对无抑制剂取向硅钢不同压下率下初次再结晶退火后的显微组织、宏观织构和微观织构进行了研究.结果表明,冷轧板织构主要为α取向线{001}<110>、{112}<110>和{111}<110>织构以及γ取向线{111}<110>织构.初次再结晶退火后,α取向线织构减弱,织构主要为γ取向线{111}<112>织构.随冷轧压下率的增加,冷轧和初次再结晶织构强度增加.当压下率为88%时,初次再结晶退火后 Goss 织构和{111}<112>织构强度最高,最有利于发生二次再结晶.EBSD 分析显示,Goss 取向晶粒大多与{111}<112>取向晶粒相邻.提高冷轧压下率,Goss取向晶粒和{111}<112>取向晶粒都增加,Goss 取向晶粒偏离理想取向角度减少.  相似文献

通过对比中温含铜取向硅钢与普通取向硅钢和高磁感取向硅钢的组织和织构特征,分析中温含铜取向硅钢独特的织构演变规律及其对二次再结晶行为的影响.结果表明,为了获得有利于高斯晶粒长大的强γ取向线织构,中温含铜钢需经过回复退火处理和高温退火阶段慢速升温.回复过程中γ取向线晶粒储能降低,同时慢速升温有利于γ取向线晶粒的形核和再结晶.中温含铜钢的二次再结晶开始温度超过1000℃,由于初次再结晶晶粒组织以γ织构为主且非γ取向线晶粒较少,导致最终二次晶粒尺寸超大且晶界圆滑,二次再结晶机理以择优长大为主导,超大的二次晶粒尺寸导致最终成品的铁损升高,但通过激光刻痕处理后,整体铁损的降低效果比二次晶粒较小的高磁感取向硅钢更加显著.   相似文献

采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)工艺试制的高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢)组织、织构的演变特征.研究发现实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧工艺试制的Hi-B钢热轧板显微组织及织构在厚度方向上存在不均匀性.常化板表面脱碳层铁素体晶粒明显粗化,常化板织构基本继承了热轧板相应的织构类型,仅织构强度不同.一次大压下率冷轧后,晶粒及其晶界沿轧向被拉长形成鲜明的纤维组织,织构主要为α纤维织构和γ纤维织构,脱碳退火后试样发生回复和再结晶现象并形成初次晶粒组织,脱碳退火后织构分布较为集中.温度升高至1000℃时二次再结晶开始,1010℃时钢中晶粒发生异常长大,高斯织构强度达到61.779.成品磁感为1.915 T,铁损为1.067 W·kg-1.   相似文献

试验研究了取向硅钢(/%:0.046C,3.07Si,0.09Mn,0.029P,0.004S,0.005 Al,0.001Ti,0.001 40,0.009 6N)2.66 mm热轧板1 100℃2 min空冷10 s至960℃3min空冷常化后,经一次冷轧,中间退火,二次冷轧0.3 mm板,820℃5 min空冷初次再结晶退火,并经1 050℃空冷二次再结晶退火后的组织、织构和磁性能。通过对比常化和无常化样品的初次再结晶退火后试样以及二次再结晶退火后试样的组织和性能,得出常化工艺对退火过程的影响。结果表明,热轧板常化处理可以降低冷轧板初次退火后的初次再结晶晶粒尺寸,使∑9晶界和大角度晶界百分含量增加,高斯取向晶粒含量增加,还可以使二次再结晶晶粒增大,提高磁感应强度、降低铁损。  相似文献

  二次再结晶的发生会显著改变电工钢带材的组织和织构,进而影响其磁性能。以柱状晶组织高硅电工钢冷轧带材为研究对象,研究了不同退火方法对试样组织和织构的影响,明确了二次再结晶的发生条件、形成机理和控制方法。研究结果表明,柱状晶组织高硅电工钢冷轧试样发生二次再结晶的温度区间为850~1 000 ℃,在900 ℃退火可获得最大的晶粒尺寸。二次再结晶的形成是由于初次再结晶后试样的组织形成了织构抑制作用,小角度晶界抑制晶粒正常长大,大角度高能晶界迁移率高,具有大角度晶界的晶粒以取向长大方式发生二次再结晶。当退火温度高于1 000 ℃时,升温和冷却速率大于5 ℃/min可以有效抑制二次再结晶的发生。  相似文献

采用OM、EBSD、XRD分析研究了含Cu低温加热取向硅钢组织、织构的演变特征,研究结果表明:热轧板中存在铁素体层和珠光体层彼此交替的带状组织,且显微组织在厚度方向上分布不均匀,热轧板中{001}〈110〉、{112}〈110〉织构以及{110}〈001〉织构在板厚方向上分布不均匀;经过冷轧后,铁素体晶粒被严重拉长,形成了沿轧向伸长的纤维状组织,冷轧板织构类型主要是α织构和γ织构;脱碳时基体发生回复再结晶,显微组织为单一的铁素体等轴晶粒,织构主要为γ织构;二次冷轧板经渗氮后织构仅从强度上有所降低,其织构类型变化不明显。成品二次再结晶组织发展比较完善,晶粒尺寸约为10~20 mm。织构类型为锋锐的Goss织构。成品磁感B800达到了1.926 T,铁损P1.7/50为1.047 W/kg。  相似文献

借助电子背散射衍射(EBSD)及ZEISS-200MAT金相显微镜对某钢厂普通取向硅钢(CGO)进行研究,研究结果表明:热轧板组织、织构沿板厚方向存在明显的不均匀性,在热轧板表层及次表层发生再结晶,同时存在强度较高的Goss织构,中心层存在较强的{001}110变形织构。冷轧组织均呈纤维状条带组织,一次冷轧后,热轧板中的Goss织构消失,织构主要为α、γ织构,经中间脱碳退火后,α、γ织构强度减弱,并出现一定强度的Goss织构和利于Goss织构发展的{554}225、{332}113等织构,经二次冷轧后,二次冷轧织构类型与一次冷轧织构一致,但织构强度不同。  相似文献

通过检测取向硅钢27Q110一次冷轧板再结晶温度退火试验后的硬度及显微组织,确定取向硅钢脱碳退火(初次再结晶)阶段最佳退火温度为850℃。对冷轧硅钢厂取向硅钢27Q110脱碳退火后显微组织和织构进行检测和分析。结果表明,取向硅钢27Q110脱碳最佳退火温度为850℃,且主要织构γ在{111}<112>处最强  相似文献

 采用X射线衍射技术和光学显微分析等方法,研究了同步和异步冷轧方式对SUS430铁素体不锈钢微观组织、织构演变以及力学和成形性能的影响。结果表明,与同步冷轧相比,由于异步轧制剪切变形的引入,可使异步冷轧板材的平均晶粒尺寸减小。在同步冷轧过程中,其二次冷轧再结晶织构为完整的γ纤维织构,导致铁素体不锈钢的最终性能优于同步一次冷轧;而在异步冷轧过程中,异步一次冷轧再结晶织构为强点{111}<[1][1]2>的γ纤维织构,异步二次冷轧再结晶织构属于随机取向织构,其结果是异步一次冷轧板材的性能优于异步二次冷轧。综合分析表明,与异步二次冷轧方式相比,同步二次冷轧方式有利于铁素体不锈钢性能的提高。  相似文献

The origin of the γ fiber recrystallization texture in interstitial-free (IF) steel developed during continuous annealing has been investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and orientation imaging microscopy (OIM). Nucleation of {111} «uvw» oriented crystals occurs in deformation banded γ grains and therefore a comprehensive study of microstructure of cold-rolled IF steel in the sections perpendicular to the rolling and transverse directions (TDs) and the rolling plane (RP) has been carried out to understand the formation, geometry, and microstructural features of recrystallization. The RP section gave abundant evidence of orientation gradients formed in γ oriented grains that had been subject to orientation splitting to give deformation bands. These orientation gradients across a single grain are around 5 to 30 deg and this orientation difference is sufficient to form nuclei with mobile interfaces during annealing and hence to create chains of γ oriented new grains in the original hot band γ grain envelopes. A grain impingement model requiring orientation pinning is then proposed to explain how these grains, contained in deformed γ grain envelopes, grow out into their neighbors to dominate the final recrystallization texture of IF steel. The α deformed grains contain only small lattice curvatures, and therefore in-grain nucleation is rare. These grains are mostly consumed by invading γ grains toward the end of the recrystallization process.  相似文献

 采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪对CSP(Compact Strip Production)稀土板热轧、冷轧及退火3个阶段的组织和织构进行了检测和分析,并结合文献讨论了稀土板组织织构的演变规律。结果表明:稀土冷轧板以{223}<110>、{001}<110>、{112}<110>为主要织构,退火后形成了以{223}<110>和{111}<110>为主的再结晶织构,织构密度均达8. 5以上,{223}<110>和{111}<110>取向差为10°。稀土板开始再结晶需要的温度较高,并且再结晶完成需要的时间较长。再结晶初期织构变化比后期小。试验稀土板退火后{111}/{001}值极大,{111}<011>织构与{111}<211>织构密度差约为6。  相似文献

The effect of hot band annealing processes,namely simulating batch annealing and continuous annealing,on microstructure,texture,grain boundary character and r-value of ferritic stainless steel was investigated.The hot band displayed a highly elongated ribbon-like structure and a pronounced deformation texture.The fully recrystallized grains were observed after continuous annealing while the "typical" hot rolled structure was remained after batch annealing.Also,the α-fibre texture formed during hot rolling almost disappeared after continuous annealing and a weak γ-fibre texture was obtained.By contract,the α-fibre texture remained very stable after batch annealing.After cold rolling and recrystallization annealing,the favorable γ-fibre texture was achieved in the continuous annealed steel.Instead of forming the γ-fibre texture,the recrystallization texture was notably shifted toward {223}582 in the batch annealed steel.Finally,the improvement in drawability with high r-value and low Δr-value were also displayed in sheet through the initial continuous annealing process.  相似文献

For the first time, hot direct rolling was applied in ferrite region in the mill and the resulting quality of the cold rolled and annealed sheet steel was as good as that hot direct rolled in austenite region with respect to microstructure and mechanical properties. In case of ferrite phase rolling, microstructure of the hot strip reveals abnormal grains and deformation bands in the grains, and elongation and r value are not so good as those rolled in the austenite phase. However, these abnormal grains left no traces and appeared to be equiaxed grains like the austenite phase rolled microstructure after 75 % cold rolling and continuous annealing at 830°C. This is attributed to the deformation bands which provide nucleation sites for recrystallization during annealing so that recrystallization occurs uniformly in the matrix. The microstructure and texture of commercial purity aluminum (AA1050) have been investigated after cold rolling to von Mises strains of 3.6 to 6.4 followed by recovery and recrystallization during annealing. The evolution of structural parameters of the deformed microstructure, such as boundary spacing and fraction of high-angle boundaries (HABs), did not reach saturation in the given strain range. Recovery was accompanied by structural coarsening and by a decrease in the fraction of HABs. The coarsening rate increased with increasing strain prior to annealing. Recrystallization nuclei were found to form both in deformation zones around coarse particles and in recovered lamellar structures. The process of recrystallization in the present material can thus be characterized as discontinuous recrystallization. In recrystallized conditions, the average grain size was related to the grain orientation: the mean size of grains having orientations of the rolling texture was smaller than the size of grains with other orientations. The orientation dependence of the recrystallized grain size was more pronounced in the samples rolled to ultrahigh strains.  相似文献
