1.引言 接地装置的优劣,直接关系到变电站的安全运行。各发电供电、用电企业,对接地装置的设计、安装十分重视。为此,山东电力集团公司印发了《2001年度供电系统反事故技术措施要求》的通知,明确提出了220kV接地网宜采用牺牲阳极法,保护阴极的新措施。应用实践证明,接地网采用阴极保护,是较为有效的反事故技术措施之一。 相似文献

高压变电站接地网腐蚀会增加高压输供电设备的跳闸风险,导致大面积停电。针对高压变电站接地网腐蚀与服役安全问题,对接地网材料选型、防腐蚀措施以及腐蚀诊断和无损监测技术进行了综述。介绍了目前我国接地网面临的腐蚀情况和存在的主要问题,讨论了影响输变电站接地网腐蚀的主要因素、腐蚀类型和防腐蚀措施,并对各种防腐蚀措施的优劣进行了对比分析。最后总结了目前接地网腐蚀常用的无损监检测方法,并对接地网防腐蚀对策和腐蚀状态的快速诊断技术提出了展望。 相似文献

一台HS-200BZ型实验室杯型砂轮自动磨样机砂轮转动正常,磨样机构水平移动也正常,但砂轮磨头始终不能上下移动。检查上下进给机械部分正常无卡阻,但是通电后步进电机始终不工作。在检查电控部分时发现,步进电机驱动器(MS-2HO-90M)无55V交流供电电源,但供电变压器本身输出55V电压正常,最后确认是保护部分UF11熔断器发生断路。在更换之后试运行,磨样机恢复正常。 相似文献

Lithium-ion battery technology is projected to be the leapfrog technology for the electrification of the drivetrain and to
provide stationary storage solutions to enable the effective use of renewable energy sources. The technology is already in
use for low-power applications such as consumer electronics and power tools. Extensive research and development has enhanced
the technology to a stage where it seems very likely that safe and reliable lithium-ion batteries will soon be on board hybrid
electric and electric vehicles and connected to solar cells and windmills. However, the safety of the technology is still
a concern, service life is not yet sufficient, and costs are too high. This paper summarizes the state of the art of lithium-ion
battery technology for nonexperts. It lists materials and processing for batteries and summarizes the costs associated with
them. This paper should foster an overall understanding of materials and processing and the need to overcome the remaining

Thermoelectric materials Mg2Si0.8Sn0.2 were sintered under three different conditions including no electricity sintering(NCS), low electricity sintering(LCS),and high electricity sintering(HCS). Thermoelectric performance and microstructure of three group samples were measured and compared. The results indicate that the application of electric current during the sintering process changes the microstructure and significantly increases the density of samples, and increases the electric conductivity and the power factor. The electric current activated/assisted sintering is an effective way to obtain thermoelectric materials with excellent performance. 相似文献

干线埋地管道均为强制电流+外防腐层联合保护方式,这就要求被保护管道有良好的绝缘性能。阀室内管道与电气之间采用绝缘卡套进行绝缘,放空管与阀室内管道间也存在绝缘接头。基于电气安全考虑,阀室电气设备均有接地,如果管道与接地网搭接或绝缘失效,将会造成阀室管道电位偏正,阴保处于欠保护状态。因此针对运行的阀室,做好绝缘排查,消除阴保电流流失,确保阀室埋地管道处于良好的阴极保护状态尤为重要。本文通过对某输油线某阀室阴保漏电进行原因排查并采用了固态去耦合器解决了阀室阴极保护漏电,对解决阀室阴极保护漏电提供了一种全新的思路和方法。 相似文献
