激光焊过程中包含了一系列复杂的物理、化学反应现象.为合理描述激光焊温度场,采用圆锥体热源模型,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对激光焊温度场进行计算模拟,得到相应的温度场分布及焊缝熔深、熔宽.计算结果表明,所用圆锥体热源模型能较好符合试验结果,有效反映实际激光焊过程.同时根据试验测得的焊缝形状,结合数值模拟,用反演方法给出了模型参数的计算公式.该公式可以实现一定焊接工艺条件下确定激光焊接圆锥体热源模型的参数,并方便进行激光焊温度场模拟和焊缝宽度的预测. 相似文献

CuZnSnSi合金钎料在钎焊钢工件中具有良好的综合性能.为进一步探究其合金性能,借助差示扫描分析(DSC)和热重分析(TG)技术,分别采用微分非等温法和积分非等温法分析了CuZnSnSi合金钎料相变过程的热分析动力学.结果表明,CuZnSnSi合金的相变温度范围为1150.5~1221.5 K,吸热峰温度为1174.46 K,在相变过程中没有化学反应,但出现升温段的吸热峰温度滞后于降温段的放热峰,说明了合金钎料在结晶过程需要一定的过冷度;非等温分析法计算得到合金钎料相变表观活化能为615.72 kJ/mol;由Arrhenius公式得出合金钎料相变速率常数k的变化规律为1.71×1027exp(-6.16×105/RT). 相似文献

利用熔池图像表面的明暗变化恢复熔池表面三维形态,分析熔高和熔宽等特征与焊接质量的关系.试验装置采用红外激光辅助光源和带有近红外窄带滤波组合系统的高速影像设备实时捕捉熔池动态图像,并根据统计学估计光源位置参数,采用基于单幅熔池灰度图像的明暗恢复形状技术(shape from shading,SFS)中的局部分析算法来恢复熔池三维表面形态,并通过中值滤波和三次样条插值对三维重建后熔池形状进行去噪和平滑处理.结果表明,所采用的方法能有效地恢复熔池表面信息,为大功率盘形激光焊接过程中根据熔池二维图像预测焊缝成形提供了一种方法. 相似文献

利用基于COMSOL Multiphysics的脉冲激光-气体钨极电弧(GTA)混合焊接新型双热源模型,分析了焊缝沿线选定点的温度分布,研究了激光脉冲参数和电弧电流对熔池形貌的影响。工艺参数对熔池深度的影响由大到小为:激光激励电流>电弧电流>激光脉冲宽度>激光脉冲频率;工艺参数对熔池宽度的影响由大到小为:电弧电流>激光脉冲宽度或激光激励电流>激光脉冲频率。在此基础上,构建了激光诱导电弧焊接镁合金熔池形貌数据库体系,通过复合热源参数的分级调控,以实现对熔池形貌的精准控制。利用T形焊接熔池来验证熔池形貌的调控效果,结果表明控形的准确度高至95.1%。 相似文献

A simulation technique for the welding process design to obtain the high reliability of nuclear fuel spacer grids is presented. A finite element model of pulsed laser welding for Zircaloy-4 plate is developed, which incorporates the phase transitions and the dynamic material properties with transient temperature. The effects of pulsed laser parameters on the pool shape and welding-induced distortion are analyzed by simulations and verified by experiments. The parametric study presents that the welding induced distortions are highly dependent on the geometry of the molten zone and the heat affected zone. 相似文献

摆动激光焊接方法中,激光束对于熔池的搅拌作用将导致熔池流动行为有异于传统激光焊接,因此为了从理论上阐述摆动激光焊接过程中熔池流动行为,构建了5A06铝合金摆动激光焊接过程热—流耦合模型.系统分析了圆摆激光焊接过程中,摆动幅度和摆动频率对熔池热流场的影响规律.结果表明,增加摆动幅度会降低熔池深宽比,从而提高焊接稳定性,同时熔池流动行为更加复杂,增大了熔池内部物质交换范围.摆动频率的增加会抑制熔池流动,使其更加规律,有利于气泡的排出从而降低气孔率. 相似文献

Summary This paper describes the effect of evaporation during laser welding, especially its effect on keyhole formation. In order to investigate the evaporation, a numerical model of evaporation at the molten pool surface of laser welding was developed. The effect of evaporation during laser welding was numerically analysed by the model and the numerical result compared with experiments. This paper may be summarised as follows:

It is made clear by the numerical results that the molten pool geometry in laser welding is markedly affected by the evaporation process.

Numerical results show that evaporation of the molten pool surface produces a recoil pressure and a keyhole is formed as a result.

X光对于焊件具有很强的穿透性,可以利用其观测和分析激光深熔焊过程焊件内部熔池形态以及匙孔能量传递效果,实现对焊接过程有效地实时监测.在大功率光纤激光焊接304不锈钢过程中,由于X光图像采集过程中的噪声干扰,导致熔池X光图像存在严重退化现象,清晰度不高,识别性较差.为此研究一种图像恢复和增强算法,对熔池X光退化图像进行恢复和增强处理,使其在处理后能够更好地被识别.以盲去卷积法试验估计出熔池X光图像退化的点扩散函数,并以此函数为参数对熔池X光图像进行维纳滤波恢复,再进行灰度变换以增强图像,进而对熔池动态特性进行分析.结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效改善激光焊过程熔池X光图像质量,突出熔池边缘轮廓特征. 相似文献
