C3CM是针对C3I在现代战争中的作用和地位而提出的新型战术策略,主导思想是用对抗敌C3I的措施去战胜敌人,克敌制胜,关于C3CM推荐这样的定义,C3CM是在充分的情报支持下,综合运用作战保密,军事欺骗,电子干扰和火力摧毁等手段削弱或破坏敌C3I系统的作战活动,为了在我国及早设计,研制和装备C3CM系统,勿需一切从头做起,可在现有技术成果基础上组建基本系统,以后再完善,扩充,重要的是运用系统工程原理和方法解决C3CM这种大综合系统必须着重解决的关键技术课题,如:C3CM系统方案模型,对C3I中心节点的侦察识别和定位,C3CM数据汇集情报关联分析。C3CM决策支持,C3CM通信控制技术,C3CM系统分析和作战效能评定,等等。  相似文献

在电路设计中,I2C总线是比较常用的两线式串行通信方式,大多数的CPU都擅长于并口操作,不具备直接操作I2C总线接口的能力。为了使不具备I2C总线接口能力的CPU通过对并口的简单操作实现对I2C总线接口的控制,在分析I2C总线常用工作模式的基础上,设计实现工作于主机模式的,以CPLD完成I2C总线开始信号、结束信号的输出,以及并行数据到I2C总线模式串行数据转换或I2C模式串行数据到并行数据转换的I2C接口模块。采用该模块,可以使不具备I2C总线接口的CPU通过并口方便地控制I2C总线设备,简化系统程序设计。  相似文献

Thedata presented here show that Ge- implanted GaAs has a complex amphoteric behavior which is controlled by the implantation dose, implantation temperature, and anneal temperature. Annealing was performed with rf plasma deposited Si3N4 as the encapsulant. Implantations at-100° C resulted in p-layers, while those performed at 100° C and above resulted in n-layers regardless of the dose and anneal temperature. Room temperature implants resulted in p- or n-layers depending on the combination of dose and anneal temperature. Electrical activation and carrier mobilities were low for anneal temperatures ≤ 850°C. Low temperature (6 K) photoluminescence indicated that a significant amount of residual damage remained after annealing. Atomic Ge distribution profiles, carrier con-centration profiles, and junction characteristics of Ge-implanted GaAs planar diodes are also presented. Symbolic dynamic filtering (SDF) has been recently reported in literature as a pattern recognition tool for early detection of anomalies (i.e., deviations from the nominal behavior) in complex dynamical systems. This paper presents a review of SDF and its performance evaluation relative to other classes of pattern recognition tools, such as Bayesian Filters and Artificial Neural Networks, from the perspectives of: (i) anomaly detection capability, (ii) decision making for failure mitigation and (iii) computational efficiency. The evaluation is based on analysis of time series data generated from a nonlinear active electronic system. Frequency stability analysis of on-orbit Navstar clocks is performed by the Naval Research Laboratory using both the broadcast and the precise post-processed ephemerides. The phase offset between the Navstar clock and the reference clock is computed from pseudorange measurements obtained by dual-frequency GPS receivers at the five GPS monitor sites and at the U.S. Naval Observatory precise-time site. The broadcast ephemerides are generated at the GPS master control station by a Kalman filter using data collected from the five GPS monitor stations. The precise post-processed ephemerides are generated by the Defense Mapping Agency (DMA) using data collected from the GPS monitor sites and from five additional DMA monitor sites. In this paper the frequency stability is estimated for two Navstar caesium clocks–a Block I caesium clock (Navstar 9) and a Block II caesium clock (Navstar 23)–using both the broadcast and the precise ephemerides. A significant improvement in the estimate of the frequency stability of the Block II clocks has been achieved using the precise ephemeris.  相似文献

Differential resistivity and Hall effect measurements and secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) are used to study the annealing behavior of Be-implanted GaAs0.6P0.4. Results similar to that previously reported for Be-implanted GaAs are observed, including outdiffusion of Be into the Si3N4 encapsulant during 900‡C annealing of high dose implants. Nearly all (85–100%) of the Be remaining after a 900‡C, 1/2 hr anneal is electrically active. However, the electrical activation at low annealing temperatures (600–700‡C) is much lower in GaAs0.6P0.4 than in GaAs. A substantial amount of diffusion is observed even for the low fluence Be implants in GaAs0.6P0.4 annealed at 900‡C, indicating a greater dependence of the diffusion on defect-related effects in the ternary. Research and development in underwater communications is expanding in the U.S. Navy. Although there is no single Navy program office whose primary aim is to develop underwater telemetry systems, the Office of Naval Research has made a significant investment in both theoretical and applied work over the past twenty years and currently funds multiple programs in acoustic communication. 美国军事航天地面测控系统采用为每种军事卫星系统配套专用测控系统的方式构建,形成"烟囱"式割裂的格局,造成资源和人力的极大浪费.空间威胁的日益严峻迫使美军进行地面系统的转型.美军提出构建"企业地面体系"(EGA),用通用的测控系统完成所有军事卫星的测控,通过云技术提高网络安全性,通过自动化和商业化减少操作人员,提高系统效率,降低运维成本,腾出更多人力完成有效载荷的部署与操控,以应对日益迫近的太空作战.虽然美军EGA的具体方案还未出台,但通过对其发展背景、总体设想、拟采用的关键技术及发展现状进行跟踪分析,总结了美军构建通用军事测控系统的总体设计思路及设计原则,对我国航天测控系统的发展提出了建议.  相似文献
