矩阵变换器是一种新型交鄄交式直接变换器,其具体电路的设计仍有很多值得商榷、研究的地方。着重介绍了矩阵式交鄄交变换器的一种实现方法,分析了其主电路构成和各部分的功能,论述了输入滤波电路、箝位电路、上电辅助电路等环节的设计原则及需要考虑的问题。实验结果验证了所述设计原则的正确性。文章最后给出了矩阵变换器在硬件电路设计方面的研究动向。 相似文献

讨论了矩阵式交-交变换器(MC)的主电路和控制系统。主电路采用反向串联的双向IGBT开关,用可编程逻辑元件实现切换,以保证安全换流。在输入相电流空间矢量调制和输出线电压空间矢量调制的基础上,根据开关函数的瞬时对应关系及其限定条件,综合出MC的PWM控制策略。最后,给出了仿真与实验波形。 相似文献

本装置是由1个监控终端2、个探测节点和耦合线圈构成的一套无线环境监测模拟装置。监控终端与探测节点各含1套无线收发电路,采用振幅键控ASK调制方式,收发共用一个5圈直径为5cm铜丝天线,实现了监控终端与探测节点之间的无线数据通信。信号发射端由载波产生电路、功放电路、耦合线圈匹配电路组成,信号接收端由检波电路、调理放大电路、整形电路、解码电路构成。本装置采用具有低功耗特性的MSP430单片机作为主控制器,实现了载波信号的产生、发射信号的调制与接收信号的解调,具有电路简单、低功耗、自动识别、通讯距离远、组网方便等特点。 相似文献

We demonstrate a new detection scheme for a microfabricated flow cytometer. The fluidic-photonic integrated circuits (FPICs) that perform flow cytometric detection possess new functionality, such as on-chip excitation, time-of-flight measurement, and above all, greatly enhanced fluorescence detection sensitivity. Using the architecture of space-division waveguide demultiplexer and the technique of cross-correlation analysis, we obtained high detection sensitivity with a simple light source and a detector, without high-power laser excitation and lock-in amplifier (or photomultiplier tube) detection. Besides improving cytometric detection, the technology of integrating microfluidic circuits with photonic circuits into the FPIC presents a new platform for sophisticated biomedical-sensing devices with significant cost, size, and performance advantages. 相似文献

Although most of the work done in fault tolerance is in the digital field, it is widely understood that error detection and correction capability in analog circuits has the same importance as in digital circuits. The technique proposed by Abhijit Chatterjee can realize concurrent single error detection and correction in linear analog circuits well. Based on his work, this paper addresses concurrent multiple error detection and correction in linear analog systems, which is known to be a difficult and unsolved problem. We prove that the concurrent error diagnosis scheme using continuous checksum can not be extended to the case of multiple errors under the assumption that the checker and the functional block will not fail simultaneously, though people are still attempting to make such an extension. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with determining simple CNN-paradigm-based circuits for solving specific binary image-processing problems. Single-layer CNN templates for performing specified shape extraction, extraction of shapes which contain a desired feature and modified feature detection are derived using a formulated design strategy. the concept of CNNs composed of modified cells is developed and circuits designed for realizing simultaneous detection of distinct features and for extracting horizontal line midpoints are presented. 相似文献

设计了一种基于无线传输的变压器局部放电在线监测方案,解决了传输电缆不便安装和维修的问题。在网络协议中采取了节能措施,使检测器能够持续工作7年以上;在检测器中增加了一些硬件电路,可对局部放电产生的超声波信号进行预处理,有效地排除了各种干扰,大大压缩了数据量,降低了系统造价。采用AD8307对数放大器对超声波信号进行放大,既保证了检测精度,又扩大了检测范围。测试结果表明,该检测装置的检测范围为30~10 000pC,相对误差小于±10%,满足设计要求。 相似文献

We introduce time‐mode circuits, a set of basic circuit building blocks for analog computation using a temporal step function representation for the inputs and outputs. These novel time‐mode circuits are low power, provide good noise performance and offer improved dynamic range. The design, IC implementation and detailed theoretical signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) analysis of a prototype time‐mode circuit—a weighted average computation circuit—are discussed. This new way of computation is studied with respect to existing conventional voltage‐mode and current‐mode circuits. Two possible applications of these time‐mode circuits are presented: an edge detection circuit for 16 pixels and a 3‐tap FIR filter that provides an SNR of 64 dB. 为实现对现场水体环境中重金属离子浓度的快速检测,设计了一种基于电化学分析法的便携式重金属离子浓度快速检测仪。以STM32单片机为核心处理器,设计了扫描电压产生电路、恒电位电路、微电流检测单元等外围电路。对检测仪核心硬件电路恒电位电路和微电流检测单元进行分析测试,结果表明,硬件电路运行良好,设备稳定可靠。以铋膜修饰的丝网印刷电极作为传感器,采用差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法对溶液中镉、铅离子进行标定实验,建立溶出伏安特性曲线。实验结果表明,系统采集到的溶出峰电流与重金属离子浓度具有良好的线性度,镉离子和铅离子线性相关系数分别达到0.994 5和0.997 8,且重复性良好。与原子吸收光谱法对比,相对误差最大为4.93%,表明检测仪较好的准确性。 相似文献

文中研究了电路故障检测中的测量点优选问题。提出了建立电路故障传播有向图模型的思想,并给出了具体方法,在此基础上构造了两种测点优化算法。通过一个典型的例子说明了这两种算法的有效性,最后将两种算法应用于某捷联惯导系统的电路故障检测中,取得了满意的效果。 相似文献
