High-quality pure-nickel microstructures, which are characterized with multiple superior machining indicators, including machining homogeneity, machining surface roughness, and machining round edge, are now highly anticipated in the field of micromachines and microsystems. However, according to the published studies, a gap remains in achieving high-quality machining. In this paper, wire electrochemical micromachining (WECMM) is proposed for machining high-quality pure-nickel microstructures focusing on different machining indicators. The appropriate electrolyte is selected by combining analysis of the electrochemical characteristics and machining experiments involving microslits of pure nickel. In contrast with previous studies that usually focused on the machining homogeneity or machining surface roughness of the machining results, the effects of several critical machining parameters on the machining homogeneity, machining surface roughness, and machining rounded edge are studied comprehensively, and the relative results for different machining indicators are also revealed. Finally, the combinations of process parameters for manufacturing high-quality pure-nickel microstructures focusing on different machining indicators are identified, and corresponding high-quality pure-nickel microstructures are fabricated. 相似文献

AbstractThe C/SiC ceramic matrix composites are widely used for high-value components in the nuclear, aerospace and aircraft industries. The cutting mechanism of machining C/SiC ceramic matrix composites is one of the most challenging problems in composites application. Therefore, the effects of machining parameters on the machinability of milling 2.5D C/SiC ceramic matrix composites is are investigated in this article. The related milling experiments has been carried out based on the C/SiC ceramic matrix composites fixed in two different machining directions. For two different machining directions, the influences of spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut on cutting forces and surface roughness are studied, and the chip formation mechanism is discussed further. It can be seen from the experiment results that the measured cutting forces of the machining direction B are greater than those of the in machining direction A under the same machining conditions. The machining parameters, which include spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut and machining direction, have an important influence on the cutting force and surface roughness. This research provides an important guidance for improving the machining efficiency, controlling and optimizing the machined surface quality of C/SiC ceramic matrix composites in the milling process. 相似文献

针对切削机械加工稳定性分析未考虑切削力信号和切削机械磨损之间的关系,导致切削机械加工稳定性较差的问题,提出一种基于大数据模糊 PID 控制的切削机械加工稳定性分析方法,对加工过程建模,同时通过历史切削机械加工数据组建切削力信号和磨损之间的映射关系。分析切削机械的加工性能,在构建数学模型的基础上,设计一种大数据模糊 PID 控制方法对切削机械加工稳定性实时控制,通过模糊控制规格对控制器参数实时调整,最终有效控制切削机械加工稳定性。仿真实验结果表明,在切削机械加工过程中,该方法可以有效控制切削机械加工稳定性。 相似文献

在研究虚拟现实技术,数控加工技术的基础上,开发出了一个真正的仿真虚拟加工环境,主要包括车间,机床,夹具等场景,该车间包括三坐标铣削加工中心等5台机床,机术实现了仿真加工能力,车间提供了用户漫游功能。同时该环境实现了对零件可加工性的评价,机床及刀具加工参数的合理性价,NC代码的验证等工作。阐述虚拟加工环境的建造模型,功能模型及关键技术,主要包括设备加工特征的建模,设备几何建模的描述,加工中心的运动学建模,虚拟加工环境仿真过程的数据流模型,加工过程的工件逐步成型算法等关键技术。 相似文献

The effect of tool surface irregularities on the machining rate of the hydrodynamic polishing process is examined in this study. It is proposed that the tool surface irregularities will affect the film thickness or shear stress distribution between the tool and the work surface. Accordingly, the machining rate of this process is affected. Based on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theorem and the machining mechanism of this process, the relationship between machining rate and tool surface topography is derived by the statistical analysis. It is shown that the machining rate has a linear relationship with the average variance of tool surface irregularities. The sensitivity of this relationship depends on the average film thickness. A large film thickness will result in a reduction of surface irregularities on machining rate. However, the randomness of machining rate due to the variation of tool surface topography cannot be effectively improved by increasing the film thickness. The experimental study shows that the qualitative and quantitative trends of machining rate verse tool surface irregularities can be well predicted by analytical analysis. 相似文献
