W18Cr4V钢扁锭锻造方坯内部可焊合裂纹的研究

高速钢Ｗ１８Ｃｒ４Ｖ扁锭锻造成１７０ｍｍ方坯时，作超声波探伤，在伤波处切片，发现一种形态有一定规律的横向小裂纹，此种裂纹与高速钢的一般锻造裂纹不同，继后锻成小坯，裂纹焊合。在微机上采用刚－粘塑性有限元分析法对高速锻造过程进行模拟研究，分析出了形成横向裂纹的原因主要由于双鼓形的存在锻平时出现较大横向拉应力，其数值超过坯料强度而成，据此提出了合理工艺参数和改进锻造工艺措施，有限元分析结果与实际相会，说     

7075模锻件心部裂纹原因分析

7075模锻件横截面断口上有白色带状缺陷，表现形式为紊流状和小裂纹，这是心部强烈变形区组织薄弱点被拉断所致。产生裂纹与锻造温度不当和两次锻造变形量分配不合理有关。为了消除锻件心部裂纹，应控制好铸锭加热温度，合理分配两次锻造变形量。
