To enhance the color yield and improve the soft handle, hemp fabrics were treated with chitosan of molecular weight 4200 and degree of deacetylation 0.90, and then dyed using Remazol Brillant Blue R with mixed epoxy‐modified silicone oil in different volume ratios. The structural changes in hemp fibers were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope, FTIR, TG, DSC, and XRD. The properties of tensile, bending, dyeing, and color fastness for hemp fabric were also studied. The results showed that when compared with the untreated hemp fiber, the thermal performance of chitosan/silicone oil‐modified hemp fiber changed and the percent residual weight increased in the range of temperature 25–550°C. The crystal grain size decreased and the degree of crystallization increased. For chitosan/silicone oil‐treated hemp fabric, the flexural stiffness and tensile properties degraded. The maximum color yield (K/S value) was obtained when the volume ratio of dyeing liquor to silicone oil was 2 : 1. 采用天然高分子聚合物壳聚糖对含磷废水进行吸附处理,考察了壳聚糖前处理的方式、处理时间、pH值、壳聚糖用量等条件对吸附率的影响,得出壳聚糖前处理最佳pH值为2.0;处理的水样pH值为6.0—6.2时,吸附磷的效果最好;最佳处理时间为40—50min,吸附率达到74.14%,吸附量为0.342mg/g。动态解吸,回收率可达91.84%。壳聚糖还可以进行再生,再生利用率为94.34%,同时还探讨了该方法在实际中的具体应用。 相似文献

通过扫描电镜和原子力显微镜实验表明O,O–双十二酰化壳聚糖可形成一种新型的自组装纳米药用泡囊,其粒径主要分布在100~200nm。考察了3种不同酰化取代度的O,O–双十二酰化壳聚糖自组装泡囊的体外药物(维生素B12)释放行为。结果表明自组装泡囊的药物释放速率随酰化取代度的增大而降低。同时在自组装泡囊的制备过程中加入胆固醇,能引起自组装泡囊的药物释放速率增大。壳聚糖基材料的酰化取代度对自组装药用泡囊的载药量的影响较小,但对自组装药用泡囊的药物包封率有显著的影响。酰化取代度为1.3、1.4和1.7的三种O,O–双十二酰化壳聚糖自组装泡囊药物包封率分别为29.52%、31.55%和39.88%。 相似文献

Chitosan has been extensively exploited in biomaterials research because of easy tailorable properties. Chitosan fibers are produced through either wetspinning or electrospinning. However, it is difficult to produce few microns fibers using either of these techniques. Present study focuses on production of ultrafine chitosan fibers through modified wetspinning technique by injecting homogenous chitosan solution through a very fine hole of silicone tube into either sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH) bath by applying positive pressure. The gelation behavior of the chitosan was evaluated with STPP and NaOH solution through rheological study for comparative spinnability of chitosan in STPP and NaOH bath. Although gel strength of chitosan–NaOH system (240 Pa) was four times higher than that of chitosan–STPP system, gel breakdown rate was higher in previous case. From Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis, ionic cross‐linking between TPP and chitosan molecules in chitosan–TPP fibers was confirmed. Scanning electron micrographs showed fine chitosan fibers with average diameter of ~ 10 μm. These nonwoven fibers/scaffolds with interconnected porosity may find potential biomedical applications. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2011 相似文献
