设计了一种基于氮化铝(AIN)兰姆波谐振器和超表面的谐振式热红外探测器,基于超表面结构的吸收器用于对特定波长红外辐射的吸收,再利用AIN兰姆波谐振器的温度频率效应检测红外辐射。首先,对兰姆波谐振器的电极周期、电极宽度、AIN薄膜厚度和支撑轴尺寸进行优化设计,设计了电极周期分别为12 μm和1.2 μm的谐振器结构,其工作频率分别为365 MHz和2544 MHz。其次,设计了方形结构超表面的等离子体吸收器,并研究分析其红外吸收机理及结构尺寸对吸收性能的影响规律。通过集成超表面红外吸收器并调节吸收结构尺寸,实现可调谐、近100%的双带吸收性能,在3~5 μm和8~12 μm处的吸收率均超过99.5%,谐振式热红外探测器的响应时间低于0.8 ms、热噪声等效功率低于10e-11 Hz/μW。 相似文献

在微热板(MHP)的应用过程中,其本身的热特性是影响器件性能的重要因素之一,同时加热电极和衬底之间的气体间隙传热是影响MHP热特性的一个关键因素.采用标准CMOS工艺和简单的post-CMOS工艺,设计制作了一种具有550 nm空气间隙的MHP,在热稳态下利用MHP的自加热效应测得了空气间隙的传热热导,结果表明:截面积为35 μm ×35 μm、厚550 nm的空气间隙的热导为6.74 ×10-5W/K,MHP的整体热导为7.51 ×10-5W/K,可见在MHP热耗散中,空气间隙传热占主导地位. 相似文献

基于离子敏感场效应晶体管(ISFET)基本结构及其电学特性,提出了一种应用标准CMOS工艺实现的多层浮栅结构pH-ISFET.利用CMOS标准工艺中LPCVD淀积的Si3N4钝化层作为氢离子敏感层,pad工艺形成微区域独立传感窗口.片上集成100 μm×100 μm电极提供参考电位,消除了外加参考电位引起的溶液电压分布不均的现象.缓冲液从pH值1-13范围内对ISFET进行了测量,器件阈值电压随溶液pH值变化的平均灵敏度为44 mV/pH,线性度在10%范围内.本结构可用于生物微环境pH值集成传感芯片设计中. 相似文献

The inner silicon detector of the Compact Muon Solenoid experiment (CMS) at CERN?s LHC consists of 16 588 modules. Charged-particle tracks in the detector are used to improve the accuracy to which the position and orientation of the modules are known. This contribution focuses on the Millepede-II algorithm, one of the two alignment algorithms used by CMS. Recently an advanced track model has been introduced into the CMS alignment procedure, which is based on the “Broken Lines” model and is able to take multiple Coulomb scattering in the detector material properly into account. We show the unique approach needed for solving the alignment problem in a reasonable amount of time. Emphasis is given to the mathematical treatment of the problem. 相似文献

红外探测技术具有不受环境等因素干扰的优势,在红外制导、预警等军事领域的应用日益广泛。随着对红外弱小目标检测技术的研究越来越深入,相应的检测方法越来越多样。本文通过对红外弱小目标图像中目标与背景的特性以及红外弱小目标检测技术难点问题进行分析,根据当前是否利用帧间相关信息,分别从基于单帧红外图像和基于红外序列两个角度,选取了相应的红外弱小目标算法进行对比,对其中典型算法的原理、流程以及特点等进行了详细综述,并对每类检测算法的性能进行了比较。针对红外弱小目标图像信噪比低的特点,对红外弱小目标检测算法的难点问题进行分析,给出了目前各种算法的解决方法和不足,探讨红外弱小目标检测算法的发展方向,即研究计算量小、性能优、鲁棒性强、实时性好和便于硬件实现的算法。 相似文献

This paper presents the development of micromachined thin-film silicon microbolometers which can be used for detection of soft X-ray, UV, visible and infrared radiation. The detector structure is a 1 μm thick polysilicon/Si3N4 membrane suspended over a cavity. This structure has been obtained by anisotropic etching of silicon with a previously deposited polysilicon/Si3N4 sandwich. Alternatively, porous silicon has been used as the sacrificial layer. Devices have been characterized. Good values of the voltage responsivity and detectivity have been obtained. 相似文献

This paper presents a software environment to automatically configure and run online triggering and dataflow farms for the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). It provides support for a broad set of users, with distinct knowledge about the online triggering system, ranging from casual testers to final system deployers. The development of deep-sea detectors has significantly enhanced the potential for tsunami detection, particularly in the Pacific region. The detectors work in combination with satellite communication technology and surface communication buoys to provide an efficient and effective warning technology. The objective of this study is to identify the optimal distribution of a limited number of detectors, given that a maximum of six potential buoy sites has already been determined. Two objective functions are developed, one for a Pacific-wide warning potential, and the second a more specific USA warning potential. The resulting non-linear 0-1 integer-programming problems are readily solved using enumeration techniques.
The results conclude that three detectors in the Tsunami Warning System can achieve the maximum warning potential for both the Pacific region and the USA. 相似文献

A specialized photodetector structure for optical edge detection and its CMOS-compatible realization are presented. It can detect a single edge with a relative motion to the detector. Because of point symmetry, the edge may be detected regardless of its orientation. Influences of contrast and brightness variations at an edge can be eliminated by subtracting the photocurrents of two photodiodes arranged in a circle/ring structure. 多语义概念学习是视频检索的重要支持技术。针对此问题提出了基于概念对关系的视频多语义概念学习方法。首先分析大规模语义概念之间存在的概念对关系类型,并根据TRECVID2005标注数据以及Columbia374数据对其进行定量分析;然后利用概念对关系进行基于上下文关系语义概念探测器的相关概念选择,并根据探测器可靠性对相关概念赋予权重,最后根据视觉相似性和单语义概念探测器进行融合。实验证明,该方法能够取得较好的语义概念探测性能。 相似文献
