Terahertz communication system based on programmable wireless environment allowed programming customization of electromagnetic wave propagation in the most suitable ways for different wireless devices.It could not only improve serious fading,interference and non-line-of-sight problems,but also significantly enhance the security and privacy of the system.The channel modeling of terahertz wireless communication in programmable wireless environment was focused.Firstly,a multi-ray channel model for terahertz-band programmable wireless environment was established based on ray tracing technology as well as the propagation model of line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight.Then,based on the established propagation model,reflection coefficient,the broadband channel capacity under the water-filling power allocation algorithm and the RMS delayed extension were further studied.The simulation and analysis results show that the programmable wireless environment greatly reduces the influence of path loss and multipath fading in terahertz wireless transmission through active interference in electromagnetic wave transmission,improves the transmission capacity of terahertz communication system,which provides a reference for the later design of terahertz communication system,especially indoor terahertz communication system.  相似文献

现代移动通信中无线信道的随机性、不确定性和不可控性是影响通信质量的关键因素,往往会导致接收端信号质量降低,从而限制了信息传输的速率与范围。目前正兴起的6G技术研究中,智能超表面是被积极讨论的研究方向之一,其是由亚波长结构组成的超薄人工表面,具有现场可编程能力和时空信息调制能力,可精准、高效地操控电磁波,可被用于重塑无线传播环境。通过对智能超表面的概念、基于时空调制的波束调控方法、基于智能超表面的无线中继以及通信系统 4 个方面的综述和分析,展示了智能超表面在辅助移动通信中具有的应用潜力,为6G的发展提供了新的思路。  相似文献

卫星通信系统是一个开放的无线远程点对点或点对多点的传输系统,其电波传播不受地球表面环境条件的影响,不仅通信信号质量好而且易于网络扩容。但是由于卫星通信的特殊性,其电波容易受到来自空间的同频或异频干扰。针对卫星地面站链路瞬断现象的实例,通过对链路瞬断时卫星地面站接收系统频谱的分析,确定了空间干扰对卫星地面站接收系统的影响,并对此提出了解决办法,以供工程技术人员参考使用。  相似文献

随着移动通信技术的快速发展和更新换代,各行各业的信息化、智能化日益依赖于无线通信的强有力保障。因此,准确的信道信息、可靠的无线覆盖至关重要。射线跟踪技术面向不同行业的各类通信场景,通过建立有效的三维场景模型,以材料电磁参数、天线参数为基础,依托高性能计算引擎,将光学的射线技术引入电磁计算领域,能够准确地表征反射、散射、绕射、透射等多种电波传播机理及其对无线系统的影响。本文介绍了作者团队自主研发的高性能射线跟踪仿真平台,围绕高性能射线跟踪技术在智能交通领域的应用案例,阐述了射线跟踪技术在轨道交通、水路交通、公路交通等智能交通领域无线网络规划与优化、无线信道建模及信道特性分析等方面的技术优势,以期以自主可控的高性能射线跟踪仿真技术更好地助力我国交通强国战略的实施。  相似文献

传统无线通信的方式在电磁敏感场景下难免会对信号造成干扰, 为了不影响通信系统的稳定性与可靠性, 结合可见光具有对电磁不敏感的特性, 搭建了以可见光作为信息载体在电磁敏感环境下实现兼顾照明的智慧系统。首先采用以0.5m×0.5m×0.3m的立体空间作为房间模型、对室内光源布局进行合理的布局优化方法, 使其达到国际化室内照明标准; 其次设计了系统的上下行链路以及信号帧结构, 实现了稳定的信息传输; 最后搭建了系统的实物模型, 并对系统进行了调试。结果表明, 本系统可稳定地实现照明及室内环境参量的实时监控与数据传输, 误比特率低于10-6, 能够稳定通信10h以上。该研究为大场景的布设参量提供了参考。  相似文献

无线电技术因实现对信息的快捷传输而蓬勃发展,时至今日,不断增多的通信业务使得不可再生的频谱资源日益紧缺,通信速率也已趋于香农定理的极限。 涡旋电磁波(简称涡旋波)因携带有轨道角动量(Orbital Angular Momentum, OAM)而体现出新的自由度,理论上在任意频率下都具有无穷多种互不干扰的正交模态,在通信领域有望提升频谱效率与通信容量,在雷达成像领域也体现出提高分辨率的潜力,逐渐成为研究热点。 基于此,本文通过调研,概述了涡旋波的理论研究进展;阐述了涡旋波产生、传输、接收等传播链路的研究方法;介绍了涡旋波在无线通信领域与雷达成像领域的应用现状;总结了涡旋波在目前发展中面临的关键问题,并指出其未来研究与发展的方向。  相似文献

Wireless communication has achieved lot of attention and the demand is continually increasing day by day. Radio frequency (RF) is highly attracted by various wireless communication applications. The RF spectrum is already very crowded and the rapid increase in the use of wireless services has led the problems of RF spectrum exhaustion and eventually RF spectrum deficit. Free space optical (FSO) communication is a viable technology with a plenty of bandwidth, license-free spectrum and interference free link. On the other hand, FSO channel is severely corrupted by atmospheric turbulence and non-predictive weather scenarios. We suggest a hybrid FSO/RF communication system in our previous research, which can mitigate the issues of the individual links. In this research, we investigate the performance of the proposed adaptive system for reliable data transmission. We develop modulation and power adaptive schemes for maximizing the mutual information. The proposed adaptive system is compared with non-adaptive system, which gives 2.75 dB gain for the joint power and 0.75 dB gain for the separate power constraint.  相似文献

Inter-chip wireless interconnect technologies such as inductive coupling and electromagnetic wave propagation have been developed for future high performance system in package at low cost. Inductive coupling is used for near field transmission whose distance is shorter than 100 μm as local wireless interconnects. Antennas are used for far field transmission between chips whose distance is longer than 1 cm as global wireless interconnects. A single-chip Gaussian monocycle pulse (GMP) transmitter using complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology with an on-chip integrated antenna was developed for inter-chip ultra wideband (UWB) communication.  相似文献

The growing demand for broad-band wireless communication links and the lack of wide frequency bands within the conventional spectrum, causes us to seek bandwidth in the higher microwave and millimeter-wave spectrum at extremely high frequencies (EHF) above 30 GHz. One of the principal challenges in realizing modern wireless communication links in the EHF band are phenomena occuring during electromagnetic wave propagation through the atmosphere. A space-frequency approach for analyzing wireless communication channels operating in the EHF band is presented. Propagation of the electromagnetic radiation is studied in the frequency domain, enabling consideration of ultrawide-band modulated signals. The theory is employed for the analysis of a communication channel operating at EHF which utilizes pulse amplitude modulated signals. The atmospheric absorptive and dispersive effects on pulse propagation delay, pulse width and distortion are discussed. The theory and model are demonstrated in a study of ultrashort-pulse transmission at 60 GHz.  相似文献

菲涅尔区多点聚焦已成为一种应用广泛的电磁能量聚合方法。然而,多点聚焦的能量传输效率受无线环境特别是非视距(Non-Line of Sight,NLOS)环境的影响较大。针对该问题,首先研究了可编程超表面的功能模型,在此基础上,提出一种基于可编程超表面的菲涅尔区全息多点聚焦方法;然后,针对该方法中的超表面结构单元、可编程超表面及其聚焦和准直特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在相同的NLOS环境下,不采用可编程超表面的方法传输效率不高于5%;而所提方法允许针对不同无线设备以最适宜的方式进行电磁传播规律的编程定制,最高具有近60%的传播效率。因此,所提方法能够有效突破NLOS环境的限制,大大提高菲涅尔区多点聚焦的传输效率,有望应用在医疗超声、光学成像、无线能量传输、新一代移动通信等多个领域。  相似文献

通过对南海电磁频谱占用度进行分析,提出了空白电视频段下南海海岛无线宽带网络超远距离覆盖的解决方案,在该方案下设计了一种基于空频谱的海面信道模型。该信道模型以Irregular Terrain Methodology(ITM)模型为基础,通过模型参数修订,加入双径传播效应,使其符合南海海域无线电波传输特征。通过仿真实验,证明了该海面信道模型能够准确反映出空白电视频段无线电波海面传输损耗,为空白电视频段下南海海岛无线宽带网络超远距离覆盖方案提供理论依据。  相似文献

以上海市各区不同泳池为样本水源,使用微波谐振腔法获得样本的品质因数和电导率参数,建立了微波信号在泳池中传播的路径损耗模型,并评估了水下无线传输距离,选定水下无线通信实验的频率。设计加工了微波发射前端天线及相关电路模块并用于水下测试。实验综合运用了微波理论、天线技术、电磁场仿真设计、微波器件加工与测量等电磁场与微波技术专业知识,具有较强的工程应用价值。  相似文献

Technological improvements in free space optical communication systems have reduced the cost and alternatives to fiber optic transmission. The advantages of the free space optical link over fiber optic cabling are primarily economic. In line with the demand for gigabyte link from 10 Mbit/s to 10 Gbit/s in the market, the uses of free space optical communication systems have increased exponentially from 1995 to 2008. However, free space optics is subject to atmospheric effects such as attenuation and scintillation which can reduce link availability and may introduce errors not seen in fiber transmission. In this paper we argue that optical wireless communication is an alternative to fiber optic transmission in short and medium range wireless communications and we discuss that the liability and availability of the free space optical link is mainly determined by the local atmospheric condition, this is to say that the transmission quality may be affected by weather conditions. For the evaluation we constructed an experimental communication network with a free space system. One way to characterize the strength of the turbulence fluctuation is by examining the Rytov variance for a plane wave. This Rytov variance physically represents the intensity fluctuation induced by atmospheric turbulence.  相似文献

频谱资源紧缺已成为无线通信技术发展的瓶颈.本文通过控制阵元间馈电相位差将轨道角动量(orbit-al angular momentum)技术应用于阵列天线中,利用L型探针馈电微带贴片天线沿圆周等距排列设计出一种工作频段在1.35GHz~1.86GHz,相对带宽达到31.8%的8阵元涡旋电磁波宽频微带天线.仿真实验表明,该天线可以产生具有多模态轨道角动量的涡旋电磁波,当用于移动通信系统的发射端,它能够实现在同一时间、同一频率下的多路信号传输,提高了系统的容量和传输速率.  相似文献

蓝牙是一种短距离无线通信技术,用于代替数字设备和计算机外设间的电统连接以及实现数字设备间的无线网络。在通信、网络、芯片、软件等,甚至消费类电器和汽车制造等方面得到了广泛的应用。但是在工业控制领域的应用还非常有限。研究如何将蓝牙技术应用于数控系统是非常有实用价值的,为实现控制方式的多样性提供了一种新的思路。本文详细阐速了蓝牙无线技术在实时数据传输系统中的应用,对蓝牙的特点及关键技术进行了理论的研究。并且最终实现了与控制系统间的无线实时数据传输。实验结果表明蓝牙无线传输系统能够正确、稳定地实现与数控机床的无线数据传输,而不会对机床运行产生任何干扰。  相似文献

在高速铁路建设中,采用的电力拖车、路堑、站台、桥梁、明洞等特殊、形状不规则的建筑物,会对电磁波传播机理和多通路产生一定的影响,使其呈现出明显的衰减特性。从空间上看,呈现出强烈的空间异同性和频度相关,从而导致经验模型无法准确表征铁路场景的电波传播特性,成为制约无线网络规划精确度与效率、限制铁路移动通信系统高质量发展的理论瓶颈之一。针对这一挑战性难题,本文开展了基于多源异构数据融合的铁路移动通信高精确度网络规划及优化系统研究。采用高性能射线跟踪(RT)技术针对铁路通信930 MHz频段下的高铁场景进行了网络优化仿真。仿真结果表明,90%的接收信号强度相较于优化前提高了13.9 dB,显著提升了铁路复杂场景中的无线网络质量。  相似文献
