本文通过对用于麻石烟气脱硫装置的3#和2#耐酸胶泥的单因素对比试验的研究,得出2#胶泥耐酸度较好,因而防腐性能也较好。这不仅回收了固废,而且还具有可观的环境效益。  相似文献

由钢筋锈蚀导致的混凝土结构耐久性问题受到越来越多的关注,而氯离子是造成钢筋锈蚀的主要原因。采用ASTMC1202推荐的快速试验方法对比测定了氯离子在凝石混凝土和水泥混凝土中的渗透能力,结果表明:凝石混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能优于水泥混凝土,其机理在于凝石混凝土的孔结构优于水泥混凝土及凝石对氯离子较强的固化能力。  相似文献

研究了矿渣微粉对水泥砂浆的流动度、强度以及抗模拟酸雨侵蚀性能的影响。在试验条件下,随着矿渣微粉掺量的不断增加,砂浆的流动度得到改善,强度逐渐上升,而且各不同矿渣微粉掺量的砂浆试件在清水中养护的抗压强度值在后期有逐渐接近的趋势;不同掺量的矿渣微粉等量取代水泥,经pH值为4.0的模拟酸雨干湿交替循环腐蚀后的试件强度均高于同等条件下纯水泥砂浆试件的强度,即矿渣微粉对水泥砂浆试件在模拟酸雨条件下保持其强度不变的能力有改善作用。  相似文献

Atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the structure of metallic cements that are formed upon the interaction of Cu/Bi mechanocomposites with liquid gallium at room temperature. It has been established that the intermetallic compound CuGa2, which is the basic component of this metallic cement, is formed as tetragonal crystals 1–4 μm in size with a characteristic layeredspiral growth. The second phase—bismuth—is adsorbed at the growth steps in the form of disperse formations 70–250 nm in size; local bismuth accumulations of micron size are also observed. It is shown that in the metallic cement that is formed at room temperature regions of incompletely reacted Cu/Bi composite are retained.  相似文献

选用人工唾液、去离子水和乳酸3种不同pH值的浸泡液模拟人体口腔环境,将玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀和磷酸锌水门汀分别浸泡7 d.采取Paffenbarger重量法测定水门汀浸泡前后质量的改变,计算材料的溶解率.结果表明:玻璃离子水门汀在人工唾液、去离子水和乳酸溶液中的溶解率分别为:0.11%、0.14%、1.68%;聚羧酸锌水门汀为:0.48%、0.59%、2.80%;磷酸锌水门汀为:0.67%、1.01%、3.02%;3种水门汀溶解性大小为:玻璃离子水门汀<聚羧酸锌水门汀<磷酸锌水门汀.各浸泡液中,3种水门汀之间的溶解率有显著差异(P<0.05);玻璃离子水门汀在去离子水和人工唾液中的溶解率无显著差异(P>0.05),并保持较低的溶解率,其他2种水门汀在3种浸泡液中的溶解率都有显著差异(P<0.05);3种水门汀在乳酸溶液中的溶解率都明显高于其他2种浸泡液中的溶解率(P<0.05),而且磷酸锌水门汀的溶解率明显高于其他2种水门汀.3种水门汀在不同pH值下溶解性变化规律一致,浸泡液pH值对水门汀的溶解性具有明显的影响.  相似文献

The properties of calcium phosphate cement consisting of α-tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP)and tetracalcium phosphate(TTCP)have been investigated by using a cement liquid that contained citric acid with concentration of 0.05mol/L or higher.The relationship between the setting time of the system cement and the concentration of citric acid solution shows concave type curve.When solution concentration was 0.2mol/L,the setting time was 8min,which was the shortes.While the relationship between 24h compressive strength of the cement and the citric acid concentration shows convex type curve.When solution concentration was 0.2mol/L,the compressive strength was 39.0MPa,which was the highest.Afterwards.the microstructure of the hardening product was observed by SEM,the effect of citric acid on the exothermic rate of hydrate reaction was studied by microcalorimeter,and the crushed specimens were subjected to X-ray diffraction.The results verified that the low citric acid concentration can accelerate the hydrate reaction rate of the α-TCP/TTCP system.However,the high citric acid concentration inhibited hydroxyapatite formation and retarded the rate of hydrate reaction of the α-TCP/TTCP cement.  相似文献

Corrosion protection in pipelines by concrete linings Cast iron and steel pipes of various diameters may be protected against corrosion by internal linings of cement mortar. This lining results in addition in an improvement of the mechanical properties of the composit. Within 28 days the mortar cures to compressive strength between 700 to 1000 kg/cm2 and tensile flex strength exceeding 100 kg/cm2; even when the metal tube is damaged a high pressure resistance is maintained. Adhesion between lining and metal improves with time: green cement is rather porous, so that water may penetrate to the metal; calcium hydroxide from the cement and ferric hydrates formed on the metal surface are incorporated in the concrete so that good adhesion results. Sulfate-resistant special grades have shown to be resistant in waste water containing up to 3000 mg/l sulfate and having pH-values down to 4,5 for short times.  相似文献

Investigation of electrochemical element formation by crevices of different width in cement lined steel tubes The author describes an experimental setup for the investigation of the attack of water with aggressive carbonic acid on the cement lining of steel tubes. In equilibrium waters crevices in the cement are covered by protective layers; in aggressive waters, however, there is a critical crevice width (probably 2 mm), which must not be exceeded without the danger of corrosion. 研究了成分、热处理的淬火介质、淬火和回火工艺对低铬合金耐磨球墨铸铁的组织与性能的影响,结果表明,低铬合金耐磨球墨铸铁具有良好的显微组织和力学性能,尤其优良的耐磨性,其耐磨性是45#钢的3.5倍,而成本与45#钢相近。  相似文献
