JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构用钢腐蚀性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢进行室内加速腐蚀试验、电化学腐蚀试验、室外大气曝晒腐蚀试验及钢的表面锈层分析。试验表明:JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢板耐大气腐蚀性能达到CortenA钢的实物水平,是理想的耐大气腐蚀材料,各项技术指标均能满足塔桅钢结构的制作要求;它已应用于港口、电网建设等工程之中,有明显的社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

通过实验室加速腐蚀试验一周期浸润试验及盐雾试验,采用失重法测腐蚀率,SEM观察腐蚀产物的表面形貌和断面形貌,XRD测定腐蚀产物的物相组成,研究稀土对碳钢耐大气腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:稀土的加入可以提高碳钢大气耐蚀性能。  相似文献

本文设计了新型铸造Ni-Cu合金的化学成分,并通过多种腐蚀试验方法研究了该合金的均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀及点蚀行为。试验结果表明,铸造Ni-Cu合金具有良好的均匀腐蚀与局部腐蚀性能。此外,该合金还具有较好的综合机械性能与铸造性能。  相似文献

采用慢应变速率试验,辅以扫描电镜、金相观察等分析测试技术,研究了钛合金TA7在甲醇、盐酸一甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性。试验结果表明,钛合金TA7在甲醇中具有应力腐蚀敏感性。甲醇中加入盐酸,明显地提高了TA7的应力腐蚀敏感性。钛合金TA7在盐酸.甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀裂纹源自点蚀孔底部。  相似文献

本文研究了在浸泡、湿热和大气腐蚀试验条件下,Nd-Fe-B磁体的腐蚀行为以及腐蚀对磁体磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,Nd-Fe-B合金在氯化钠水溶液中有很强的腐蚀活性。湿热试验和大气腐蚀后的腐蚀产物层有一定的保护作用。Nd-Fe-B磁体腐蚀后剩余磁感应强度Br和最大磁能积(BH)max均降低,矫顽力的变化则与腐蚀介质有关。同时,讨论了Nd-Fe-B磁体腐蚀影响磁性能的作用机理。  相似文献

通过微观组织及力学性能分析、大气腐蚀失重速率计算、表面锈层形貌观察、锈层截面电子探针元素分析等方法,对添加Ni、Cr、Cu耐候元素的输电输电铁塔用Q355BNH耐候角钢在大气环境中的腐蚀行为进行了研究,并与普通碳钢进行了对比。研究表明,两种试验钢均为珠光体+铁素体组织,并且Q355BNH试验钢组织更加均匀规整;Q355BNH试验钢抗拉强度为559 MPa,屈服强度为443 MPa,断后伸长率为31.3%,断面收缩率为74.1%,性能略高于对比试验钢;添加耐候元素后,Q355BNH在大气环境中1~2月周期下的腐蚀速率要高于对比钢,之后腐蚀速率降低,元素分析表明Q355BNH试验钢能更快地形成Cr元素富集的致密性锈层,对基体的保护作用更好,之后周期内两种试验钢的腐蚀速率均趋于稳定;Q355BNH试验钢的锈层表面形貌中裂纹、孔洞的程度较轻,平整度与致密度更高,即锈层阻碍基体进一步被侵蚀的能力更强,具有更好的耐大气腐蚀能力;Q355BNH试验钢的锈层截面更加均匀,致密性更高。  相似文献
