对纯硫酸锰溶液和含铵硫酸锰溶液在不同镁离子浓度及温度下的溶液密度、粘度、电导率进行了测定。结果表明:在同一温度下,2类溶液的密度和粘度都随镁离子浓度的增加而增大,而溶液电导率随镁离子浓度的增加而降低。在同一镁离子尝试下,2类溶液的密度和粘度都随温度的升高而降低,而电导率随温度的升高而增大。在相同温度和镁离子浓度下,含铵硫酸锰溶液的密度、粘度和电导率都比纯硫酸锰溶液大。 相似文献

通过锌电解试验研究了电流密度、锌离子浓度、硫酸浓度、阴阳极间距、电解液温度等对锌电解过程电流效率、槽电压和直流电耗的影响。研究表明,直流电耗随电流密度、阴阳极间距和硫酸浓度的增大而增加,随锌离子浓度的增大而减少;随着电解液温度的升高,直流电耗先减少后增加,在45℃左右达到最低。 相似文献

采用实际生产电解槽的1∶1 000规模,控制阴极电流密度450 A/m2,电积液温度37~40℃,电积液中的Zn2+浓度53~58 g/L,硫酸浓度170~180 g/L,连续电积48 h,研究了骨胶对长周期锌电积的直流电单耗、电流效率和阴极锌表面质量的影响。结果表明,吨锌骨胶加入量控制在0.1~0.3 kg,可以使48 h锌电积的槽电压保持在2.99~3.05 V,吨锌直流电单耗2 820~2 860 kW.h,而电流效率均高于90%,所产阴极锌表面光滑致密;吨锌骨胶加入量超过0.3 kg将使锌电积的直流电单耗显著升高、电流效率明显降低,且所产阴极锌表面粗糙、生长大量突瘤、颜色暗沉。 相似文献

控制试验溶液中Mn~(2+)浓度18.75g/L、(NH_4)_2SO_4浓度100g/L,研究Mg~(2+)浓度对硫酸锰电解液理化性质的影响。结果表明,随着Mg~(2+)浓度的增加,不同温度梯度下硫酸锰电解液的密度、电导率以及黏度均呈上升趋势,而表面张力逐渐下降。当Mg~(2+)浓度一定时,随着温度的升高,硫酸锰电解液的密度、黏度及表面张力呈下降趋势,而电导率逐渐增加。 相似文献

研究了ZnCl2/TMAC离子液体体系在铜电极上的阴极沉积过程,测量了体系的电导率,考察了电解质浓度、温度等工艺条件对镀层的影响。结果表明,阴极过程为准可逆过程;体系电导率随温度升高而升高;358 K,电压2.04 V,电沉积时间30 min,可得到致密镀层,颗粒大小接近3μm,电流效率达90%。 相似文献

为进一步优化电解制备Al-Cu-Y合金的热、动力学条件,对AlF3-(Li, Na)F-(Al2O3-Y2O3)熔盐体系的密度、黏度及电导率变化规律进行研究。分别采用阿基米德法、连续变化电导池常数法和旋转法测定AlF3-(Li, Na)F-(Al2O3-Y2O3)熔盐体系在温度为900~1 000 ℃范围内,n((Li, Na)F): n(AlF3)=2.5时的密度(ρ)、电导率(σ)、黏度(η)随温度和组分的变化规律,结果表明:在温度900~1 000 ℃范围内,AlF3-(Li, Na)F-(Al2O3-Y2O3)体系中Al2O3和Y2O3的含量一定,密度-温度、黏度-温度和电导率-温度之间均呈线性关系。在温度为950 ℃条件下,熔盐体系的密度随Al2O3含量的增加而线性减小,随Y2O3含量的增加而线性增加; 电导率随Y2O3或Al2O3含量的增加而线性减小; 体系的黏度则随Y2O3或Al2O3含量的增加而线性增加。 相似文献

研究了硅在SiCl4/TMAC-PC体系中的阴极沉积过程,分析了电解质体系的热稳定性和电导率,研究电流密度、温度等因素对沉积层表面形貌的影响。结果表明,SiCl4的加入使得TMAC-PC体系热稳定性增强,电解质的电导率随温度的升高而增大,在318K、c(SiCl4)=0.5mol/L、电流密度i=15A/m2、电沉积时间3h条件下得到的沉积层致密,呈球形颗粒状。 相似文献

A zinc dross was cast into anodes and electrorefined in an ammoniacal ammonium chloride electrolyte (NH3–NH4Cl) to produce high purity zinc. The influence of several factors, such as zinc concentration, current density and temperature, on cathodic current efficiency and power consumption were investigated. The results indicated that increasing Zn concentration increased the current efficiency, but, very high Zn concentrations affected the progress of the electrolysis of zinc dross. The power consumption can be decreased effectively by increasing the temperature of electrolyte. High current density adversely affected the quality of the cathodes and increased the power consumption. The morphology of cathodic zinc can be improved by increasing Zn concentration at an appropriate current density and its purity was very acceptable. All the experimental results obtained showed a technical feasibility of the NH3–NH4Cl system as an electrolyte system for electrorefining of zinc dross. 相似文献

The effect of Mg2+ on ATP-activated current in rat nodose ganglion neurons was investigated with the use of the whole cell patch-clamp technique. Mg2+ decreased the amplitude of ATP-activated current in a concentration-dependent manner over the concentration range of 0.25-8 mM, with a 50% inhibitory concentration value of 1.5 mM for current activated by 10 microM ATP. Mg2+ shifted the ATP concentration-response curve to the right in a parallel manner, increasing the 50% effective concentration value for ATP from 9.2 microM in the absence of added Mg2+ to 25 microM in the presence of 1 mM Mg2+. Mg2+ increased the deactivation rate of ATP-activated current without changing its activation rate. The observations are consistent with an action of Mg2+ to inhibit ATP-gated ion channel function by decreasing the affinity of the agonist binding site on these receptors. 相似文献
