探讨了桃树叶中黄酮的提取方法,研究了溶剂浸提温度、时间、固液比、乙醇浓度,超声波或微波辅助等对桃叶中黄酮提取效果的影响。研究结果表明:溶剂浸提中,影响因素依次为:料液比乙醇浓度浸提温度水浴时间;超声波辅助提取中则为乙醇浓度料液比浸提温度超声时间;微波提取中则又为微波时间微波功率料液比乙醇浓度。用70%乙醇作为浸提溶剂,料液比1∶25,温度控制在30℃,1次浸提40 min,桃叶黄酮提取率1.81%;采用超声波辅助提取,料液比为1∶30,浸提温度控制在50℃,提取30 min,用70%乙醇提取桃叶黄酮,提取率最高达3.98%;使用微波辅助提取时,料液比1∶30,微波功率控制在200 W,用60%乙醇提取30 s,则黄酮提取率3.92%。由此可见,纯粹用溶剂提取,提取率较低,不到2%,采用超声波或微波辅助提取,可达近4.0%。 相似文献

Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid are the main active components in fruit of Ligustrum lucidum Ait, and possess anticancer, antimutagenic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and antiprotozoal activities. In this study, microwave-assisted extraction of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum was investigated with HPLC-photodiode array detection. Effects of several experimental parameters, such as type and concentration of extraction solvent, ratio of liquid to material, microwave power, extraction temperature and microwave time, on the extraction efficiencies of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum were evaluated. The influence of experimental parameters on the extraction efficiency of ursolic acid was more significant than that of oleanolic acid (p < 0.05). The optimal extraction conditions were 80% ethanol aqueous solution, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:15, and extraction for 30 min at 70 °C under microwave irradiation of 500 W. Under optimal conditions, the yields of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 4.4 ± 0.20 mg/g and 5.8 ± 0.15 mg/g, respectively. The results obtained are helpful for the full utilization of Ligustrum lucidum, which also indicated that microwave-assisted extraction is a very useful method for extraction of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from plant materials. 相似文献

采用回流、热浸提、微波提取等工艺提取荔枝核黄酮类化合物,采用正交实验考察了提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、微波功率、提取温度、料液比等因素对提取率的影响,优选出不同工艺的提取条件。回流提取工艺的优化条件是:50%乙醇溶液,提取温度80℃,提取时间1h,料液比1∶10,提取3次,总黄酮得率为6.76%。热浸提工艺的优化条件是:50%乙醇溶液,提取温度70℃,提取时间1.5h,料液比1∶12,提取2次,总黄酮得率达到6.37%。微波提取工艺的优化条件是:60%乙醇溶液,微波功率700W,提取时间2.5h,料液比1∶25,总黄酮得率达到6.86%。 相似文献

采用微波辅助提取法提取长春花中的长春碱,通过微波提取时间、乙醇体积分数、微波功率、固液质量体积比(g/mL)、浸泡时间5个因素对长春碱提取率的影响进行了正交实验,确定微波提取最佳工艺条件为A2B1C1D4E3,即提取时间2 m in、体积分数为80%的乙醇、微波功率为低火、固液质量体积比1∶20(g/mL)、浸泡时间为1 h。微波提取长春花叶片中长春碱的提取率为0.011 427%,是回流提取的1.24倍,是超声提取的1.16倍。结果表明:微波提取长春花中长春碱具有提取时间短、速度快、提取率高等特点。 相似文献

Statistical experimentical designs were applied to optimize microwave-assisted extraction of puerarin from Radix Puerariae. The most important factors affecting the extraction procedure were determined using a Plackett-Burman design. Results indicated that the concentration of ethanol, solvent-material ratio, extraction time, and microwave power were the main factors affecting the extraction yield. These factors were further optimized using a central composite design and response surface methodology. The optimal extraction parameters were ethanol concentration of 52.36%, microwave irradiation time of 60 s, microwave power of 184.8 W and solvent-material ratio of 25:1(mL/g). The average experimental puerarin yield under the optimum conditions was found to be 11.97 mg/g, which agreed with the predicted value of 11.8 mg/g. The proposed method shows high degree of reproducibility. 相似文献
