一类非线性系统的广义预测控制研究 总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0
针对一类难以线性化的单输入单输出非线性离散系统,就其实际输出信号跟踪参考输出信号的控制问题,研究了它的广义预测控制律设计方法。在系统数学模型非线性项的系数多项式满足一定条件的情况下,通过适当的数学处理,使问题的本质归结为求解线性差分系统的一组Diophantine方程,从而解出了非线性系统广义预测控制律表达式中的各个系数多项式,并给出了广义预测控制律的具体解析形式。通过仿真实例验证了所提出设计方法的正确性和有效性。 相似文献

针对工业环境中的液位控制问题,设计了一种水箱液位控制系统装置,利用OPC技术将MATLAB和PLC控制系统进行集成,使用MATLAB/Simulink中的OPC工具箱及其他模块来进行液位控制系统的搭建,并采用多模型自适应预测控制方案实现了双容水箱液位的预测控制。根据双容水箱系统建立了机理模型,并通过MATLAB系统辨识工具箱对系统模型进行了参数辨识,得到双容水箱的输入输出模型,从而进行液位控制的模型预测控制研究。实际控制结果表明,多模型自适应预测控制与单模型预测控制相比,前者的响应加快,超调量减少,性能更优。 相似文献

本文将预测控制理论引入混沌系统的控制研究中,提出一种基于预测控制的混沌系统参数微调控制方法,通过对控制参数进行微调,将模型未知时的混沌运动稳定到系统的不稳定不动点处.与现有同类方法相比,本控制系统具有快得多的响应速度,需要较短的时间就能实现混沌系统的控制.本方法能够控制超混沌系统,算法简便,控制算法的收敛性和控制系统的稳定性能够保证,理论分析和仿真实验都表明了本方法的有效性. 相似文献

近年来,非线性规划算法在最优控制领域中正受到越来越多的关注。该文深人研究并实现了一种新的非线性规划算法——FSQP算法,该算法具有所有迭代点均处于可行域之内、收敛速度较快的特点。提出了一种基于FSQP算法的约束非线性系统最优控制方法。然后,运用该方法解决了带有约束的复杂非线性系统的多变量时间最优控制问题,并通过计算机仿真表明了该控制算法的可行性和良好的控制效果。 相似文献

By introducing information fusion techniques into a control field, a new theory of information fusion control (IFC) is proposed. Based on the theory of information fusion estimation, optimal control of nonlinear discrete control system is investigated. All information on control strategy, including ideal control strategy, expected object trajectory and dynamics of system, are regarded as measuring information of control strategy. Therefore, the problem of optimal control is transferred into the one of information fusion estimation. Firstly, the nonlinear information fusion estimation theorems are described. Secondly, an algorithm of nonlinear IFC theory is detailedly deduced. Finally, the simulation results of manipulator shift control are given, which show the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented algorithm. 相似文献

本文基于非线性离散Hammerstein模型,开发了一种非线性Hammerstein系统预测控制(Non-Linear Hammerstein Predic- tive Control,NLHPC)算法。遵循预测控制策略,该算法利用Hammerstein模型进行输出预测。理论分析结果表明,该算法不仅具有好的稳定性和鲁棒性,而且其自身具有积分作用。在一台工业PC机上实现了该NLHPC算法,并用于具有强非线性的酸碱中和过程实验装置pH值的控制。实验结果表明NLHPC有着比工业界常用的非线性PID控制(nonlinear PID,NL-PID)更好的控制性能。 相似文献

ABSTRACTIn this study, a sampled-data nonlinear model predictive control scheme is developed. The control algorithm uses a prediction horizon with variable length, a terminal constraint set, and a feedback controller defined on this set. Following a suboptimal solution strategy, a defined number of steps of an iterative optimisation routine improve the current input trajectory at each sampling point. The value of the objective function monotonically decreases and the state converges to a target set. A discrete-time formulation of the algorithm and a discrete-time design model ensure high computational efficiency and avoid an ad hoc quasi-continuous implementation. This design technique for a fast sampled-data nonlinear model predictive control algorithm is the main contribution of the paper. Based on a benchmark control problem, the performance of the developed control algorithm is assessed against state-of-the-art nonlinear model predictive control methods available in the literature. This assessment demonstrates that the developed control algorithm stabilises the system with very low computational effort. In this paper, a fast numerical algorithm for nonlinear receding horizon control is proposed. The control input is updated by a differential equation to trace the solution of an associated state-dependent two-point boundary-value problem. A linear equation involved in the differential equation is solved by the generalized minimum residual method, one of the Krylov subspace methods, with Jacobians approximated by forward differences. The error in the entire algorithm is analyzed and is shown to be bounded under some conditions. The proposed algorithm is applied to a two-link arm whose dynamics is highly nonlinear. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is faster than the conventional algorithms. 相似文献

An efficient algorithm is developed to alleviate the computational burden associated with nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC). The new algorithm extends an existing algorithm for solutions of dynamic sensitivity from autonomous to non-autonomous differential equations using the Taylor series and automatic differentiation (AD). A formulation is then presented to recast the NMPC problem as a standard nonlinear programming problem by using the Taylor series and AD. The efficiency of the new algorithm is compared with other approaches via an evaporation case study. The comparison shows that the new algorithm can reduce computational time by two orders of magnitude. 相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive-predictive control algorithm is developed for a class of SISO nonlinear discrete-time systems based on a generalized predictive control (GPC) approach. The design is model-free, based directly on pseudo-partial-derivatives derived on-line from the input and output information of the system using a recursive least squares type of identification algorithm. The proposed control is especially useful for nonlinear systems with vaguely known dynamics. Robust stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed and proven in the paper. Simulation and real-time application examples are provided for real nonlinear systems which are known to be difficult to model and control. 相似文献
