文氏管用于精确控制液氢/液氧推进液体火箭发动机的燃料流量。考虑汽蚀过程热效应并假设气相与液相间热平衡,利用计算流体力学方法对液氧文氏管的汽蚀特性进行分析。首先给出了基于多相均匀流模型的雷诺平均Navier-Stoker方程组(RANS)及完全汽蚀模型的数值模型。然后通过对液氮水翼汽蚀过程的计算,得到压力、温度等分布并与美国NASA实验数据做对比,验证了数值模型的准确性。最后详细分析了液氧文氏管的汽蚀特性,给出了文氏管壁面压力、温度及汽蚀强度的分布,考察了进出口压比对汽蚀特性的影响,分析了低温流体维持汽蚀过程的机理。本文计算结果可用于指导液氧汽蚀文氏管的设计。  相似文献

文丘里预浓缩器是喷雾焙烧法盐酸再生工艺的关键设备。本文利用Aspen Plus工程设计软件对废酸处理能力为7.5m3/h的装置进行了模拟,得到了预浓缩器进出口物料的关健参数,然后将Aspen Plus的计算结果结合经验关联式确定了最佳的预浓缩器"文氏管"部分的结构尺寸,本文提出的计算模型被应用于马钢某冷轧分厂原文丘里预浓缩器"文氏管"部分的改造设计中,改造后的设备除尘效果显著,证明了该模型和工艺计算方法的合理性与准确性。  相似文献

In this paper, the significant development, current challenges and future opportunities in the field of chemical product design using computer-aided molecular design (CAMD) tools are highlighted. With the gaining of focus on the design of novel and improved chemical products, the traditional heuristic based approaches may not be effective in designing optimal products. This leads to the vast development and application of CAMD tools, which are methods that combine property prediction models with computer-assisted search in the design of various chemical products. The introduction and development of different classes of property prediction methods in the overall product design process is discussed. The exploration and application of CAMD tools in numerous single component product designs, mixture design, and later in the integrated process-product design are reviewed in this paper. Difficulties and possible future extension of CAMD are then discussed in detail. The highlighted challenges and opportunities are mainly about the needs for exploration and development of property models, suitable design scale and computational effort as well as sustainable chemical product design framework. In order to produce a chemical product in a sustainable way, the role of each level in a chemical product design enterprise hierarchy is discussed. In addition to process parameters and product quality, environment, health and safety performance are required to be considered in shaping a sustainable chemical product design framework. On top of these, recent developments and opportunities in the design of ionic liquids using molecular design techniques have been discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, the final in a two part series considering the multiperiod design of azeotropic separation systems, we focus on the development of simplified models for azeotropic distillation design. Several shortcut design techniques from the literature are reviewed and key aspects of a successful model for use in multiperiod azeotropic distillation design are identified. Simplified models for azeotropic design that rely on parameters derived from distillation simulations involving rigorous thermodynamic models are developed. These models, which separately approximate the separation tasks and the design and operating conditions necessary to carry out the tasks, are combined with shortcut costing correlations to arrive at an economic measure for flowsheet designs. Several examples are presented. The models developed in this work are geared towards the agent based solution procedure presented in the first paper of this series and are not intended for single period or detailed design problems.  相似文献

The relation between modelling and design of control systems for chemical reactors is discussed, using several practical examples. Criteria for controlability and satisfactory response are proposed. The dependence of the controller structure on the properties of the reactor model is investigated, and it is shown that the most important decisions in controller design occur during process design. The information required for controller design is different from the information required for scaleup, and depends on the design approach. Examples chosen are control of a fluid catalytic cracker, a hydrocracker, and a crystallizer. Control and reactor modelling are not only often separate activities by themselves, but they are done in separate groups and current practice is to call the control engineering in after the design is finished or the plant either operates or is scheduled to start operation. If we want to make significant advances, we have to realize that some of the most important decisions that affect plant control are made during the pilot plant operation and steady stale process design, and we should make control an essential part of process and reactor design.  相似文献

Surface and interfacial behavior of protein molecules are crucial for the protein function involved in many biochemical processes and biomedical products such as enzyme design, bio-separation, drug design and delivery. This article is devoted to an overview of design and regulation of the surface and interfacial behavior of protein molecules. The improvement of enzyme surface such as the directed evolution and the rational design of enzymes is introduced at first, followed by the rational design of protein interface for the protein assembly. Thereafter, the design of micro-environment and ligands are described as two examples for the design guided by protein surface. 详细分析比较了中国标准,美国标准和欧洲标准在混凝土梁设计时的荷载组合和设计基础、材料、混凝土梁计算公式和流程等方面的异同。在此基础上,采用某国外水泥厂的相同设计条件,对比分析采用中欧美国规范时,钢筋混凝土梁的截面和配筋结果存在的差异。三种标准的正截面计算公式相似,只是由于荷载组合的差异造成了最终设计结果的差异,实际设计时应考虑多方面因素的影响。  相似文献
