采用在草甸土中进行线缆及材料土壤环境自然埋藏及定期测量土壤环境因素、土壤微生物的方法,研究其腐蚀变化规律及腐蚀原因。结果表明:各种线缆外护套性能保持较好;金属材料土壤腐蚀程度中等偏轻,金属平均腐蚀率随时间变化规律基本遵循方程式C=AT~B;成都草旬土中高含水量、低电阻率、可溶性盐及土壤微生物的活动造成金属的腐蚀。  相似文献

Most magnets designed for thermonuclear fusion experiments rely on the cable-in-conduit conductor technology. These cables are made of several hundreds or thousands of multifilamentary superconducting strands. The strands are refrigerated by a flow of liquid helium in forced convection through a conduit, usually made of aluminum or stainless steel. The complexity of the manufacturing techniques makes it very difficult to perform direct voltage measurements inside the jacket of these cables. Voltage taps are usually placed on the jacket outer surface, deriving relevant information about the inner cable electrical characteristics. In the present study, an electromagnetic model is presented that allows us to take into account the presence of the jacket and its interactions with the superconducting cable. Some unexpected qualitative behaviors of the voltage signals detected on the jacket, whose interpretation is currently under debate in the scientific community, are reproduced by the model.  相似文献

A new type of fire-resistant optical cable has been developed. It is based on the loose tube concept employing special mica and glass tape wrappings together with a new type of buffer jacket material to provide the desired properties. With this design, ordinary acrylate-coated fibers are used. The cable has the unique property that during fire it converts from a cable, which mostly consists of organic materials, to a ceramic loose-tube structure that gives the fiber sufficient protection to prevent damage during fire. The cable has been tested according to IEC 331 which specifies a 750°C flame exposure for 3 h, and passed that test with negligible loss increase even at temperatures up to 900°C.  相似文献

The modes of propagation along a coaxial structure contained within a circular tunnel are considered. The primary objective is to develop an approximate impedance boundary condition at the outer surface of the shielded cable that can be used in previously developed formalisms for axial conductors in tunnels. It is assumed that the metal braid can be characterized by a surface-transfer impedance. We also account for the possibility that a Iossy film exists on the outer surface of the dielectric jacket of the cable.  相似文献

Hydrogen generation resulting from electrochemical reactions between cable metals and condensed water or moisture permeated through the cable jacket was studied. It was found that hydrogen generation increases exponentially as time elapses and tends to saturation after about one month. Partial pressure distribution along the cable of hydrogen generated in the immersed range of a damaged cable was analyzed by means of the diffusion equation and the optical loss increase was estimated. It was shown that a water-blocking resin effectively prevents water penetration and hydrogen diffusion along the cable  相似文献
