are formed by removing m-iPP from PTT (island)/m-iPP (sea) conjugated filaments. m-iPP exhaust dyeable filaments are produced
from m-iPP (island)/PTT (sea) conjugated filaments. This study thoroughly investigates the physical characteristics and morphologies
of PTT/m-iPP bi-component filaments of the island-in-sea type. The dye exhaustions of the fabrics made of PTT series filaments
are compared. Experimental DSC results indicated that PTT and m-iPP crystallites formed an immiscible system. The tenacity
of the PTT/m-iPP (and m-iPP/PTT) conjugated filaments initially declined and then increased as the proportion of m-iPP (and
PTT) increased. Clearly, the 50/50 weight ratio PTT/m-iPP had the lowest tenacity. The experimental crystallinities revealed
that PTT and m-iPP crystallites easily formed individual domains, indicating that PTT and m-iPP together constituted an immiscible
system. On the morphology, the blends were had a dispersed phase structure. PTT and m-iPP polymers were immiscible. In this
investigation, PTT microfilaments were produced and a large size from 2.3 to 2.6 μm in diameter was clearly observed. m-iPP
exhaust dyeable filaments were also prepared. The dye exhaustions of various fabrics followed the order, m-iPP exhaust dyeable
filaments, conventional PTT filaments, PTT microfilaments respectively. 相似文献

The instantaneous elastic recoveries of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT), PET, and PBT filaments were comparatively analyzed by a tensile testing machine. The conditions of the measurement were studied and the mechanism of instantaneous elastic recovery of these three aromatic polyester filaments is discussed. The instantaneous elastic recovery of PTT filaments was significantly higher than those of PBT and PET filaments. Moreover, PTT filaments had a high instantaneous elastic recovery even at a high elongation of 20%. The outstanding instantaneous elastic recovery of PTT filaments resulted from its helical conformation in crystal lattice, which responded immediately to the applied stress and deformed as though it was a coiled spring; we suggest it was a quasispring elastic recovery mechanism. When we measured the instantaneous elastic recovery of, PTT filaments with the tensile testing machine, it was appropriate to set up the crosshead speed at 500 mm/min with an elongation of 20% and a load of 0.5 cN/tex. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在相同条件下对比研究了PET ,PTT和PBT 3种芳香族聚酯长丝的瞬时拉伸回弹性能 ,分析了测定条件对PTT长丝瞬时拉伸回弹性能的影响 ,并初步讨论了 3种芳香族聚酯长丝的瞬时拉伸回弹机理。结果表明 ,PTT长丝的瞬时拉伸回弹性能明显优于PBT长丝 ,更优于PET长丝 ,PTT长丝在低伸长率和高伸长率下均具有优异的瞬时拉伸回弹性能 ;测定PTT长丝瞬时拉伸回弹率时 ,建议采用 0 .5cN/tex的预张力 ,5 0 0mm/min的拉伸速率和 2 0 %的定伸长率等条件 相似文献
