铱－钼酸盐－罗丹明B缔合显色反应的研究

在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡＶＡ）存在下,铱与钼酸盐和罗丹明Ｂ（ＲＢ）形成离了缔合物。缔台物的最大吸收位于５７０ｎｍ摩尔吸光系数ε８．３６×１０￣５’Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１,服从比尔定率范围为０～２．７５μｇｌｒ／２５ｍｌ。测定２．０μｇ铱的相对标准偏差为２．５％（ｎ＝７）,检出限４３ｎ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝１２）。测定铱的适宜条件为ＣＨＣｌＯ＿４＝０．９３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＭｏＯ￣２－＿４９．０×１０～－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＲＢ＝３．３×ｌ０￣－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ＰＶＡＯ０８％。试验了３０多种共存离子的影响,除形成杂多酸元素     

碲钨杂多酸——罗丹明B测定痕量碲的研究

利用碲钨杂多酸－罗丹明Ｂ（ＲＢ）－聚乙烯醇体系建立了分光光度测定痕量碲的新方法，确定了测定碲的适宜条件为〔Ｈ２ＳＯ４〕＝１．２０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，〔ＷＯ２－４〕＝１．２×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，〔ＲＢ〕＝５．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和ＰＶＡ０．０８％。在ＰＶＡ存在下碲钨杂多酸与罗丹明Ｂ形成１∶９的离子缔合物，其最大吸收位于５６５ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝１．７６×１０７，离子缔合物至少稳定２４０ｈ。测定碲的线性范围为０～０．１６μｇ／２５ｍｌ，对０１２μｇ／２５ｍｌ碲测定的相对标准偏差１．３％（ｎ＝１０）。考察了４０多种共存离子的影响，大多数常见元素不干扰，允许５００倍量Ｓｅ（Ⅳ）；４０倍量Ｃｕ２＋，Ｂｉ３＋存在。本法灵敏度高，重现性和选择好，用于烟尘中碲的测定，结果与电分析法吻合。     

5—（2－噻唑）偶氮－8－氨基喹啉的合成及光度法测定微量钴

合成了新试剂５－（２－噻唑）偶氮８－氨基喹啉（ＴＡＡＱ），测定了它的酸离解常数，并用于光度法测定微量钴。在ＣＴＭＡＢ存在下，０．０４～０．０２ｍｏｌ／１ＮａＯＨ介质中，ＴＡＡＱ与Ｃｏ￣２＋形成１：３的深蓝色络合物，最大吸收峰位于６３０ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数ε＝１．２３×１０￣５１．ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１。Ｃｏ￣２＋在０～１０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法具有较好的选择性，已用于ＶＢ＿（１２）及矿石分析，结果满意。     

偶氮胂Ⅲ催化光度法测定锇

在硫酸和热水浴中,Ｏｓ（ Ⅳ） 催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色,建立了测定锇的新催化光度法。锇质量浓度在０ ～０－１０μｇ／２５ｍｌ 范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为９－７ ×１０ － ５μｇ／ｍｌ。对０－０５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ Ｏｓ（ Ⅳ） 测定的相对标准偏差为１－２８ ％ （ｎ ＝ １１） 。催化反应的表观活化能为１０２－２ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ。催化反应对Ｏｓ（ Ⅳ） 和偶氮胂Ⅲ分别为一级反应。试验了４０ 多种共存离子的影响,允许５００ 倍量Ａｇ＋ ,４００ 倍量Ａｕ（ Ⅲ） 和Ｐｔ（ Ⅳ） ,２５ 倍量Ｐｄ（ Ⅱ） 、Ｉｒ（ Ⅳ） 及Ｃｕ２ ＋ 存在。该方法已用于岩矿和冶金产品中锇的测定,相对标准偏差为０－６８ ％ ～３－９２ ％ ,标准加入回收率为９９－８ ％ ～１０３－０ ％ 。     

催化剂中微量铂的催化极谱测定

本文研究并提出了催化极谱法测定催化剂中微量铂的体系。０．１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸氢二铵－０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸４．０×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ六次甲基甲胺底液中,于－１．０２伏（ｕＳ．ＳＣＥ）产生一灵敏的催化波,线性范围１．０×１０＾－５－８．０×１０＾－３μｇ／ｍｌ。本体系选择性好,数十种常元素无干扰,可不经分离富集直接测定催化剂中微量铂。     

硅锑钼蓝光度法测定分子筛中的硅

在ｐＨ０．８～１．５、ＨＣｌ－Ｃ２Ｈ５ＯＨ－ＣＨ３ＣＯＣＨ３－Ｈ２Ｏ体系中，Ｓｉ（Ⅳ）、Ｓｂ（Ⅲ）、Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）形成三元杂多酸，用抗坏血酸还原三元杂多酸形成杂多蓝。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数ε７８０ｎｍ＝１．６７×１０４Ｌ／ｍｏｌｃｍ，硅量在０～１．２μｇ／ｍＬ范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于分子筛中硅的测定，获得了令人满意的结果。     

5－Br－PADAT分光光度法测定微量铂

本文研究了显色剂５－（５－溴－２－吡啶偶氮）－２,４－二氨基甲苯（５－Ｂｒ－ｐＡＤＡ）与铂（Ⅱ）的显色反应。在正丙醇存在下,在０．２￣１．０ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ＿３ＰＯ＿４介质,Ｈ飞介质中,放置３５ｍｉｎ,铂与５－Ｂｒ－ｐＡＤＡＴ形成稳定的１：１蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长在６０２ｎｍ处,表现摩尔吸光系数为７．９×１Ｏ￣４·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１．铂量在０～２５μｇ／２５５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。应用本法测定了催化剂中微量的铂,结果满意。     

离子交换色谱法测定砷黄铁矿浸取溶液中砷（V）和砷（Ⅲ）

本文是在含有硫酸铁（０．１－０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ），硝酸铁（０．１－０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ），硫酸（０．３－１．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）和硝酸（０．１－０．３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）的提金浸取液中用Ｈ＾＋型阳离子交换柱分离样品溶液中的Ｆｅ（Ⅱ），Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）和其它共存阳离子；然后用带电导检测器的离子色谱仪测定含量范围为０．２－１０ｇ／Ｌ的亚砷酸根和砷酸根。本法测定了硫酸盐和其它共存阴离子存在时对Ａｓ（Ｖ）的影响；并比较了几种洗脱液     

锡（Ⅳ）—水杨基荧光酮－CTMAB光度法测定电铅中的微量锡

拟订了以水杨基荧光酮为显色剂，在０．３～０．７ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ＿２ＳＯ＿４介质中，ＣＴＭＡＢ存在下测定电铅中微量锡的方法。０～１０μｇ锡／２５ｍｌ符合比尔定律，ε５１０＝１．３６×１０￣５。本法快速准确，可测定０．０Ｘ～０．０００Ｘ％的锡。
