在电子显微镜中,通过记录大角非弹性散射电子能量损失谱来研究固体材料基态电子动量密度分布的方法,称为固体的电子康普顿散射技术(electron Compton scattering from solids,ECOSS)。利用该技术得到的康普顿轮廓的动量分辨率可以达到从同步辐射光源上得到的康普顿轮廓的动量分辨率水平;而其非常短的收集时间,使利用康普顿散射对固体材料电子动量密度的系统研究成为可能。本文简要介绍了该技术的背景、实验方法、理论基础,研究进展和应用。 相似文献

Graphene liquid cells (GLCs) for transmission electron microscopy (TEM) enable high‐resolution, real‐time imaging of dynamic processes in water. Large‐scale implementation, however, is prevented by major difficulties in reproducing GLC fabrication. Here, a high‐yield method is presented to fabricate GLCs under millimeter areas of continuous graphene, facilitating efficient GLC formation on a TEM grid. Additionally, GLCs are located on the grid using correlated light‐electron microscopy (CLEM), which reduces beam damage by limiting electron exposure time. CLEM allows the acquisition of reliable statistics and the investigation of the most common shapes of GLCs. In particular, a novel type of liquid cell is found, formed from only a single graphene sheet, greatly simplifying the fabrication process. The methods presented in this work—particularly the reproducibility and simplicity of fabrication—will enable future application of GLCs for high‐resolution dynamic imaging of biomolecular systems. 相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and computer-controlled parallel electron energy loss spectroscopy (PEELS) are used
to obtain the structure of and compositional profile across a thin oxide film deposited by remote plasma enhanced chemical
vapor deposition at 300°C. The film, believed to be stoichio-metrically correct SiO2 as determined by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), was found to be oxygen rich
with a composition non-uniformity across it. The existence of an abundance of oxygen was supported by capacitance-voltage
measurements and etch rate studies. The non-uniformity was observed in TEM images. These results show what a powerful characterization
technique computer-controlled PEELS can be. In addition, this is the first time that PEELS profiling was used to help interpret
