宝山钨多金属矿地处南岭东西向构造岩浆带铅厂南北向断陷带,宝山燕山期花岗岩体侵位于石炭系碳酸盐岩-含钙碎屑岩中,沿接触带形成套筒状夕卡岩蚀变矿化环带。花岗岩内出现浸染状钨钼矿化,岩体顶部接触带产出帽壳状夕卡岩钨多金属矿化,接触带上部产出项圈状夕卡岩钨多金属矿化,接触带下部外侧产出似层状夕卡岩钨钼多金属矿化,接触带深部梓山组底部可能产出叠生富硫化物多金属矿化,接触带外侧构造裂隙有脉状钼铅锌矿化,构成以岩体为中心接触带多个部位矿化的"一体多位"成矿定位模式。  相似文献

Absence and attendance are studied by assessing the changing hazard rate, h(t), of taking an absence over time in attendance. h(t) is the instantaneous rate of going from work attendance to work absence in a unit of time, given that the individual has been in attendance until time t. A dynamic attendance model (Fichman, 1984) suggests that the h(t) of absence taking increases with increasing time in attendance. Attendance data were collected for 465 underground coal miners, generating 5,509 attendance spells. The results strongly support the hypothesis. The h(t) of being absent increases with increasing attendance duration. Concluding remarks are offered on using this new dynamic attendance model for analysis and work force planning. Examined the relationship between the work attitudes and work attendance of 3,010 managerial employees on a specific day in a natural field setting. Job satisfaction data were obtained from the Index of Organizational Reactions (IOR). Since occasional absenteeism at the managerial level is not subject to financial penalty and is relatively free of social and work-group pressures, it represents behavior that is generally under the control of the individual employee. Moreover, because the particular day investigated in the present study followed a crippling snowstorm, attendance on that day involved considerable effort. Results show significant relationships between work-related attitudes and attendance on the specific day studied and generally support J. B. Herman's (1973) point of view that work attitudes do predict work-related behavior when such behavior is under the control of the S. Reports a follow-up on a study by E. Lawler and J. Hackman (see record 1970-05759-001). In the original study, 3 work groups developed their own incentive plans to reward high attendance. Identical plans were then imposed by company management in 2 other work groups. A significant increase in attendance was found in the groups where the plans were participatively developed. After data had been collected, the incentive plans were discontinued by company management in 2 of the 3 participative groups. In the present study, attendance data covering a 12-wk period 1 yr. later revealed that attendance had dropped below pretreatment levels in those 2 groups, but had continued high in the 3rd participative group. A slight increase in attendance was found in those groups where incentive plans had been imposed by company management. Results suggest that long-lasting changes can be effectively introduced into an organization only when all levels involved accept them. Presents a model of employee attendance in work organizations based on a review of 104 empirical studies. It is suggested, based on the literature, that attendance is directly influenced by 2 primary factors: (a) attendance motivation and (b) ability to come to work. Attendance motivation, in turn, is largely influenced by satisfaction with the job situation and various internal and external pressures to attend. The model attempts to account for both voluntary and involuntary absenteeism. Moreover, the model argues against earlier assertions that absenteeism is principally caused by job dissatisfaction and that absenteeism and turnover share common roots.
