"You", was a vessel to contain wine at the Chinese Bronze Age.
Both the cover and the belly of this "You" were decorated with patterns of snakes and frogs. The bronze vessels decorated with the similar patterns, displaying the strong regional features, were mostly excavated from the water-villages in the Yangtze River Basin of China.  相似文献

With the technology support of virtual reality and ANSYS software, an example on the simulation of temperature distribution of casting system during the solidification process was provided, which took the latent heat of phase change, the conditions for convection, and the interface heat transfer coefficient into consideration. The result of ANSYS was found to agree well with the test data. This research offers an unorthodox way or "reverse method" of defining the relevant thermal physical coefficient.  相似文献

In order to improve the strip quality of continuous roll-casting process (CRP) of aluminum alloy, the investigations of the flow behavior within the metal pool, the heat transfer condition between roll and strip, the pouring temperature of molten alloy, the roll-casting speed and the control of the position of solidification final point are important. The finite volume method was applied to the analysis of the continuous roll-casting process. A two-dimensional incompressible non-Newtonian fluid flow with heat transfer was considered, which was described by the continuity equation, the Navier-Stokes equation and the energy equation. With this mathematical model, the flow patterns, temperature fields and solid fraction distributions in the metal pool between two rolls were simulated. From the calculated results, the effects of technical parameters to the position of solidification final point are obtained. The simulated results show that the roll-casting speed and pouring temperature have an enormous effect on the temperature distribution and the position of solidification final point.  相似文献

This paper described the work of welding process design for the " West-East" pipeline project, which is high pressure, large diameter and heavy wall thickness. According to the different geographical situation, climate, culture and the flexibility of the welding methods, this work recommended the semi-automatic process at the east and middle sections and automatic process at the west section of the pipeline project. The manual process is recommended on the tie-in joints and repairs. The double joint pipe and the 3 joint pipe are recommended at the water net place and some in-ditch welding place to reduce the welding volume. Also the special redesigned bevels are recommended for the automatic process and the semiautomatic process. Through all destructive tests, the results shows the welds are meet the requirements of related standards, specifications and design documents.  相似文献

"Yeong Guan Cup"——the Fifth Casting Process Design Competition for Chinese University Students is held once each year. The event was organized by the Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and funded exclusively by the the Yeong Guan Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. This year, the preliminary evaluation for the 269 casting process design schemes received from the 47 universities or colleges began in on April 9, 2014, in the city of Hangzhou. The event lasted 3 days. The attendees of the meeting included the Competition's organizers, cast process researchers or engineers from foundry enterprises and the faculty advisors of colleges/the universities participating in the competition.  相似文献

对中文科技文献中,特别是标准中与“震”、“振”相关的术语进行了调查分析.以振动筛、震动筛、振实台、震实台为关键词进行了检索.通过对检索资料的分析发现,1980年前的科技文献中,采用以上用法的科技文献数量相当;1980年后,文献中使用振动筛和振实台文献的数量逐渐增多.文献中涉及机械振动方面设备的术语,科技人员更倾向于用“振”而不是“震”.作为通假字,某些时候两个字是可以互换的,从这个意义上说,不存在对错的问题,但作为科技术语,笔者认为,对以上两个字具体区分以使科技术语更为规范也是必要的.正如我们都使用“机械振动”,而不是“机械震动”;而在涉及地震、爆破的领域采用“震”也毫无疑义.对国家标准《铸造术语》中关于“震”的用法提出了质疑,笔者认为与机械振动有关的相关设备的术语中使用“振”,更为合理.科技文献检索的结果也与笔者的看法一致.  相似文献

城邦制是希腊人为适应生存环境而作出的制度创新,而城邦“母邦”与其分裂繁殖形成的城邦群之间的经济链关系,充分体现了城邦制度的多元化和多样性。从独立学院产生和成长的价值选择角度看,实现优质高等教育资源的不断扩大成为大学新的使命,同时也给自身带来教育经费的补充,如果把母体高校比作城邦的话,独立学院则具有了城邦群的实际意义了。正因为如此,独立学院要真正走上持续发展的道路,还必须在与母体高校合作中成为独立的民办机制实体,在市场竞争中处理好危机与发展等诸多现实问题。  相似文献
