汽车CAE技术对降低产品开发成本、缩短产品研发周期具有重要的意义,改变了汽车研发的传统模式,国外汽车CAE技术的应用已经十分成熟,几乎渗透到了汽车开发的各个环节.随着国内汽车自主研发能力的快速发展,汽车CAE技术作为整车开发中的核心技术之一,已经引起了主机厂足够的重视,掌握和利用好汽车CAE技术是缩短和赶超国外先进水平的关键.本文以CAE技术对汽车行业的重要作用为基础,阐述了CAE应用中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策和建议来促进汽车行业的可持续发展.  相似文献

近年来,市场对高压大流量隔膜泵的需求越来越大,曲轴作为隔膜泵的一个关键零件,也承受着越来越多的结构及质量的考验。本文分析了ANSYS软件二次开发技术在三拐曲轴CAE分析过程中的应用及意义。在实际分析过程中,通过二次开发得到的曲轴CAE分析专用模块,曲轴载荷的自动加载及接触单元的自动生成提高了CAE分析效率及准确性,该模块的开发也大大加快了实现三拐曲轴有限元程序参数化的步伐。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The increasing survival of patients with very large burns has driven an interest in innovative permanent wound closure techniques, one of which is the use of cultured autologous epithelium (CAE). To document our ability to achieve wound closure with CAE in patients with very large burns, we report our 19-month experience with this technology in five patients with burns of 90% or more of the body surface. DESIGN: A retrospective review. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Over a 19-month period five patients with burns in excess of 90% of the body surface had skin biopsies taken for epithelial culture. The clinical course of these five patients was reviewed in detail. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: These five patients had an average age of 11.5 years (range 7 months to 37 years), and an average total body surface area burn of 94% (range 90%-96%). Four of the five patients had inhalation injury. All wounds had vascularized allograft present at the time of CAE engraftment. Forty-five percent of the CAE was placed on vascularized allodermis and 55% on fascia (range on allodermis 20%-75%). Initial take of CAE was 51% (range 20%-80%). Delayed loss in percent of initial take averaged 60% (range 20%-100%). Delayed loss averaged 33% (range 20%-50%) when two patients who lost all of their CAE were excluded. Three patients had gram-negative bacteremia within 7 days of CAE placement, and two of these had 100% graft loss. Definitive closure rates with CAE averaged 7.5% (range 0%-15%) of the body surface, increasing to 12.5% (range 11.2%-15%) when two patients who lost all of their CAE are excluded. CONCLUSIONS: The initial enthusiasm for CAE has been tempered by demonstrations of low-initial engraftment rates, graft fragility, delayed graft loss, and cost. Such liabilities become more tolerable as usable donor site decreases below 5% to 10% of the body surface. CAE can materially contribute to wound closure in patients with very extensive burns, but gram-negative sepsis is associated with complete graft loss.  相似文献

针对三段式步进梁式加热炉,基于Visual Basic开发环境下的参数化设计技术,介绍了三维CAD软件Solid Edge和CAE软件Fluent的集成方法,并使用Scheme语言配置Fluent参数文件完成了炉内温度场的数值模拟。该方法通过关联炉体装配模型尺寸生成炉体封闭模型;采用STEP标准模型作为CAD与CAE系统之间的数据传递手段;使用Dos环境下批处理文件对同类炉型实现自动化网格划分,建立了加热炉设计分析一体化平台,达到了提高设计分析效率的目的。  相似文献

Computer-aided engineering (CAE) technology is rapidly altering the design services delivery process. The implementation of this technology is affecting the management of design production as well as associated quality control activities. Many civil engineering managers do not recognize the organizational impact of this change. Among the numerous issues with which managers must deal in order to improve future company performance and maximize the benefit of CAE technology are: (1) the changing business environment; (2) the need to revise design production and quality control processes; (3) the identification of appropriate organizational structures; and (4) the effective management of human resources. Architect-engineering firms must develop a strategy to answer these questions if they are to remain competitive in the future. This paper suggests the basis for developing such a strategy.  相似文献

对现阶段轻量化材料在重型卡车上的应用现状进行了阐述,包括高强度钢、铝合金和镁合金。着重介绍了超高强度钢在重型卡车上的应用现状,开发新型的屈服强度为600 MPa~700 MPa的超高强钢是重型卡车用钢的研究热点。同时,利用CAE技术对结构减重的整体强度和刚度的变化进行对比分析,可让重型卡车制造商和用户更为直观的了解减重是不损失汽车安全性的,推进超高强度钢在重型卡车上的应用步伐。只有将CAE结构优化设计与新型材料开发有效的结合起来才能获得更好的减重结果,因此提高企业的自主创新能力,加大企业和高校及科研单位的合作力度是至关重要的。  相似文献

The levels of degradation of cefetamet pivoxil (CAT), cefuroxime axetil (CAE), and cefpodoxime proxetil (CPD) in 0.6 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) and human intestinal juice (pH 7.4) at 37 degreesC over 24 h were compared. Significant differences in the time courses of degradation and in the patterns of degradation products were observed. (i) The relative proportions of the Delta2- and Delta3-cephalosporins were roughly reversed in the two incubation media. In phosphate buffer, the major degradation product was the Delta2-cephalosporin (CAT = 61%; CAE = 74%; CPD = 85%), while in intestinal juice it was the Delta3-cephalosporin (CAT = 86%; CAE = 75%; CPD = 87%). (ii) Generally, the degradation of the prodrug esters progressed faster in intestinal juice than in phosphate buffer (e.g., for CAT the half-lives [t1/2s] were 0.78 and 4.3 h, respectively). (iii) The two diastereoisomers of CAE and CPD were degraded at different rates in intestinal juice (for the CAE diasteroisomers, t1/2s = 0.37 and 0.93 h; for the CPD diastereoisomers, t1/2s = 0.18 and 0.98 h) but were degraded at similar rates in phosphate buffer (for the CAE diastereoisomers, t1/2 = 1.6 h; for the CPD t1/2 diastereoisomers, = 2.2 h). It is concluded that (i) the Delta2 isomerization does not significantly affect the bioavailability of prodrug esters since enzymatic hydrolysis in the intestinal fluid proceeds mainly to the active Delta3-cephalosporin and (ii) the high degree of stereoselectivity of the enzymatic ester hydrolysis should make it possible to increase the bioavailabilities of certain prodrug esters (CAE, CPD) by using the more stable diasterioisomer.  相似文献

We compared the automated Paragon 2000 clinical capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) system with two manual methods, agarose electrophoresis (AGE) and cellulose acetate electrophoresis (CAE). Reference intervals in healthy adults were determined for each method. When compared with AGE and CAE, CZE gave substantially higher reference values for the alpha1-globulin fraction. With CZE, within-run precision for fraction quantitation was between 0.5% (albumin) and 4.1% (alpha1-globulin). Total precision was between 0.8% (albumin) and 5.3% (beta-globulin). Data obtained from CZE showed poor linear correlation with results obtained by AGE but good linear correlation with data from CAE. Analysis of serum from patients with inter alia inflammation, nephrotic syndrome, or polyclonal gammopathy showed that clinical information obtained by CZE is comparable with information obtained by AGE and CAE. We conclude that CZE offers a clinically reliable alternative to AGE and CAE and has the advantages of automation, higher precision, and faster turnaround time.  相似文献
