将改性环氧树脂和改性丙烯酸树脂混合乳化,合成了环氧–丙烯酸电泳漆。与原环氧型电泳漆相比,新合成的电泳漆的机械性能和耐盐雾性能均达到企业标准,人工加速老化试验400h后,漆膜完好,色差ΔE=0.24。按同样的原理,往原环氧电泳漆中加入丙烯酸树脂,使其转变成环氧–丙烯酸电泳漆。车架涂装生产证明,该电泳漆膜克服了原来涂层耐老化性差的问题。采用混合而非整槽更换的方式,既节约了成本,又利于环保。  相似文献

通过系统地研究填料的种类和含量、涂膜厚度、树脂类型对涂膜反射隔热效果的影响,揭示隔热保温涂料中各个因素对太阳反射隔热效果的影响规律。研究发现,当玻璃微珠的含量为35%,涂膜厚度达到0.5mm时,隔热效果最佳。此外,当玻璃微珠与其它填料配合使用,能够有效地提高涂膜的反射隔热效果。  相似文献

采用环氧聚氨酯树脂作为主体树脂,有机锡(二辛基氧化锡,DOTO)为催化剂,制备了阴极电泳漆,并对电泳原漆和漆膜的物理化学性能进行了考察。实验结果表明:电泳原漆的贮存稳定性良好,在50℃热加速试验中,贮存1个月无沉淀、无絮凝、无增稠、细度<15μm。所得漆膜的耐溶剂性、凝胶含量、机械性能、耐盐雾性等良好。  相似文献

Magnetic polyimide hybrid thin films were synthesized from pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA), and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles via thermal imidiazation in nitrogen environments. The magnetic polyimide hybrid thin films were analyzed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The magnetic properties of magnetic nanoparticles and polymer hybrid thin films were assessed using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and the physical properties of hybrid thin films were tested. The ultrafine paste used in electrophoretic paint was prepared via ultrasonic method with pigment yellow 83 (P.Y.83), octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, and deionized water. The average particle size of the ultrafine paste was only 196?nm and zeta potential was 30?mV with ultrasound for 30?min and 2?wt.% cationic dispersant. The conductivity of the paint was improved as the cationic dispersant increased. Centrifugal stability of the paint with ultrafine paste reached the maximum at 2?wt.% cationic dispersant. Compared with the performances of cathodic electrophoretic paint with the ultrafine yellow paste, the anodic film was smooth, uniform, and neat with 0.5?wt.% cationic dispersant in the ultrafine yellow paste. Deposited amount of the anodic film was 27?g/m2, which was higher than the cathodic film. The curing property, adhesion, and chemical resistance of the cathodic film were better than the anodic film. Properties of five color cathodic paints (blue, yellow, red, black, and green) were discussed and were compared with the film of electrophoretic paint containing commercial pastes. Except the green film, the blue, yellow, red, and black films were smooth, fine, and uniform, and also provided good L-effect. The deposited amount of these films with excellent adhesive force was about 14–19?g/m2. The electrophoretic paints containing modified pigment pastes and commercial pigment pastes present good adhesion and chemical resistance.  相似文献

通过超声法制备了超细涂料色浆,并将其应用到阴极电泳漆中。考察了超细化前后涂料色浆的平均粒径、Zeta电位的变化,比较分析了超细涂料色浆与普通涂料色浆用于阴极电泳漆时漆液稳定性、漆膜沉积量、颜色深度、外观的区别。实验结果表明:超细涂料色浆的平均粒径仅为196 nm,Zeta电位为30 mV且分布均匀。用超细涂料色浆配制的电泳漆液具有较高的离心稳定性。相比于含普通涂料色浆的阴极电泳漆,含有超细涂料色浆的阴极电泳漆的漆膜的电沉积量稍高,而且更加均匀、平整、细腻。  相似文献

用丙酮分别和乙二胺、己二胺反应制备酮亚胺,并以其作为潜伏性扩链剂改善水性聚氨酯(PU)的性能。研究了酮亚胺以不同方式、加量对水性PU漆膜的厚度、硬度、耐水性、耐酸性、热稳定性和机械性能的影响。结果表明,采用丙酮缩乙二胺扩链的水性PU乳液的漆膜的耐水性优于用丙酮缩己二胺和用水扩链的PU乳液的漆膜,且加入过量的酮亚胺扩链效果较好,但其热稳定性并没有得到明显提高。  相似文献

针对南方客户在使用我司客车一段时间后,车身涂层不同程度出现了起泡的质量问题,进行了现场查看,发现起泡位置在车身左右侧蒙皮,且发生在涂层最底层。初步分析原因是热镀锌板+阴极电泳漆 +原子灰三者之间配套存在问题,通过热镀锌板 +阴极电泳漆 +原子灰三者之间的耐高温 80 ℃配套试验,以及室外曝晒试验,得出镀锌板表面是否钝化、电泳漆膜致密程度和原子灰苯乙烯含量是造成涂层底层起泡的主要原因。为了控制涂层起泡问题,重新修订了我司原子灰、镀锌板、电泳漆的技术标准以及部分工艺文件。  相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)/polyimide composite films were fabricated through electrophoretic deposition (EPD) of MWCNT-polyamic acid colloidal suspension which was derived from carboxylated-MWCNTs and poly(pyromellitic dianhydride-co-4,4′-oxydianiline) (PMDA-ODA). Under electric field, both negatively charged MWCNTs and PMDA-ODA colloid particles migrate onto a positively charged anode simultaneously, and are converted to a coherent MWCNT/polyimide composite film in the ensuing imidization reaction. Uniform dispersion of MWCNTs in the composite film was observed using transmission electron microscopy. The thickness of the prepared composite film can be tuned by varying processing conditions such as deposition time and anode conductivity. The electrical conductivity of the composite film increased with increasing the concentration of MWCNTs in EPD suspension. The mechanical reinforcement of polyimide using MWCNTs was evaluated by tensile testing and nanoindentation testing.  相似文献

Thin film sensors are employed to monitor the health of hot-section components of aeroengine intelligence (for instance, blades), and electrical insulating layers are needed between the metal components and thin film sensors. For this purpose, the electrical insulation characteristics of an yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ)/Al2O3 multilayer insulating structure were investigated. First, YSZ thin films were deposited by DC reactive sputtering at various substrate temperatures, and the microstructural features were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the micromorphology of the YSZ thin film gradually became denser with increasing substrate temperature, and no new phases appeared. The compact and uniform topography of the YSZ thin film improved the insulation properties of the multilayer insulating structure and enhanced the adhesion of the thin film sensors. In addition, the electrical insulation properties of the YSZ/Al2O3 multilayer insulating structure were evaluated via insulation resistance tests from 25 to 800 °C, in which the YSZ thin film was deposited at 550 °C. The results show that the insulation resistance of the multilayer structure increased by an order of magnitude compared with that of the conventional Al2O3 insulating layer, reaching 135 kΩ (5.1 × 10?6 S/m) at 800 °C. Notably, the insulation resistance was still greater than 75 kΩ after annealing at 800 °C for 5 h. Finally, the shunt effect of the YSZ/Al2O3 multilayer insulating structure was estimated using a PdCr thin film strain gauge. The relative resistance error was 0.24%, which demonstrates that the YSZ/Al2O3 multilayer insulating structure is suitable for thin film sensors.  相似文献

The peel strength and peel angle of Cr/BPDA-PDA interfaces were measured using the T-peel test for Cu/Cr/BPDA-PDA structures. When the Cu/Cr metal film was thin, plastic bending of the metal film occurred during the T-peel test. With a thicker metal film, however, plastic bending of BPDA-PDA polyimide was observed. The critical thickness of the metal film for the transition from metal film bending to polyimide bending became thinner with decreasing yield strength of the metal film. Regardless of the metal film bending or polyimide bending during the T-peel test, the peel strength increased with higher peel angle and the failure mode of the Cr/BPDA-PDA interfaces was cohesive failure within BPDA-PDA.  相似文献

The adhesion strength between a copper (Cu) thin film and a polyimide [pyromellitic dianhydride-oxydianiline (PMDA-ODA)] substrate is reduced by heat treatment at 150°C in air. In this work, we determined the changes in adhesion strength between Cu films and polyimide substrates using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), attenuated total reflection Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The analysis showed that the weak boundary layer (WBL) shifted towards the Cu interface as the heat treatment time was increased. To confirm this shift, we looked at two other polyimide substrates: biphenyl dianhydride-p-phenylene diamine (BPDA-PDA) and biphenyl dianhydride-oxydianiline (BPDA-ODA). Comparing the adhesion strength for the Cu thin film, the adhesion strength was high for the Cu/PMDA-ODA and Cu/BPDA-ODA laminates, but very low for the Cu/BPDA-PDA laminate. One of the possible reasons for this behavior could be that the ether moiety between the two benzene rings in ODA is related to the adhesion between a Cu film and an 02-plasma-treated polyimide (PI) substrate. The relationship between the adhesion strength and chemical bonding states is also discussed. We conclude that a Cu thin film sputtered onto a PI substrate is apt to peel at the oxidized interface, due to the heat treatment.  相似文献
